Cardi B truly blew up in 2018 — and now she's up for five Grammys in 2019! Her debut studio album, "Invasion of Privacy," is nominated for album of the year and best rap album, while her smash hit "I Like It" earned a nod for record of the year and her single with Maroon 5, "Girls Like You," is up for best pop duo/group performance. As you might have guessed, Cardi is not the rapper's real name: The superstar was actually born Belcalis Almanzar. But she's not the only Grammy nominee who's better known by her stage name. Did you know Post Malone's last name is actually Post? It's true! He was born Austin Richard Post. In 2019, he's up for four Grammys including record of the year for "Rockstar" and album of the year for "Beerbongs & Bentleys."

SZA's real name is Solana Imani Rowe. The talented musician is up for four Grammys in 2019 including record of the year and song of the year for "All the Stars" with Kendrick Lamar.

Best rap performance nominee Anderson .Paak didn't have to look far for his stage name. He was born Brandon Paak Anderson, so he just inverted his middle and last names.
Former "Degrassi" star-turned-rapper Aubrey Graham is better known by his middle name — Drake. He's up for seven Grammys this year, which makes him the second-most nominated artist in 2019. Most of Drake's nods are for his smash hit album "Scorpion," as well as his guest appearances on other hit songs like Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode."
Leon Bridges' real name? Though Bridges is his surname, he was born Todd Michael Bridges… which just doesn't have the same ring to it (plus Todd Bridges was taken by the onetime star of "Diff'rent Strokes"). Leon is up for best traditional R&B performance for "Bet Ain't Worth the Hand" and best R&B album for "Good Thing."
St. Vincent is a fancy stage name, but the talented singer's real moniker is Annie Clark. She's up for best rock song, best alternative music album and best recording package for "Masseduction."
You won't be surprised to learn that Bad Bunny is a stage name, but you might be surprised to hear his real name: Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio — also known as a Grammy nominee for record of the year for his song "I Like It" with Cardi B and J Balvin.
Dua Lipa is very close to this British-born Albanian beauty's real name — which is Dukagjin Lipa. This year, she's in the running for best new artist and best dance recording for her song "Electricity" with Silk City, Diplo and Mark Ronson.
Another artist of Albanian descent in the Grammy mix? American singer Bebe Rexha, who also goes by her true last name and a shortened version of her first name. In this case, Bebe is short for Bleta. Travis Scott might not sound like a stage name, but it is! The rapper's real moniker is Jacques Berman Webster II. He's up for best rap album for "Astroworld" and best rap performance and best rap song for "Sicko Mode."
The world knows this guy as Zedd, but he was actually born Anton Zaslavski. The DJ-producer is up for three awards at this year's Grammys for his song "The Middle" with Maren Morris and Grey.

H.E.R. stands for Having Everything Revealed. But who's the mastermind behind the Grammy-nominated music? Gabriella "Gabi" Wilson, who's nominated for best new artist, best R&B performance for "Best Part" with Daniel Caesar, best R&B song for "Focus" and best R&B album for her self-titled full-length.
Childish Gambino is up for five Grammy Awards this year. He's also quite well-known by his real name, Donald Glover, which he uses in his acting career.
J Balvin goes by an abbreviated version of his real name — Jose Alvaro Osorio Balvin. The Latin superstar is up for record of the year for his song "I Like It" with Cardi B and Bad Bunny.
Best rap album nominee Pusha T's true moniker is Terrence Thornton, so we guess we know where he got the T!

Best dance/electronic album nominee TOKiMONSTA's real name is the considerably more ubiquitous Jennifer Lee.
Technically, Beck's first name really is Beck… it's just spelled differently. The musician, who's up for best alternative music album and best pop solo performance for "Colors," was born Bek David Campbell.
