Since Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, there's been an influx in attention and generous giving to help with relief efforts — and tons of celebs have hopped on this bandwagon, donating both money and time to help. Sandra Bullock donated $1 million to the Red Cross and released this heartfelt statement: "There are no politics in eight feet of water. There are human beings in eight feet of water. Leonardo DiCaprio has been known to shell out money for humanitarian purposes, and Harvey relief was no different. The actor, via The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, pledged $1 million to United Way Harvey Recovery Fund.
