As reported by TMZ on Jan. 13, when their E! show wrapped in early January, the Kardashian clan presented 30 members of their "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" production crew with Rolex watches to show their appreciation for their work over the last 20 seasons. Fans of the HBO series "Sex and the City," which ran from 1998 to 2004, were delighted to hear that it would be revived as a limited series for HBO Max called "And Just Like That." Sarah Jessica Parker and co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis have a major payday in store for their participation in the comeback: The trio will reportedly earn upwards of $1 million per episode for a grand total of at least $10 million each. Kim Cattrall — who played Samantha Jones during the show's original run — will not be returning.

Want another reason to love Post Malone? He's giving back to those fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. On Jan. 13, TMZ reported that the "Sunflower" hitmaker gifted 10,000 frontline workers his custom Crocs — the Post Malone x Crocs Duet Max Clog II — which immediately sold out after debuting in December 2020. Post teamed up with Crocs and the nonprofit organization Musicians On Call to donate the footwear.

On Jan. 17, Kim Kardashian West took to Instagram to commemorate a major social media milestone — that she'd reached 200 million Instagram followers! "200 MIL ✨thank you so much for the love ✨," she wrote alongside some stunning photos of herself. The reality star is among the app's most followed celebs. A-listers like Ariana Grande and Dwayne Johnson and soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo have also amassed more than 200 million followers.

On Jan. 8, CNBC reported that the Tesla and SpaceX CEO is not only the world's most affluent man but that his rise to the top was the fastest yet. To put it in perspective, the famed entrepreneur started 2020 with a net worth of approximately $27 billion.
In January 2021, it was reported that the Brooklyn Nets point guard Kyrie Irving had purchased a home for the family of George Floyd, a Black man who was killed in May 2020 when a Minneapolis police officer kneeled on his neck. "He wanted to help George's family and I let him know that a house was what they needed at that time and he made it happen in a heartbeat," said former NBA player Stephen Jackson, who was a friend to George. Kyrie has since spoken out as well. "I just want to keep continuing to fulfill our purpose in serving a lot of the underserved communities," he said. "Those don't necessarily get the same attention from just others around… So just trying to do my part with service, that's all."
Something non-celebs probably can't relate to? Taking selfies that feature an incredibly expensive mirror! On Jan. 19, DailyMail.com reported that model Elsa Hosk posted a selfie on Instagram taken in front of a stunning statement mirror by Ultrafragola. It's value? A cool $10,000… no big deal! In the snap, the former Victoria's Secret Angel is seen showing off her baby bump while subtly showcasing the distinctly designed mirror.
We're going to go out on a limb and say it's pretty uncommon to have a life-sized cardboard cut-out of your significant other. On Jan. 18, following Ben Affleck's split from Ana de Armas after nearly a year of dating, DailyMail.com ran photos of what appeared to be a giant poster-board version of the "Knives Out" actress in his trash. Talk about peculiar! "The breakup was amicable [but] she was the one who called things off, a source told Us Weekly. "Ben and Ana were moving in different directions in their lives and stopped seeing eye to eye. The two couldn't work through their differences and have decided to end their relationship." The exes were first romantically linked in March 2020.
In the wake of the Christmas morning bombing in Nashville, Tennessee, country singer-songwriter Brad Paisley gave a helping hand to those negatively affected by the horrific event. Brad gifted a guitar to Buck McCoy, a musician who lost his guitar in the explosion. "I went to my Instagram and there was a message, and I was like, this must be some kind of prank," Buck told WKRN of realizing Brad had contacted him. "You know, one of my funny buddies saying, 'Let's cheer Buck up.' No, it was actually him, and he wanted to talk to me and he said, 'I want to hook you up with a guitar so you can get back to work and make a living.'" This wasn't the country superstar's only act of kindness — he also took to Facebook to encourage his fans to donate to Buck's GoFundMe page in addition to personally offering him unlimited groceries at his establishment, The Store, which assists families in need. "I can't just sit around and think about it over and over and the memory comes back," said Buck. "It's just, I need to create new memories; I need to create fun experiences, and then water those experiences and let those old weeds die in the back."
On Jan. 8, Page Six reported that four-time Grammy winner Tracy Chapman had won a major copyright infringement lawsuit she'd filed in the fall of 2018 against Nicki Minaj. The rapper reportedly agreed to pay $450,000 to Tracy in addition to legal fees after she was sued over a leaked track that sampled the "Fast Car" hitmaker's 1998 song "Baby Can I Hold You." Despite Tracy declining Nicki's request to sample the song, the "Superbass" rapper apparently used it anyway without her permission.

According to TMZ, controversial YouTuber-turned professional boxer Jake Paul has listed his sprawling estate in Calabasas, California, so he can relocate and focus on his boxing career. According to the webloid's sources, Jake's 3.5-acre property is nothing to scoff at — there's 15,045 square feet of home that includes a whopping eight bedrooms, a theater, an office, a gym and more! Additional amenities include stunning views and two waterfalls. Say what you want about him, but it looks like the 24-year-old was certainly living luxuriously!
