Life goes on. In the wake of his split from Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux is reportedly focused on his health, both mental and physical. "Justin has been hitting the gym hard since the split. He's been working out for over an hour every day at Gotham Gym. Boxing is a big part of his workout routine," a source tells ET, adding that he "loves working out" for the mind-clearing effects exercise has on him. The insider says Justin is "more committed to a consistent regime" these days — and that includes walking and biking in New York City, as opposed to the four-wheeled travel required by his life with Jen in Los Angeles. "When he was with Jen they took cars everywhere, which he hated. Even in the cold weather, Justin's been biking everywhere. He's totally back in his element now," says the source. When he's not working out, Justin's reportedly been "dining with friends regularly" so he doesn't end up cooped up at home. Despite "going through a lot," the source says Justin is "trying to move on, [and] he's dealing with this breakup in a really healthy way."

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are close to working out a new child support deal

Despite a recent report suggesting Britney Spears is "angry" her ex, Kevin Federline wants more child support, it seems the two are close to working out an agreement that will satisfy them both. That's the latest from Us Weekly, which claims Britney's father, Jamie Spears has gotten involved in the negotiations, which began when Kevin requested an increase to the $20,000 a month Britney currently pays Kevin to help support their kids, Sean, 12, and Jayden, 11. "Britney has emphasized to her father she wants this settled. She doesn't want it lingering because it only creates stress," a source tells the tab. According to Us, Jamie met with Kevin and his lawyer earlier this month to try to work out a new number since Brit's making more money now than she was when the $20,000-a-month figure was decided on. "All Kevin wants to be able to do is provide the same standard of living the boys have when they with Britney,. Sean and Jayden's needs are of course changing since they are getting older, which is a major factor in the decision to seek the increase," says the source. "Both sides came away hopeful and optimistic that an agreement can be reached out of court."

Snapchat adds rep from anti-domestic violence group to board after Rihanna controversy

After Rihanna slammed Snapchat for running an ad that seemed tone deaf about domestic violence called "would you rather" in which the user's options were "slap Rihanna or punch Chris Brown," Evan Spiegel's company took a financial tumble, losing $800 million, according to CNN. Now, the company appears to be scrambling to make things right. TMZ reports a rep for the app contacted the National Network to End Domestic Violence on Thursday, March 15, and asked if someone from the organization would join Snapchat's board to help "educate the Snapchat staff on domestic abuse and what's appropriate to post." As Rihanna pointed out in an Instagram story after Snapchat apologized for the ad, making light of the abuse she endured at the hands of Chris Brown in 2009 is certainly in "appropriate." "Now SNAPCHAT I know you already know you ain't my fav app out there! But I'm just trying to figure out what the point was with this mess!" she said on Instagram. "I'd love to call it ignorance, but I know you ain't that dumb!" she continued. "You spent money to animate something that would intentionally bring shame to DV victims and made a joke of it!!!! This isn't about my personal feelings, cause I don't have much of them…but all the women, children, and men that have been victims of DV in the past and especially the ones who haven't made it out yet….you let us down! Shame on you. Throw the whole app-oligy away." In a statement to the Verge, a spokesperson for Snapchat said: "This advertisement is disgusting and never should have appeared on our service. We are so sorry we made the terrible mistake of allowing it through our review process. We are investigating how that happened so that we can make sure it never happens again." The company has reportedly blocked the advertiser, which it says was not affiliated with Snapchat. The executive vice president is reportedly now on Snapchat's Safety Advisory Board.

But what I see that I like isn't about a structure or an appearance," she explains. "It's more that I see my family in my face. I see my age."

As the flowers he brought his ex the next day suggested, Josh never stopped believing in Fergie as critics and social media users panned her performance. "I was on my way back from the airport when I heard. So, I saw it when I got home. I felt, I mean I've seen the girl sing it several times — Daytona 500, Patriots, Dolphins home opener — and she crushes the song, so I was surprised to see she tried what she did," he admitted (via Us Weekly). "But more than that, I just felt bad for her. There's an army of trolls out there who are just ready to pounce and they were not nice. And for that, I feel bad but she's a really tough girl." He went on to say that he wanted to defend her but knew it wasn't his place to do so. "I wanted to pull the tapes out from Daytona 500, like, 'Look at this! She's really good at singing this song!' But I was like, 'I gotta just stay out of this. It's that protective thing in you, but she's doing great," he said. As for the flowers? "I didn't know what else to do. I was like, 'I just want you to know, I got your back, girl. I'm with you, I'm on your side,'" Josh explained. "The girl's amazingly talented, she really truly is. And by the way, her album is amazing. She's had a challenging year but she is resilient."

As the lengthy post continued, Drew noted, "I don't say 'I have to go work' with a grimace on my face, because I fear it will make her feel negative about something a lot of moms must do to provide. It's a good intention, but I am convinced I need to take a different approach. I want to empower my daughters to think work is good and necessary. And can even lead them to road of their dreams." The actress, producer and beauty line guru also gushed about how great Olive's father, Drew's ex, is when it comes parenting. "… I say to Will Kopelman thank you for always being the best dad and supporting and enabling me to do what I need and want to do," she wrote. "I know that's not everyone's situation. And I never take it for granted. I never had family growing up. And that's also a support system I cherish every day of my life. I love my family and everyone in it.
