Whitney Houston was molested by her cousin Dee Dee Warwick, a documentary that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on May 17 alleges. Whitney's longtime assistant Mary Jones told filmmakers that the late singer confided in her about the alleged sexual abuse. Whitney's half-brother, Gary Garland-Houston, said in the film that he too was abused by a female family member.

The 37 year old reportedly slammed his guitar case on the curb multiple times, yelled at his girlfriend and pushed her before fleeing the scene.

T.I. was arrested on May 16 after getting into an argument with a security guard outside his gated community in Atlanta. The rapper reportedly forgot his key and got upset when the guard wouldn't let him pass. T.I. is facing disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and simple assault charges.

Photos taken of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's death scene will not be released to the public and are exempt from Washington state's Public Records Act, according to a Washington State Court of Appeals ruling. The court decided on May 15 — after reading filed testimony from Kurt's widow, Courtney Love, and daughter, Frances Bean Cobain — that releasing the photos would "violate the Cobain family's due process rights under the 14th Amendment."
Taylor Swift granted restraining order against knife-wielding fan
Taylor Swift has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who was discovered outside her California mansion with multiple masks, a knife, rope and ammunition in his car, according to court paperwork obtained on May 17. Julius Sandrock, 38, arrived at Taylor's home on April 14 and told police that "he recently went through a divorce and the last time he felt happiness was when he listened to Taylor Swift's last album, 'Bad Reputation' [sic]."
