Demi Lovato spotted leaving Soho House with Machine Gun Kelly

Is something brewing between Demi Lovato and Machine Gun Kelly? According to Page Six, the stars were photographed around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, as they left Soho House West Hollywood together. Although the Cleveland rapper got into a different car than the one Demi stepped into, an onlooker told the tab his convertible followed Demi's SUV towards her home. The pair seem to be friends — they were spotted hanging out together back in 2017 as well. They've also both spoken openly about their struggles with drugs and alcohol. Demi has been sober since her overdose in 2018 and is currently working on new music as part of a comeback. MGK, meanwhile, tweeted last fall that he was "determined" to get happy without the help of substances, according to TheFix. In a July interview with GQ, he also detailed his history of using painkillers. As of December, Demi was reportedly single and focusing on "herself and her work" after a rumored fling with model Austin Wilson.

Claire Danes recalls embarrassing herself while meeting Beyonce

With "Homeland" in its final season, Claire Danes is getting nostalgic about the show. But there are some things about its success she'd probably rather forget — like a conversation she had with Beyonce when they met backstage at an awards show a few years back. As Claire told Jimmy Fallon on the Wednesday, Feb. 5 edition of "The Tonight Show," the actress did not exactly play it cool when she found herself standing beside the Queen B. "We were backstage in this little area, and she was wearing this bedazzled jumpsuit and a giant hat, and it was just everything you want Beyoncé to be," she recalled (via E! News). "And I got really stupid," Claire admitted. "Like, my brain just stopped working. It's intense. It's her, right? I was talking, I was saying words and she said words back. And she said that she was a fan, I remember that distinctly. She said, 'My husband and I really love your show, we watch it all the time.' I was like, 'That's amazing.'" Bey went on to tell Claire she'd just wrapped a tour. Making conversation, Claire asked if she planned to "take a little break" to rest. "And she said, 'Yeah, yeah. We're gonna go on vacation,'" Claire recalled. That's when things went south. "I was like, 'Really? Where are you gonna go?'" Claire shared. She then realized her mistake — because Beyonce clearly didn't wanna pony up her travel plans with Jay-Z. Instead, the singer replied, "Yeah, no, we're thinking about it,'" according to Claire. Telling Jimmy the story, she blushed. "And I was like, 'Oh, my God. You cannot ask Beyoncé where she's going on vacation!' Like, that's not appropriate. That's not something you do!" she squealed. "I said, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, no. Of course, yeah.' And so, then they called me on stage and I was very happy about that, that we could end our conversation right there. But she was lovely and charming and I was just a nervous freaking wreck." Asked if she's seen Beyonce since their chat, Claire joked, "No. She didn't invite me on vacation. That didn't happen."

There's no bad blood between Teresa Giudice and her ex, Joe Giudice, in spite of recent photos that showed him partying with other women in bikinis shortly after their separation. "I'm happy for him," Teresa told People this week, adding, "Party on." Joe, however, is "upset that his daughters saw" the photos, which showed him in a day-bed with two women, among other scenes. "He was upset about that. And it wasn't even paparazzi taking his picture. It was random people at the hotel, which I think people should just mind their business because we're just normal people like everyone else. It's like, why do you want to take our photo? Leave us alone," Teresa said. "Let Joe live his life, I want to live my life. We all need our privacy." Teresa and Joe share four daughters, Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 11. "At first Milania saw it, and Gia, and they were like 'Are you kidding me?' And I was just like, 'Girls it's fine. He's living his life,'" Teresa told People. "Because I was fine with it, they were fine with it." Joe is currently living in Italy while he awaits an appeal to his deportation order.

State Farm accuses Shannen Doherty of using cancer diagnosis to 'garner sympathy' in lawsuit

Shannen Doherty's lawsuit against State Farm is turning ugly. The actress, who announced this week she has terminal stage 4 breast cancer, sued the company in March 2019 on grounds it refused to cover the cost of repairs to her home following damages from the wildfires in California. According to Page Six, the company wrote in a filing submitted this week that the "90210" alum only went public with her diagnosis to "garner sympathy by her contention that State Farm must rebuild her entire house" when the case goes to trial. "Plaintiff improperly claims she is entitled to have her entire home rebuilt at a cost of $2.7 million because she has breast cancer and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease," State Farm's lawyers asserted in the document. Shannen, 48, has been battling cancer on and off for some time. The disease had gone into remission before it returned recently.

Catherine Zeta-Jones honors her late father-in-law Kirk Douglas

Catherine Zeta-Jones paid tribute to her late father-in-law, Kirk Douglas, on Instagram this week after her husband Michael Douglas announced on Facebook that Krik had died at age 103 on Wednesday, Feb. 5. Sharing a sweet photo of herself giving Kirk a gentle kiss on the cheek, she wrote simply, "To my darling Kirk, I shall love you for the rest of my life. I miss you already. Sleep tight…" Michael, 75, opened his own tribute to the screen legend by writing, "It is with tremendous sadness that my brothers and I announce that Kirk Douglas left us today at the age of 103." He went on to cite his father's career in film and his humanitarian work before praising him as a great father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. News report that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were "looking at homes online" in Los Angeles and thinking about spending the summer there, People is now reporting the couple does indeed plan to start spending more time in Meghan's hometown. It may not just be for the summer, either. Sources tell People that while the two "love being in Canada," where they've been living with their son since they stepped down from their royal duties, "they'll likely have houses in both [Canada and L.A.]" Meghan's mother still lives in Los Angeles, as do many of her friends, according to People.
