While the glam factor at the Producers Guild of America Awards isn't quite at the level of the Golden Globes or the Oscars, Hollywood's hottest stars still managed to bring the wow factor as they hit the red carpet at the 2020 PGA Awards on Jan. 18. Our favorite look of the night came courtesy of the one and only Charlize Theron, who somehow managed to take a simple black-and-white gown and make it look like the most glamorous thing we've ever seen. Anyone who's seen "Big Little Lies" and "Marriage Story" star Laura Dern on a red carpet is well aware that this woman knows how to wear a dress. But while the intricate details, beading and embellishments on her Prada frock were absolutely gorgeous on their own, the look ultimately fell flat on the actress.
Laura Dern wore minimal makeup with her hair swept to the side — which only made her look feel more underwhelming.
Can we agree that Brad Pitt has been killing it on the red carpet this awards season? The PGA Awards was no exception, as the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" actor took dapper to the extreme with a perfectly tailored suit.
Just WOW. Kate Beckinsale's impeccably embellished skintight, flared Zuhair Murad jumpsuit was definitely the sexiest look on the red carpet at the PGA Awards, and she totally pulled it off. Did we mention she's 46?

Eva Longoria really looked gorgeous — her hair and makeup were absolute perfection and she was glowing. But we just couldn't get on board with this gold gown. While it definitely flattered her figure, it was just… a lot. The ruffles, the sleeves, the sheerness, the sparkly fabric, the plunging neckline and that belt all added up to a miss.
"Frozen 2" star Idina Menzel nailed the menswear look, rocking a shimmering pantsuit with a clean white blouse. A pair of statement earrings jazzed up the look.
Though new to the awards season circuit, "Booksmart" actress Kaitlyn Dever looked like an old pro. We love the refined simplicity of her Olivier Theyskens ensemble — a white lace corset paired with black high-waisted pants. It was sexy yet professional and totally appropriate for a less formal show like the PGA Awards.
Kaitlyn Dever's beauty look was also on-point: A bold red lip perfectly complemented her fashion choices.
If Zoey Deutch is throwing a party any time soon, she won't need to go out and buy streamers. She can just cut up this very colorful Oscar de la Renta lattice tulle gown and viola!
Constance Wu's gorgeous green gown was bohemian luxe at its finest. Turquoise jewelry was the perfect addition to her laid-back glam look.

Octavia Spencer made a winning fashion choice when she opted for a tailored look — a flattering black tuxedo-style blazer over a cocktail dress paired with strappy sandals.
Rachel Brosnahan rocked a one-sleeved, rise-and-fall gown by Michael Kors that was both sequined and feathered like it was no big deal. And she killed it, of course.
Greta Gerwig arrived wearing a black "power director" suit. We love how she paired the tuxedo-style blazer and black trousers with chic lace heels, giving it a feminine edge.
