Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum's split 'was a long time coming'

There might be more to a recent report that blamed Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum's split on "distance" caused by their work responsibilities. Earlier this week, a source told the New York Post the distance created by Channing's heavy workload, combined with Jenna's "Berlin I Love" project, seemed to "magnify" some of the problems that already existed at home. Another insider tells the Post Jenna's concern about their time apart had to do with a sense that his career was being prioritized over fixing their relationship. "He was turning down jobs because of her, and they were fighting a lot," says the source. "He has been filming the 'Lego Movie' sequel and has at least four other acting projects in development, and that isn't even his focus. He's moving toward producing and directing. … Jenna always said they had to put work into their marriage to keep it alive, and while Channing is a great dad to their daughter, [Jenna] felt like he stopped wanting to work as hard on them as a married couple." Eventually, those pressures built up too much, according to the insider, who summed up the split by saying, "This has been a long time coming. They fell out of love." As they move towards a divorce, E! News reports it's unclear whether a prenup is in place for their assets, which include homes in the Beverly Hills and Laurel Canyon sections of Los Angeles, two horses and pricey vehicles including a Tesla, a vintage Chevy truck and a Yamaha motorcycle.

After she completed her chemotherapy and announced her breast cancer was in remission last spring, Shannen Doherty knew she was entering a waiting game in which she and her doctors watched to see if it came back. She recently got some potentially scary information and shared it with her Instagram followers, as she's done throughout her experience fighting the disease. "Test and results. One Tumor marker test came back good. Other… elevated," she captioned a selfie in which she looked glowing as the sun spilled through a window behind her. "Just means I get monitored and another test," she explained before putting the test results in perspective. "But even after that call, I'm staying positive and taking stock of my life. It certainly helps put things in perspective and reminds you of what you learned thru the cancer journey. And I sometimes, need a refresher," she wrote. "As I've said before, cancer changes your life in ways no one could ever imagine…..btw, the elevation can be from all sorts of things. Oh and vitamin D… need more of that too. #stillacancerslayer."

Blac Chyna loses deal with stroller company after Six Flags incident

Facing off with her ex, Rob Kardashian, in family court may not be the only fallout to come from Blac Chyna's dustup with a woman who came near her 1-year-old daughter at Six Flags on Sunday. After a video published on TMZ showed Chyna "using her stroller as a weapon" to go after a woman she says tried to touch Dream, Chyna is reportedly getting canned from her gig as brand ambassador for the stroller company, Momiie. "[We] cannot excuse that sort of reaction and behavior particularly in a family resort around children," a rep told the website. Chyna's previous behavior, including the sex tape that was leaked, had reportedly been making the company nervous already. According to TMZ, Chyna hoped to use the relationship as a springboard for her own Momiie stroller collection.

John Krasinski irked a customs agent who didn't believe he's married to Emily Blunt

It apparently takes more than a couple Screen Actors Guild awards and a slew of Emmy nominations to impress a certain customs agent in London. And if you're John Krasinski, don't even mention Emily Blunt's name. John stopped by "The Tonight Show" this week to talk about "A Quiet Place," his new film with Emily — who also happens to be his wife of eight years. When the actress' name came up, it was met with cheers from the audience, sparking John to acknowledge, "I married up, and don't I know it," adding, "They don't have to tell me; the customs agent in London did." Turns out when John was being a devoted husband by visiting his lady on the U.K. set of "Mary Poppins," he had an exchange with a customs agent who seemed frankly disgusted that Emily had gotten hitched with John. "It was going great, the customs, the whole experience. And then I hit this guy who was about my age. He looked like he was ready to get a little surly with me," John explained (via People). "He said, 'It says here that you're an actor. Would I know you from anything?' And I went, 'You know, we redid the U.K. version of 'The Office.' Strike one! He was like, 'Oh, you took what we did, perfect.'" That's when John was forced to tell the guy he "took" another British-born pop culture staple. "And then he says, 'Who are you visiting here?'" John continued. "And I was like, 'My wife.' He says, 'Oh, is she an actress? Would I know her?' And I said, 'I don't know man, her name's Emily Blunt.'" Straight to strike three. "And he goes like this, 'You? You married Emily Blunt? Go. Just go.'" Probably a good thing he didn't mention she's now a U.S. citizen …

Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend 'wasn't too impressed' with 'The Revenant'

Is Leonardo DiCaprio's (latest) 20-year-old model girlfriend a future film critic? OK, well, probably not since she seems to have done away with the "recent movies" section of her blog, which is now mostly limited to beauty, fashion and fitness. But the New York Post has helpfully unearthed a 2015 post by Argentinian model Camila Morrone in which she gives dismisses her soon-to-be-man's crowning glory as, well … meh. "I had been dying to watch 'The Revenant' ever since the trailer came out a few months ago," the short review begins. "I'm a huge Leo and Tom Hardy fan. The first time I noticed Tom Hardy's acting was in 'Mad Max.' I know, pathetic. 'Revenant' was overly hyped up, and by the time I saw it, I wasn't too impressed. Maybe it throws your judgement off when people speak so highly about it something." She does say "Leo and Tom Hardy's acting was beyond amazing," echoing the widely-held assumption that the film would earn Leo, now 43, an Academy Award. "This may be the year Leonardo DiCaprio finally wins an Oscar!" she exclaims at the end of he post. Leo and Camila, who have reportedly been dating for a few months, met through Leo's friend Al Pacino when Al started dating Camila's mom … who at 41 is basically Leo's age. Moving on …

Now that "The Bachelor" Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are a month into their engagement, they're reportedly talking about wedding plans. And despite (or is that because of …?) the controversy that surrounded Arie's "After the Rose" proposal, he and Lauren are all for tying the knot on TV. "It's going to happen before the end of the year, if not sooner," a source tells E! News. That would put the wedding date within a year of Arie's last proposal and breakup, too; he infamously proposed to Becca Kufrin on "The Bachelor," then promptly dumped her while she was wearing his engagement ring so he could try to work things out with Lauren, whom he proposed to shortly thereafter. "They are still waiting to get confirmation from ABC for the TV special … and are heavily pushing for this … Nothing has been locked in yet until they get the green light from ABC," says the source. "Lauren and Arie are moving fast. They want everything to happen quickly and show the world how real their love is." In the meantime, the two are living in Arizona where they're "settling into more of a normal, real life situation together," according to E!'s insider. "They have visited both sides of their families and have been spending majority of their time in Arizona. They are both attached at the hip and inseparable. They are completely in love and are really excited about their future."

Sharon Stone is having the last laugh when it comes to some of the advice she's been given from female film industry veterans over the years. As she told Hoda Kotb this week on "Today," "A lot of my women in my business, Shirley MacLaine and Faye Dunaway, said, 'It won't last forever, love every single second of it, throw yourself into it.'" At 60, the "Basic Instinct" star is still throwing herself into er work — and she's doing just fine. Her new film, "All I Wish" opened March 30 — just months after the premiere of her HBO limited series, "Mosaic," which has been praised as "intriguing" (Vulture), "one of the best miniseries of the year" (AVClub) and "fulfilling and satisfying" (Collider). (The star's love life doesn't seem to be taking much of a hit as she enters her 60s, either, if her hunky, 41-year-old Italian boyfriend is any indication.) Sharon and Hoda also discussed some of the ways in which roles for women in Hollywood have changed since her career began, the seemingly unavoidable topic of Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct scandal came up. Maci Bookout says ex, Ryan Edwards, threatened to hurt her, shoot her husband

A few years back, "Teen Mom" star Maci Bookout said coparenting with her ex, Ryan Edwards was "getting better" after the end of their tumultuous romantic relationship. Now, things have gotten so bad between them that Maci and her husband, Taylor McKinney, have filed documents requesting an order of protection against Ryan, whom Maci says has threatened to hurt her, kill Taylor and "take [their] son," presumably the 9-year-old Ryan shares with Maci. According to E! News, Maci claims in the March 26 filing that Ryan "left voicemail messages threatening to show up at my house and take my son," "made threats to show up and hurt me if I don't answer my phone" and came to her son's baseball game, where he yelled at her and threatened to hurt her again. She says he was "under the influence of [heroin]" at the time. "I fear for my son's safety because of these threats and proof that he drives while under the influence," Maci writes. "His behavior and actions are getting worse, I am fearful for my three children and myself, and what he may do, based on his threats." Taylor, meanwhile, says Ryan "threatened to show up at my house and put a bullet in my head" in a phone call in March. Maci and Ryan were reportedly issued a temporary order of protection that mandates Ryan neither "contact," "stalk," "abuse, threaten to abuse, hurt or try to hurt or frighten" the family. He is also told not to instill fear of pain or being unable to to escape him. He's also ordered not to "hurt or threaten to hurt any animals." Maci and Ryan are expected to appear at a hearing May 21.

America Ferrera is getting parenting advice from her 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' pals

The "Sisterhood" to the rescue! America Ferrera is about to become a mom when she and her husband, Ryan Piers Williams, welcome their first child. As her due date approaches, she's making sure she takes advantage of being close to a certain group of former co-stars who are now moms themselves. Calling her "'Sisterhood gang'" a go-to" for parenting advice, America recently told Us Weekly she has "a million questions" for her fellow "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" alums Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel and Amber Tamblyn. "Everything from trying to wrap my mind around the actual birth itself and talking about what their experiences were and what to prepare for," she said. "I think one of the things, for every woman I've spoken to, is once you've been through it — it's like, let go of your expectations because it's going to be what it's going to be. I'm lucky that I have so many amazing women around me who have had children and are in very similar positions as me — are working and have to get back to work. Having their support has been everything."
