Clint Eastwood scored his first big break when he was cast as Rowdy Yates on the CBS TV series "Rawhide." He starred as the cattle driver from 1959 to 1965.

Clint Eastwood married Maggie Johnson after six months of dating on Dec. 19, 1953. Though the pair were together for almost 30 years, their relationship — which was riddled with scandals — came to an end in 1978 when Maggie filed for legal separation before making their divorce final in 1984. The pair have two children together: a daughter, Alison, who was born on May 22, 1972, and a son, Kyle, who was born on May 19, 1968. Clint also fathered a daughter, Kimber, whose mother is dancer Roxanne Tunis, during his relationship with Maggie.
By the end of the '60s, Clint Eastwood had become a bona fide Western star after landing the leads in "A Fistful of Dollars" (pictured), "For a Few Dollars More" and "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly."
