As if we needed more proof Jennifer Lopez defies all laws of gravity, the singer ditched her makeup for a rare selfie with her kids, Max and Emme, on Monday, Dec. 9, after taking home the Best Supporting Actress honor at the Los Angeles Film Critics Awards for her performance in "Hustlers." "Home sweet home 💜," she wrote alongside the shot, which shows the 50-year-old star looking particularly ageless as she cradles her little ones. "Sitting here with my coconuts and feeling so grateful. THANK YOU to the @lafilmcritics Association! I am humbled and honored." J.Lo also snagged a Golden Globe nomination for her "Hustlers" role this week, adding to her ever-growing Oscar buzz, which one of her fans pushed on Twitter this week. In a post Jennifer later retweeted, a passenger named Joseph Longo shared a video from a New York-to-Los Angeles Jet Blue flight where the pilot can be heard announcing, "Ladies and gentlemen, we do have a special request from one of our customers, Mr. Joseph Longo. He's a well-known backup dancer for Jennifer Lopez and, as of this morning, Jennifer Lopez is nominated for a Golden Globe … for her work in 'Hustlers.'" As the announcement is made over the intercom, seemingly from the pilot, Joseph mouths "that's not true" after the "backup dancer" mention (USA Today reports he's a culture writer for MEL Magazine). The pilot then continues: "'Hustlers' is one of our in-flight movie options. We'd greatly appreciate if you would join us in supporting Miss Lopez and watch 'Hustlers' on our flight today. Thanks for your support and we hope Jennifer wins that Oscar." The flying fan previously tweeted a plea to the airline to let him announce Jennifer's Globes nomination because "there are definitely Oscar voters on this NY to LA flight."

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson revealed on "Ellen" this week that he and Lauren Hashian said "I do" on Aug. 18 at 8 a.m. They even knocked out photos first, at 7:45 a.m., according to People. "We had an early morning wedding, in Hawaii, on the cliffs there in Kauai and it was very private and it was the best," Dwayne gushed. "We wanted to have an early morning wedding, that way we said the vows, get it over with. And then by 10, 11 o'clock, we're hanging, having brunch with the family — and we had it [the wedding] done," he told Ellen DeGeneres. "Plus, in Hawaii at that time, it's a beautiful time," he added. "With us, and my ancestors watching over us, I mean it was truly a magical, magical time." Dwayne's currently promoting "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle," which hits theaters Dec. 20.

Taylor recently discussed matters of her biological clock by refusing to comment on them. Asked if her upcoming 30th birthday would make it time to take the next step with her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, Taylor told Deutsche Presse-Agentur, "I really do not think men are asked that question when they turn 30. So I'm not going to answer that question now."

Charlize Theron weighs in on Golden Globes' all-male best director nominees controversy

Add Charlize Theron to the growing chorus of voices speaking out about the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's failure to include any women directors in the 2020 Golden Globes Best Director category. "It's tough. It's really, really tough," Charlize, who is up for a Globe for her performance in "Bombshell," told the Los Angeles Times this week. "And I think it gets really frustrating when we have to remember that women directors, especially, are just trying to get their numbers up. They represent ten percent of our directors in the industry, and when you have a good year like we had this year with such great work, it is incredibly frustrating," she continued. Greta Gerwig and Lorena Scafaria, who directed Globe-nominated performances in "Little Women" and "Hustlers," respectively, have both been at the top of many critics' 'Globes snubs' lists. "No woman wants to get nominated because it's 'the right thing to do.' It's really, really ridiculous," Charlize added. "It's not cool. "I've had moments where I've seen pictures of myself from years ago and gone, 'That kid looks all right.' But I didn't feel that way inside. I spent most of the '90s hiding out and smoking pot," admitted Brad, 55. "I was too uncomfortable with all the attention." At the time, he was experiencing a meteoric rise to fame courtesy of his turns in 1994's "Interview with the Vampire," 1995's "Seven" and 1999's "Fight Club," among others. "[I] got to a place where I was aware that I was imprisoning myself," he recalled. "Now I go out and live life, and generally people are pretty cool."

Vanna White hosts 'Wheel of Fortune' for the first time in nearly four decades

Vanna White put on the "Wheel of Fortune" hosting hat for the first time on the show's Monday, Dec. 8, edition, after 37 years of turning the big letters on the board as contestants made guesses. The 62-year-old game show personality took over for her costar, Pat Sajak, because he needed emergency surgery, according to the New York Times, which cited one report that estimated her letter-turning stage walks had notched more than 2,000 miles over the years. Speaking to the Times last week, Vanna said she was "very nervous," and she still seemed to be a bit on edge during the show when, at one point, she worried that she was looking at the wrong number on the famous wheel. R. Kelly set to be arraigned on racketeering charge in NYC via videoconference

A judge in Brooklyn, New York, has green-lighted R. Kelly's request to be arraigned on new charges via videoconference from federal prison in Chicago next week. He reportedly has a fear of flying. Page Six reports the singer is set to enter a plea on a racketeering charge for allegedly bribing a government employee to get a then-15-year-old Aaliyah a fake ID in 1994 when Kelly was 27. He's said to have used the ID to marry the singer. The marriage was later expunged after Aaliyah's parents found out, according to the Post. Kelly is also facing charges in various cities ranging from kidnapping to forced labor to prostitution with a minor and more.

Gwen Stefani really has changed Blake Shelton's life — not to mention, the lives of everyone who has to deal with the country singer — at least, according to Blake. In a recent interview with ET, Blake joked, "I don't want to remember what I was like before Gwen, actually," adding that before she came into his life, he "was a jerk to everybody" — except Kelly Clarkson, who apparently got the "just a little bit of a jerk" treatment. Quipped Blake: "Look how nice I am now!" Gwen, for her part, had some non-jokey praise for her beau and co-star on "The Voice" in the same interview. "Blake saved my life, everybody knows that," she said. "Like, we're just having the time of our lives, and we never expected that this late in our lives, so we're just trying to savor every moment together …," the smitten singer gushed. Gwen and Blake recently recorded a new song together, "Nobody but You." It's slated to appear on Blake's forthcoming album.

Eminem's not the only one responding to the dis track Nick Cannon released this week in retaliation for a comment Em made about Nick and his ex, Mariah Carey, in his appearance on Fat Joe and Dre's "Lord Above." After Nick made some X-rated implications about Em's alleged activities with a chauffeur, Em tweeted at Nick, "I never even have a chauffeur, you bougie f—," then joked Nick's lyric had made his "gardener so jealous." Cue 50 Cent, who weighed in on social media on Tuesday, Dec. 10, calling Nick a "punk," dissing his "trash" track and asserting, "I don't understand to save my life why someone would pick a fight with EM." The Eminem-Nick beef dates back about 10 years, according to XXL.

Kate Hudson launches gluten-free, non-GMO alkaline water-made vodka

Kate Hudson introduced some special guests to her new King St. Vodka brand this week when she mixed up cocktails for guests at an intimate launch event at New York City's King Restaurant. The 40-year-old actress and Fabletics creator told Instagram followers last month that she opted to go into the booze business when she discovered she "wasn't 100% happy with my options" while surveying her bar for dirty martini makings. "Then I wondered, 'Are any of these vodkas founded by women?'" she posted. "I did some research, they weren't. So, I decided to make my own just the way I like it!" Kate's King St. Vodka is touted as being "crafted with alkaline water and 7x distilled for purity." It's also gluten-free and non-GMO, according to ET.
