One of the traits of a great character is when an audience is unable to distinguish the actor from the role — and for Jon Hamm, that is a definite truth. Although he will always be Don Draper in the eyes of many, his acting chops and consummate good looks have yielded him a steady career post-"Mad Men." In 2015, he appeared on Netflix's comedy series "Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp" and in 2016 lent his vocal talents to TV shows "TripTank" and "The Amazing Gayl Pile." Later in 2016, he headlined the comedy flop "Keeping Up With the Joneses" with Gal Gadot, and in June 2017, he made a splash in "Baby Driver." His next film, the sci-fi drama "Marjorie Prime," hits theaters in August. Meanwhile, Jon has also continued to pop up on the Emmy-nominated series "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt." 2015 was a major year for the actor, and not just because "Mad Men" wound down: He went to rehab, split from long-time love Jennifer Westfeldt after 18 years together, and finally won an Emmy for his performance as Don Draper.

January Jones played Don's spouse — glamorous, depressed, hard-to-love housewife Betty Draper. After divorcing Don, she marries politician Henry Francis though never finds real happiness.
January Jones has continued to grace the small screen since "Mad Men" ended and maintains an active (and humorous!) social media presence. In 2017, she appeared on "Animals" and "Return of the Mac." Presently, she portrays Melissa Chartres on FOX's "The Last Man on Earth." January, a single mom to son Xander, born in 2011, is ostensibly solo these days. She split from her "Last Man on Earth" co-star Will Forte in 2015.
Kiernan Shipka played Don and Betty's daughter, Sally Draper, a precocious yet gentle girl who transitions from childhood to adolescence during the series.
After playing Sally on "Mad Men," Kiernan Shipka acted in 2015's "The Blackcoat's Daughter" and in 2017 played Bette Davis' daughter B.D. Hyman on FX's "Feud: Bette and Joan." As for a Sally Draper spin-off series in the future, she told Vulture in March 2017 that she's game for it. "Thank you, I'm down," she said with a laugh. "I'm super-down." It's unclear if the teenager is dating anyone.
John Slattery portrayed wealthy, witty, entitled Roger Sterling, a founding partner at Sterling Cooper who inherited the business from his father. But his penchant for partying always leads him to self-destructive places.
Since his iconic role as Roger, John Slattery has acted on Netflix's 2015 series "Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp," guest-starred on "Documentary Now!" and had a recurring guest spot on the 2016 season of "Veep." In 2017, he appeared in the drama "Churchill." He's been married to actress Talia Balsam since 1998 and they have one son.
The character of Joan Holloway was tailor-made for Christina Hendricks. The actress played the fierce, no-nonsense single-mom secretary and office manager who later becomes an exec at Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.

Elisabeth Moss played Peggy Olson, arguably the most pivotal feminist character on the show. Peggy rises through the ranks, moving from Don Draper's secretary to copywriter — one of the first female creatives at the agency — before becoming a founding member of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.

Smarmy sales exec Pete Campbell was portrayed by Vincent Kartheiser. Pete is a headstrong and at times loathsome account executive at Sterling Cooper who briefly dates Peggy and later divorces his wife, Trudy, played by Alison Brie.

He proceeded to appear in "Casual," a Hulu TV series, playing Jordan Anderson. In 2017, he played Raymond Geist in the National Geographic series "Genius" and acted in the film "My Friend Dahmer." Vincent is married to "The Handmaid's Tale" actress Alexis Bledel — whom he fell for when she guest-starred on "Mad Men" in 2012. They married in 2014 and quietly welcomed a son in 2015.
Alison Brie portrayed Trudy Vogel, Pete Campbell's wealthy wife-turned-divorcee. Trudy and Pete have a volatile relationship that sees her acting more like his mother than his spouse.

Bryan has been in a relationship with event planner Tom Cianfichi for more than 20 years. The couple own a home decor and furnishings store in New Orleans.
Aaron Staton portrayed Ken Cosgrove (seen on the right), an overly confident account executive at Sterling Cooper who moonlighted as a science fiction writer.
Following his days on "Mad Men," Aaron Staton has acted on "Ray Donovan," "My Mother and Other Strangers" and "Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce." He also had a role in the 2016 film "The List." He is married to actress Connie Fletcher and they have three sons.
