Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus's father, Billy Ray Cyrus, has earned seven Grammy nominations over the years. Like Noah, he was once up for best new artist, though he ultimately lost to hip-hop group Arrested Development in 1993. That same year, Billy Ray also lost out on the Grammys for record of the year and best male country vocal performance for his breakthrough "Achy Breaky Heart."
