Willow Hart's parents, singer Pink and off-road racer, Carey Hart, both have reps for being tough, so perhaps it should be no wonder the apple doesn't fall far from the proverbial tree. Willow, 7, was apparently struggling with a loose tooth this week, when her dad made her a deal. Yank that thing out yourself, he told her, and there's a crisp, green C-note in it for you. And just like that … Tada! Carey posted an Instagram pic of his daughter holding her tooth in one hand and her new cash in the other, Tooth Fairy be damned. "Willz is gonna be the next major investment banker," he joked in the caption. "We settled on 100 buck for 1 shot at pulling her tooth out. Was the best money I ever spent, and she got 20 weeks worth of tour per diem in 5 seconds. #LoveThisKid."

Jenna Dewan opens up about her 'new chapter,' post-split

In the wake of her split from Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan is in the midst of a new era. "The moves I'm making are completely not related to my marriage or separation, interestingly enough," Jenna, who has both acting and production projects in the hopper in addition to her "World of Dance" hosting duties, tells Harper's Bazaar. " I was always very happy being a wife … [I had questions looming like] 'Who are you? What do you want to give to the world? What excites you?' Those feelings started bubbling up for me, naturally … so I really wanted to expand my life, and myself. And that was my journey, no one else's." She goes on to say that rolling solo is a new and positive experience. "I feel a sense of joy and freedom and excitement, truly, about a new chapter in my life. And I have no attachments to how that's going to look, or what that's going to be. I feel really open, and I feel hopeful," she says. Jenna adds that while she and Channing are "just getting used to" their new, non-romantic relationship as parents to their daughter, Everly, and friends, they "support" one another. But she's also drawing support from her female friends — with the help of a little New Age-style spirituality. Jenna tells the mag she and her women pals hold "goddess circles" in which they talk about intentions for their lives as well as "what we're going through" at the moment. Then, a shaman (yep) holds a group meditation for the ladies, complete with "sound bowls" and crystals. "I'm aware how weird that sounds …," she admits. "It's the whole LA hippie experience …. At the end of the day, the whole point is women coming together, and supporting each other, and connecting, and bonding. We have these crazy lives … I think as I've gotten older, it sounds cliché, but it's more important to have a really solid group of girls that are there for me, who get me."

Now that Kim Kardashian West's made her foray into the sociopolitical realm by advocating for the release of Alice Marie Johnson, multiple outlets have wondered whether she sees a future for herself in politics or activism ("never say never," she recently told CNN). This week, few issues are more at the forefront of American politics than Donald Trump's "zero tolerance" policy and his now semi-reversed mandate to separate migrant families who enter the country illegally. Speaking with THR this week, Kim acknowledged something needed to change with regard to the way children and infants have been pulled away from their parents at the border in large numbers. But she also sounded open to giving the White House a chance, even when it comes to controversial policies. "It is really complex. It's heartbreaking. When you see those images, it breaks your heart and I hope that it all gets resolved. You don't want to see these things," she said in reference to the issue of separated migrant families. "I try to see all sides, especially after this experience [referring to the controversy over her visit to the White House]. There's obviously a lot that we don't agree with, but I want him [President Trump] to win. I want him to succeed, because it's our country. It's so crazy that everyone doesn't want that." As for her own political aspirations? "It's a longer-term mission for me," she explained. "I never started out thinking I was being political. I just thought I was helping people and I knew that I had the opportunity or the resources, so I used them and, you know, it worked out really well for Alice [Marie Johnson]. I definitely saw a lot of compassion from the White House with her and I really do believe it's just the beginning."

Florida rapper arrested in XXXTentacion's death

When XXXTentacion was shot and killed outside of a motorcycle shop on Monday, June 18, investigators initially treated the incident as a robbery, in spite of concerns from the young rapper's family that he was murdered. By Thursday, however, police had found evidence suggesting the slain rapper's family was right. CNN reports Broward County police have arrested Dedrick D. Williams, aka "Soldier Kidd," for the murder of XXXTentacion. TMZ notes Soldier Kidd, also a Florida-based rapper, had shared a photo on social media from a nearby chicken joint in which he could be seen holding a gun within an hour of the shooting. Police reportedly arrested Williams after collecting surveillance footage from the eatery.

Lindsay Lohan's probably not getting an invite to Paris Hilton's wedding

There's something about running into Paris Hilton that seems to put TMZ's photographers in a 2005 state of mind every time … It happened again this week when a cameraman caught up with the bride-to-be at the airport in Los Angeles when she and her beau, Chris Zylka were on their way home after Paris' Philipp Plein Sport runway appearance at Milan Fashion Week. The first matter of business on the photog's circa 2005 topic list? Paris' old pal, Kim Kardashian West, and the work she did to get Alice Marie Johnson's sentence commuted. Gushing that she's "so proud" of Kim, Paris called the pardon a "miracle" and commended Kim for having been able "to really use her voice to help someone in need." After chatting about Kim, Paris was asked if she planned to invite another former friend (turned frenemy turned enemy), Lindsay Lohan to her wedding. Rather than issue a straight-up "no," Paris offered, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." Finally, the pap asked if Paris would go to Lindsay's wedding if she were to get married and invite her. "No …I'm very busy," Paris said. "I don't have drama with anyone, but I choose to not surround myself [with] certain people … Life is too short."

Jack Wagner says ex, Heather Locklear, 'is in my prayers'

Heather Locklear is getting help this week after she was hospitalized following an incident in which she was acting suicidal. It's not the first serious scare this year for the people close to the actress, who was arrested earlier this year on a domestic violence charge and for assaulting a police officer. Speaking to "Extra," Heather's ex-fiance, actor Jack Wagner, said he wants to see her recover from whatever she may be going through and find her way forward. "Listen, we all have our struggles and our issues. There's no one that can say we don't," he said. "So Heather's in my prayers. I love her and her family and I just hope that she can really dig in and turn her life around. I love her to death and I just pray for the best for her and her family."

Controversial judge in Meek Mill case withholds ruling on new trial request

Philadelphia judge Genece Brinkley still won't let go of Meek Mill's case. Pegged to gun and drug charges that have since been dismissed — and depended primarily on the testimony of a police officer who even the Philly D.A. has said lacks "credibility" — the decade-old case has lingered in the court system for years. At the evidentiary hearing she called for this week, Brinkley said she "needs more time" to decide whether the rapper should get a new trial given new information that's been presented about Reginald Graham, the cop in question. Both the defense and prosecution agree a new trial is in order since Graham has been accused of stealing money from a drug bust, lying to the FBI about it and giving testimony that was later deemed so unreliable three different convictions from other trials he testified in have now been overturned. (Evidentiary hearings were not required for those cases and the D.A.'s office opted not to retry them each time, according to Billboard.) "Commonwealth does not have confidence in the credibility of Reginald Graham's testimony in this case," the D.A.'s office told the court in Mill's case. Brinkley, however, said she hadn't made up her mind about Graham's credibility. Mill's legal team told Billboard Brinkley seemed "confrontational" during the two-hour hearing on Monday, June 18. The lawyers said she laughed at an expert witness and sounded as if she had decided she would rule against the new trial request before she heard all of the evidence. All of this comes after Brinkley allegedly demanded Mill record a Boyz II Men song and give her a shout-out on the track, which he dismissed. She then sentenced him to up to four years behind bars for a technical violation of probation stemming the from the already dismissed gun and drug charges. The state Supreme Court had him released five months after he began serving his term. A slew of celebrities and politicians have demanded Brinkley be removed from the case, but she has refused to recuse herself. As of the end of Monday's hearing, she continued to withhold a ruling on the new trial request, according to Billboard. Meek has maintained the original charges against him were bunk and created as a set-up by Graham and another corrupt cop.

Mary J. Blige and Kendu Isaacs finalize divorce

Time for Mary J. Blige to crank up "Single Ladies" … TMZ reports the singer and her ex, Martin "Kendu" Isaacs, have formally finalized plans for dividing their assets. Although they are keeping the details confidential, whatever the pair agreed to has been OK'd by a judge, who reportedly gave their divorce a green light on Wednesday, June 20, months after Mary and Kendu initially agreed to a settlement. The two married back in 2003; Mary has since said he turned out to have been "a con artist."

Maria Shriver gets candid about how she keeps her kids grounded

How did Maria Shriver teach the four kids she shares with her ex, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to avoid the pitfalls that can potentially come with being part of a famous family? That's what Oprah Winfrey asks the NBCNews anchor to explain in the June 25 edition of her "SuperSoul Conversations" podcast. "I say to them, at the end of the day, you're you. You will surround yourself with people who know you and love you," Maria begins, according to E! News. "That's your job to have a good group of friends around you. I expect you and so does your dad expect you to be kind and compassionate and I expect you to work hard. I don't expect you to make a lot of money, but I expect you to work hard as does your dad." Maria goes on to say she's tried to teach Katherine, Christopher, Christina and Patrick Schwarzenegger to take advantage of their privilege by helping others, a lesson E! reports has translated into the Shwarzenegger kids' work with groups like the ASPCA and Best Buddies, a non-profit that helps people with developmental and intellectual disabilities create strong friendships and leadership skills. Maria goes on to she also tells her kids she expects them "to do something that's good in the world," while assuring them the love and acceptance they get from their parents will always be there. "Find a passion, find a charity, find a non-profit that can use your help. I'm not going to tie loving you to how you do, but I do expect you to be kind and loving and you will always be accepted here in this home," she says. "You're also going to have to put on blinders and eliminate the people who say, 'You only got this cause of who you are. You got it easy. You got this. You got that.' And you just have to keep going. You have to keep your head down and keep moving forward. Everybody has their stuff. Everybody has their challenges but you're blessed."

Hopper Penn pleads no contest to drug charge

Sean Penn and Robin Wright's son, Hopper, 24, has pleased no contest to a misdemeanor drug charge and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, according to the New York Post. Hopper was arrested in April on Interstate 80 in Nebraska with his girlfriend, Uma Von Wittkamp, when a cop pulled them over for failing to signal. The officer reportedly ended up finding 14 grams of marijuana, four amphetamine pills and three grams of psychedelic mushrooms in the car and arrested them. Both Hopper and Uma were fined following their misdemeanor charge of the attempt of a felony, according to the Post. Hopper has struggled with drug issues in the past. "I was pretty bad," Hopper told Es magazine last year. "I just got caught a lot doing stuff, you know? Whether it was my parents or the cops, I was doing a lot of stuff. Meth was the main one that brought me down. … I went to rehab because I woke up in a hospital and my dad was like, 'Rehab? Or bus bench?' I was like, 'I'll take the bed.' Thank God I got out of that because that was the worst time in my life. Because it's not fun when it gets to a point where you just need it."
