Favorite pop/rock female artist and favorite pop/rock song nominee Dua Lipa has been in a relationship with model Anwar Hadid — the younger brother of supermodels Gigi and Bella — since June 2019. Back in April 2020 near the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the "Future Nostalgia" hitmaker revealed that she and Anwar were quarantining together in her native London. "It's been really great — easy and fun and chill," she told People magazine. "We've been making the most of this because we got all this extra time that we weren't expecting to just hang out. It's been an absolute blast, and we're learning so much more about each other."

The eldest Jonas Brothers band member, Kevin Jonas, married Danielle Deleasa in December 2009. The pair, who met while on vacation in the Bahamas, share two daughters: 6-year-old Alena and 4-year-old Valentina.

Colombian reggaeton singer J Balvin received two 2020 AMA nominations: favorite Latin male artist and favorite Latin song for "RITMO (Bad Boys For Life)" alongside the Black Eyed Peas. The "Prince of Reggaeton" is in a relationship with model Valentina Ferrer, whom he met on the set of his music video for "Sigo extrañándote."

Justin Bieber is up for four American Music Awards including artist of the year and collaboration of the year with "Dan + Shay" for their track "10,000 Hours." The Canadian hitmaker eloped with model Hailey Baldwin — who took his last name and now goes by Hailey Bieber — in September 2018 after just a few months of a rekindled romance.

"What You See Is What You Get" crooner Luke Combs earned two 2020 AMA nominations: favorite country male artist and favorite country album. The singer-songwriter is also a newlywed! He tied the knot with Nicole Hocking in August 2020.

Singer-songwriter Kane Brown earned a nomination for favorite country male artist at the 2020 American Music Awards. He married Katelyn Jae in 2018 and they welcomed daughter Kingsley Rose in October 2019.

Taylor Swift — who's up for artist of the year, favorite pop/rock female artist, favorite album for "folklore" and favorite music video for "cardigan" — has been romancing English actor Joe Alwyn since 2016. Jhené Aiko, who's up for favorite soul/R&B female artist, has been in a relationship with rapper Big Sean since 2016. Favorite country female artist and favorite country song nominee Maren Morris has been married to fellow country music singer-songwriter Ryan Hurd since 2018. The couple, who met during a co-writing session in 2013, welcomed their first child, son Hayes Andrew, in 2020.

Miranda Lambert, who's up for favorite country female artist, took her second walk down the aisle when she married NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin in 2019 just three months after meeting him in the Big Apple while she was there to promote new music. Brendan has since retired from the police force, taken a position on his wife's security team and appeared in Miranda's music video for "Settling Down," which was released in October.

Cardi B is nominated for three American Music Awards: favorite rap/hip-hop female artist, collaboration of the year and favorite rap/hip-hop song for "WAP" featuring Megan Thee Stallion. The New York City-born rapper has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Migos rapper Offset, whom she married in 2017. Cardi filed for divorce in September 2020 but they got back together a month later. They share daughter Kulture, who was born in 2019.

Favorite soul/R&B male artist nominee John Legend married model, cookbook author and Twitter savage Chrissy Teigen in 2013. The couple, who met on the set of John's "Stereo" music video in 2006, share two children: 4-year-old Luna and 2-year-old Miles.

There are few couples in the music industry as iconic as this one! Beyonce, who's up for collaboration of the year alongside Megan Thee Stallion for "Savage Remix," married multi-hyphenate JAY-Z in April 2008. They've since welcomed three children: 8-year-old Blue Ivy and 3-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.

Maroon 5, which is fronted by Adam Levine, earned two nominations: favorite adult contemporary artist and favorite pop/rock duo or group. Adam married former Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo in July 2014 after two years of dating. They've since welcomed two daughters: Dusty Rose in 2016 and Gio Grace in 2018.
