Johnny Depp slams lawsuit claims he has 'pyschological issues'

Welcome to round ten million of Johnny Depp's ongoing legal battle with his former business managers at TMG. According to the Daily Mail, Johnny is asking a judge to strike 100 paragraphs from a response filing by TMG that the actors' lawyers say is "irrelevant and improper … inflammatory material" meant as a "vicious attack" of Johnny's character rather than a valid legal response. Among the elements Johnny wants stricken from the filing are allegations he has "psychological issues, "a "compulsive spending disorder" and that he's a habitual liar. Johnny filed the $25 million suit against TMG's Joel and Robert Mandel in January, accusing them of financial fraud and negligence and alleging they loaned his money without his permission. In a countersuit, the Mandels claimed Johnny maintains a financially irresponsible lifestyle that led directly to his money problems. Earlier this month, a judge tossed the part of the Mandels' suit tied to the actor's personal spending habits.

Charlize Theron learned that lesson last month when she and Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry were photographed together at the Santa Monica Pier, sparking romance rumors. On the Sunday, July 23 edition of "Watch What Happens Live," Andy Cohen asked if there was any truth to the buzz about the pair's alleged relationship. "No! No. I've never met him," the "Atomic Blonde" star said (via Us Weekly). "I met him for like three seconds, like, passing I was just like, 'Hi!' because our kids go to the same school." Turns out she'd prefer not to date another celeb, anyway. "I really hope to meet somebody out of this f—-ing business," she admitted. "It's hard though, it's tough." Later in the show, the conversation turned to Charlize's "Atomic Blonde" character's sexuality after a caller wondered why Lorraine Broughton was bisexual. "Why not?" Charlize asked. "I mean, it's just so strange when we talk so much about it. It should be normalized by now. It's something that I feel is not represented enough in cinema, and I feel like when you make movies, if you're going to hold that mirror up and reflect society, then you should reflect society." Andy followed up with his go-to "lady pond" question and Charlize revealed that while she has been with a woman before, she prefers men. "When I was young, yes!" she said. "I feel like when you're young, you're just kind of exploring it all, but it was pretty clear that I really like dudes."

Earlier this year on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Scott Disick told Kim Kardashian West he's "a sex addict." Now, he's changing his tune. "I would say I think it's a little rude that everybody keeps addressing me as a sex addict," Scott told E! News over the weekend. "I just like sex, but I'm not a sex addict. I said that in a humorous, joking fashion on the show and now I'm getting billed as one, and it's not the case. I do like sex, but I am not an addict." Asked if there's anyone special in his life these days, he said he has "no girlfriends or anything like that," including Bella Thorne, whom he reportedly made out with during the Cannes Film Festival. "We have nothing to do with each other romantically," he assured E! As for his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, Scott said the two have a good relationship has parents, despite reports to the contrary. "That's never been a question. I feel like sometimes the outside perspective thinks that maybe we are not on good terms, but we are," he said. "We stay strong for our three children, and that's pretty much all we can do."

"Joe and Mika are away together again," griped a source, vaguely referencing the couple's recent trips to the South of France and Nantucket, Mass. "'Morning Joe' is being produced as if they're in two different locations. They are not! They are together — they are always together," said the insider. Mika and Joe are reportedly working from a studio in London, courtesy of staffers who have been sent to the UK. "It's very difficult working on a show where the two stars are in a relationship," said the source. The co-hosts got engaged in France earlier this year.

Speaking to ET last week, the reality star and lawyer stuck with what she'd previously told the outlet she probably wouldn't get intimate with all of her suitors in the suites. "I'm a woman of my word!" she declared. Asked to elaborate on who she did get intimate with, she told ET, "I just said, I didn't do it with everyone," before explaining how she approached that part of the show."Fantasy suites were huge for me," she said. "I walked in with a list of questions I had. You can't cover everything with the limited amount of time you have. It's the first time you have extended time with this person, for me, it's like, if I'm taking the next step, I have a list of questions. … I need to see if the person is the same off camera that they are on camera." In the end, she said she found her final three guys, Eric, Peter and Bryan, gave the same answers both onscreen and off.
