"The Little Stranger" is based on the novel of the same name and is guaranteed to terrify you. The 1940s-set period film, which stars Domhnall Gleeson, Ruth Wilson and Charlotte Rampling, tells the story of Dr. Faraday, a physician who's called to take care of a patient at Hundreds Halls — the home of a prestigious family for whom his mother once worked. When he arrives, he realizes just how ominous they really are. "The Little Stranger" hits theaters on Aug. 31, 2018.
The fourth installment of the "Predator" film series arrives in theaters on Sept. 14, 2018. "The Predator" is about a young boy who accidentally triggers an alert that brings the Predators back to Earth. If that wasn't bad enough, the awesomely terrifying creatures have genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other alien species, which, of course, leads to utter mayhem.
Who's ready for another Nick Frost and Simon Pegg collaboration? We know we are! The two "Shaun of the Dead" stars are coming together once again in the comedy-horror flick "Slaughterhouse Rulez." The movie, which is centered on British boarding school teachers and students fighting for survival after a sinkhole appears near campus, hits theaters on Sept. 7, 2018.
"The House with a Clock in its Wall" is an adaptation of a children's horror novel that will you leave you on the edge of your seat. The movie tells the story of 10-year-old orphan Lewis who moves in with his mysterious uncle (played by Jack Black) and accidentally awakens the dead. The fantasy film, which also stars Cate Blanchett, is coming to a theater near you on Sept. 21, 2018.
Ready for "Jaws" on steroids? "The Meg" is all about a 75-foot Megalodon shark that's terrorizing a beach and the group of scientists who are trying to stop it. The thrilling film, starring Jason Statham, Rainn Wilson and Ruby Rose, arrives in theaters on Aug. 10, 2018.
