"I'm was so saddened to hear of #SiegfriedFischbacher's passing today. I interviewed both #SiegfriedAndRoy numerous times throughout out my career. They were always so kind, so thoughtful, so grateful for the life they had created here in the US. They worked harder than anyone. #SiegfriedAndRoy loved what they did, and they loved everyone who came to watch them. There will never be another duo like these two. I'm so glad I got to know them, watch them, and applaud them. Glad you two are finally together." –Maria Shriver
"Saw Siegfried standing alone at the Mirage. I told him how much I enjoyed The Magic Box (the 3D S&R Imax biopic). Then he pulled a coin out of my son's ear, which reminded us to look for the magic all around us. A lovelier person you would not meet. #RipSiegfried" –Thomas Lennon

They transformed our art and their impact will remain forever. Mavericks S&R paved the way for [Criss Angel, Lance Burton, Penn & Teller, David Copperfield] in The Entertainment Capital of The World Las Vegas. Magicians owe so much to the legends Siegfried Fischbacher (June 13, 1939 – January 13, 2021) & Roy Horn (October 3, 1944 -May 8, 2020). May they be reunited performing for angels in heaven. #SARMOTI" –Criss Angel

Siegfried was for decades the epitome of what a Las Vegas entertainer should be. On stage he was larger than life…A brilliant magician with an original and highly successful show. They put Las Vegas on the map not only as spectacular illusionists but also as breeders, trainers and caretakers of royal felines which grew to be an enormous part of their performance. What is calming now is to realize is that he is back with his life partner, Roy Horn, and at peace. You are loved, dear Siegfried." –Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman
