TMG claims Johnny Depp kept a full-time engineer on staff to feed him lines
On the heels of an interview with the Wall Street Journal in which Johnny Depp slammed his former management company, TMG, for accusations they made in a countersuit against him, TMG is making new allegations about the actor's alleged spending habits. Among them is a claim Johnny "insisted that [a] sound engineer be kept on yearly retainer so that he no longer had to memorize his lines," according to legal papers excerpted by the New York Post. The engineer reportedly cost "hundreds of thousands of dollars … for years" for the full-time gig of supporting Johnny's apparent need to be fed lines on set. Regarding Johnny's assertion the wine TMG said he spends $30,000 a month on was "an investment," the managers noted, "Wine is not an investment if you drink it as soon as you buy it." (Ahem.) The papers went on to blast parts of the interview as evidence Johnny has an inflated sense of entitlement and "psychological issues." "Depp's extravagant spending has often been marked by a lack of impulse control and often increased immediately after [TMG co-founder Joel] Mandel would confront Depp regarding his finances. In retrospect, it appears that Depp may suffer from a compulsive spending disorder, which will be proven in this action through a mental examination of Depp pursuant to California [court rules] and expert testimony," the papers said. They also claimed Johnny paid "hush money" to various people when he got involved in "legal crises" such as his bitter divorce from Amber Heard, who said he abused her. One of Johnny's lawyers responded in a statement by saying, "This is how guilty people respond when confronted with the detailed results of a 9 month legal and forensic investigation conducted by 4 firms." In the multi-million dollar lawsuit Johnny initially filed against TMG, sparking the company's countersuit, he claimed he lost millions of dollars due to their negligence. "Because Depp is disingenuously challenging TMG's payment of certain of these fees and expenses in this litigation, the details of these payments and settlements will be fully revealed during discovery and at trial," the company said.

Rosie O'Donnell's daughter claims her mom attacked her
Rosie O'Donnell's daughter doesn't see a future for their troubled relationship. Chelsea recently told the Daily Mail Rosie got violent with her in 2015, chasing her with a wine bottle and trying to remove her daughter's clothes to see the tattoo Chelsea had gotten against Rosie's wishes. It was pretty late at night,' Chelsea said. 'A couple of weeks prior, I had gotten a tattoo. She [O'Donnell] had spyware on my phone so she could see pretty much everything I did. "She was holding it above her head and coming after me in her room. She kept trying to run after me and saying that if she really wanted to she could kill me, she's that strong. She ended up pulling my shirt up and seeing it. Then I left. I didn't see her for the rest of the night. … I didn't go to the police because of who she is. She would have tried to say I was crazy and they just wouldn't believe me." Chelsea also said Rosie's announcement that Chelsea had run away from home in 2015 was untrue, and that she'd actually been kicked out by Rosie. When asked for a comment on the allegations, Rosie replied to the Daily Mail with a long email written partially in almost poem-like phrases in which she said her daughter is "mentally ill" and asked the Mail not to pay Chelsea for the story for fear she would use the money for drugs. She explained Chelsea has "a hole in her frontal lobe" that makes her unable to think clearly. Rosie also accused Chelsea's husband, whom she married at 18 when he was 30, of kicking her out of their home repeatedly. Chelsea told the Mail her relationship with her mother is "irreparable."
