From Lady Gaga and Drake to Aerosmith and Janet Jackson, Las Vegas residencies are all the rage in 2019. Wonderwall.com is taking a look at the celebs who've scored regular performance gigs in Sin City in recent years, starting with a music legend. Celine Dion said goodbye to the Vegas stage on June 8, 2019, after 16 years of dominating the residency scene. When she performed her last show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, she paid tribute to her late husband and manager, René Angélil, who convinced Celine all those years ago that Vegas would be a great move for her fans and her career. "I definitely have mixed emotions about this final run," Celine said in a Facebook post leading up to the finale. "Las Vegas has become my home and performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace has been a big part of my life for the past two decades. "A Star Is Born" actress and singer Lady Gaga is performing two separate shows at the Park Theater at Park MGM. She launched "Enigma," which features her greatest pop hits and No. 1 singles, in December 2018. A few weeks later in January 2019, she debuted "Jazz & Piano," which showcases music from the Great American Songbook. Shows resume in May and run through November 2019, and the rumor in Vegas is that the hotel already wants to extend her well-reviewed residency.

On May 17, 2019, Janet Jackson opened her first ever Las Vegas residency show, "Metamorphosis," at the Park Theater at Park MGM. The first run will see a total of 15 shows during May, July and August 2019.

Gwen Stefani's "Just A Girl" Las Vegas residency, which launched in 2018, continues with shows through late 2019. The No Doubt frontwoman is performing at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. Fun fact: $1 from each ticket bought is donated to the Cure 4 the Kids Foundation.

Drake is headed to Sin City! The Toronto rapper reportedly inked a multi-year deal with Wynn Las Vegas's XS Nightclub in January 2019 for a 2019 residency. While no official dates or details have been released, reports claim the music star will deliver a minimum of 10 shows over a span of two years. Drake will also reportedly be making $10 million for the residency.

The Backstreet Boys brought their best pop hits to Las Vegas with their "Larger Than Life" residency at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood, which kicked off in 2017. The show wrapped in April 2019.

Palms Casino Resort announced in January 2019 that Bronx rapper Cardi B would be performing at KAOS, its new dayclub and nightclub amphitheater-style complex. She started taking the stage there in April 2019 when the venue opened.

Aerosmith kicked off its "Aerosmith: Deuces Are Wild" residency at the Park Theater at Park MGM in April 2019. "We want to bring a show in there we really can't do when on the road, on a regular tour," guitarist Joe Perry told "Today." "We want to bring a show that still has Aerosmith and all the guts of Aerosmith, but has a whole other element to it that we haven't been able to do before." Advance ticket sales were so good that the hotel has already doubled the number of shows.

Lady Antebellum became the first country group to headline the Palms Casino Resort's Pearl Concert Theater when they began their residency there in February 2019. "Las Vegas has always been a special place for us both personally and as a band," Hillary Scott wrote on Instagram. "We won our first award ever as Lady A at the ACM Awards [in Vegas] and are so looking forward to making it our second home, bringing along some of our friends from Nashville and creating a show unlike we've ever put together before." The "Lady Antebellum: Our Kind of Vegas" residency is scheduled through August 2019.

Bruno Mars in Vegas? Yes, please! The superstar singer, who previously enjoyed a residency at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2013 and 2014, announced an 11-show residency at Park MGM's Park Theater in February 2019. The shows will kick off in April 2019 and run through September.

Donny Osmond and Marie Osmond have been performing their act, "Donny & Marie," in Sin City since 2008 and are ready for something new. The superstar siblings announced that they will conclude their residency at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel in November 2019. "Next year's our final year," Donny said on "Las Vegas Morning Blend" in October 2018. "We've been talking about it for a long time, but definitely, our countdown has started."

Britney Spears is coming back to Las Vegas soon… but not as soon as we'd hoped. The pop superstar was scheduled to begin her second residency, "Domination," at Park MGM's Park Theater in February 2019 but postponed the show indefinitely in January due to her father's health. "I am dedicating my focus and energy to care for my family. We have a very special relationship and I want to be with my family at this time just like they have always been there for me," Britney shared in her official statement. "Thank you to all my fans for your continued love and support during this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I look forward to the time when I can be back on stage performing for all of you." The pop star's first residency, "Britney: Piece of Me" — which she performed at AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino — ran from December 2013 to December 2017, during which time it grossed nearly $138 million.

Calvin Harris is a resident DJ at multiple venues in Las Vegas and performs almost weekly at the Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand, OMNIA Nightclub at Caesars Palace or the Wet Republic Ultra Pool at MGM Grand. He has shows scheduled from March to October 2019. He signed his first Sin City residency deal with Wynn Las Vegas back in 2012.

Jennifer Lopez absolutely killed it during her Las Vegas residency at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The "Jennifer Lopez: All I Have" show ran from January 2016 to September 2018 and grossed more than $101 million.

Cher is continuing her reign as the queen of Las Vegas. The music legend's "Classic Cher" residency at Park MGM's Park Theater, which launched in early 2017, is scheduled to run through April 2019. She also previously had a residency at Caesars Palace.

Elton John performed his "Million Dollar Piano" residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from 2011 to 2018. The concert series made more than $131 million during its run.

Barry Manilow has returned to Las Vegas — where he kicked off his first residency in 2005 — for another entertaining show. The singer, who's performing his "Manilow Las Vegas: The Hits Come Home" concert at the International Theater at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, is scheduled to take the stage through June 2019.

Christina Aguilera is one of the newest performers making her mark in Las Vegas. The "Fighter" singer announced in January 2019 that her "Christina Aguilera: The Xperience" residency will begin in May 2019. "This is the next chapter in something new, exciting, creative and epic for my fans," Xtina told Billboard of the show, which will happen at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. "I'm such a visual person and I've been acquiring all these inspirations. Las Vegas is an amazing place to put all of that together."

Wayne Newton is continuing his reign as Mr. Las Vegas with new shows at Caesars Palace's Cleopatra's Barge. "Wayne Newton: Up Close and Personal" runs from March to June 2019.

After performing in her "#1 to Infinity" residency from 2015 to 2017, Mariah Carey continued with a new show, "Mariah Carey: The Butterfly Returns," which ran from July 2018 to February 2019 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. It included a four-piece live band, three backup singers and seven dancers.

Boyz II Men have been bringing their signature soulful sounds to Sin City for years. The vocal group continues to perform at the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage in Las Vegas. Their latest run goes through June 2019.

Pitbull is returning to Sin City in the spring of 2019 for the fifth consecutive year of his residency at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The rapper has eight May performances scheduled for his "Time of Our Lives" show.

Brooks & Dunn and Reba McEntire joined forces for an awesome residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Sin City. The country superstars began their "Together in Vegas" residency in 2015 and have several shows scheduled for summer 2019.

Billy Idol is rocking out in Vegas. The singer's "Billy Idol: Las Vegas 2019" residency at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort began with five shows in January. Billy is scheduled to perform five additional shows in October. He previously had a residency at House of Blues Las Vegas.

George Strait recently finished his "Strait to Vegas" residency at the T-Mobile Arena in Sin City. The country music icon's concert series began in 2016 and concluded in February 2019 with two final shows.

Carlos Santana will continue to perform his "An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live" residency at the House of Blues Las Vegas from May to November 2019. The legendary guitarist began the concert series seven years ago.

Diana Ross is no stranger to the Sin City residency stage. The Motown great performed in her first how, "The Essential Diana Ross: Some Memories Never Fade," at The Venetian Las Vegas from April 2015 to February 2017. Her fourth, "Diamond Diana" — meant to celebrate her 75th birthday — ran through February 2019 at Wynn Las Vegas's Encore Theater.

Rod Stewart recently finished a seven-year residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. "Rod Stewart: The Hits" began in 2011 and wrapped in June 2018 after grossing more than $53 million.

Chicago are performing their second residency in Las Vegas starting in February 2019. The legendary rock band have eight shows scheduled at the Venetian Theater at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

James Taylor is bringing his A-game to the Las Vegas stage in the spring of 2019. The singer will perform a residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace with his All-Star Band beginning in April 2019. Shows are scheduled through May.

Robbie Williams is ditching his native Britain for Sin City — at least temporarily. The singer and U.K. "The X Factor" judge performs his first Las Vegas residency show at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas beginning in March 2019. Shows are scheduled through July.
