Miscarriage news
Alec Baldwin's wife, Hilaria Baldwin, announced on Nov. 11 that she'd suffered a miscarriage and lost their baby, a girl. It was her second miscarriage this year. Sexy!
Sexiness is John Legend… at least according to People magazine. The mag dubbed the singing star its 2019 Sexiest Man Alive on Nov. 12. "I was excited, but I was a little scared at the same time because it's a lot of pressure," the "The Voice" coach told the mag, which gives the out the honor annually. "Everyone's going to be picking me apart to see if I'm sexy enough to hold this title. I'm [also] following Idris Elba, which is not fair and is not nice to me!" John's wife, Chrissy Teigen, never one to hold back her opinions, tweeted, "I cannot WAIT for people to get mad about John being the sexiest man alive. It's my new Starbucks holiday cup." A few hours later she tweeted, "The sexiest man alive just made me a ham sandwich."

Shots fired
Taylor Swift's beef with music execs Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta escalated on Nov. 14 when the pop queen accused them of blocking her from performing her own songs at the 2019 American Music Awards. The men control Taylor's back catalog following Scooter's purchase of Big Machine Label Group, of which Scott is CEO. In a lengthy post on her social media pages, Taylor said the men "said that I'm not allowed to perform my old songs on television because they claim that would be re-recording my music before I'm allowed to next year." She added that a Netflix documentary on her last few years is in the works and that she can't use her old music in that either. "Right now my performance at the AMA's, the Netflix documentary and any other recorded events I am planning to play until November of 2020 are a question mark," she said. However, Scooter and Scott insist Taylor's claims are full of "false information." "At no point did we say Taylor could not perform on the AMAs or block her Netflix special. In fact, we do not have the right to keep her from performing live anywhere," the music company wrote in a Nov. 15 statement. "Since Taylor's decision to leave Big Machine last fall, we have continued to honor all of her requests to license her catalog to third parties as she promotes her current record in which we do not financially participate."

[My son] Jameson's going to start preschool soon. It's kind of the year of the family," she told "Entertainment Tonight" at the CMA Awards on Nov. 13. "And [my husband] Carey [Hart] has a lot going on as well. He's super-supportive, he follows me around the world and now it's his turn." Looking healthy, Kevin said, "First and foremost, I thank God, because I definitely don't have to be here. Being that I am, that makes me appreciate life even more. It makes me appreciate the things that really matter. Family. I want to thank my wife, my kids. They really stepped up to the plate for me." He also thanked his fans for helping him heal. Boo!
Drake is one of the biggest artists on the planet, but he was shockingly persona non grata at a Los Angeles music festival on Nov. 10. How bad was it? He was booed off stage! Drake was the surprise guest at Tyler, the Creator's Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival at Dodger Stadium. However, it seems that the majority of guests all wanted and believed that Frank Ocean was the surprise guest. Drake could sense that the fans weren't embracing him during his set and asked if they wanted more. The crowd booed, letting him know that his services were no longer needed. Afterward, Drake trolled the fans, writing, "Plot twist… just signed a 10 year residency at Camp Flog Gnaw sorry kids see you EVERY SINGLE YEAR till you are 30." Naturally, he was joking.

Kaia Gerber and Pete Davidson continue to fuel speculation that they're dating. The model and the comedian were first linked in October when they were spotted at dinner in New York City. They later had a meal together in Los Angeles. Over the past week, they were spotted out together three more times in New York. "She looked super into him," an eyewitness told Us Weekly of one of their dinner dates on Nov. 12. "She kept reaching out to touch his hands. They were whispering to each other the whole time." Two days earlier, Kaia took in Pete's podcast taping with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. That night, a different observer told Us Weekly, "Pete and Kaia weren't showing outward PDA and were being low-key. During the show, Pete and Kaia were texting each other." Then came the real confirmation: On Nov. 13, Page Six published photos of Pete and Kaia holding hands at a grocery store in Hillsdale, New York.

Secretly married
Surprise! Emmy winner Lena Waithe secretly married longtime love Alana Mayo. "We snuck and did it, you know," she told John Legend when he guest hosted "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Nov. 15. "We didn't make any announcements or a big… We went to San Francisco. We went to the courthouse. Got married right in front of [late gay rights activist and politician] Harvey Milk's bust. [It was] her idea, as all good things are. And she was just driving and she saw the courthouse and she said, 'We should get married there.' And I said, 'Cool, I'm down.'" The "Master of None" star called it a "humbling day." While Lena didn't reveal the date of the nuptials, she implied that they were recent.
