The first insane moment on this season of "The Bachelor" involved a woman named Alexis. Alexis Waters, who's from New Jersey, labeled herself an "aspiring dolphin trainer" but dressed up as… a shark. Though she argued her costume was actually that of a dolphin, she confused all her fellow contestants — and Nick — since it was clearly the fish and not the mammal. But her bizarre stunt worked! Alexis ended the night with a rose!

The first kiss of the season goes to… Corinne Olympios! The business owner proved to have no problem going after exactly what she wanted — Nick! But it's not the last major move we saw from the Miami-based 24-year-old.

A "Bachelor" first! Never in the history of the franchise has a contestant appeared to ambush a former lover, but that's exactly what happened with contestant Liz Sandoz. The Las Vegas-based doula had actually already hooked up with Nick before joining the cast! While serving as best friend and former "The Bachelor" contestant Jade Roper's maid of honor, Liz met and had a one-night stand with fellow wedding guest Nick! To say their first introduction in front of the "Bachelor" mansion was awkward would be an understatement…
Remember when we said Corinne had some more major moves on the way? Well, she didn't wait long to unleash her next seduction attempt. During the very first group date, Corinne did not hesitate to stake her claim on Nick — in front of the other contestants. The date consisted of the women posing for photos with Nick while wearing various forms of bridal wear, and since Corinne's shoot took place in a pool, she decided it would be the perfect opportunity to take her top off… and make out with Nick repeatedly while being photographed.
The second group date of the season was bound to be tremendously awkward! Nick took the women to Los Angeles' Museum of Broken Relationships where the six ladies were then asked to dramatically "break up" with him. Most of the women opted for a humorous split, but Liz's was downright painful. As the one contestant who'd already hooked up with Nick during a one-night stand, Liz used her real-life experience with "The Bachelor" to inspire her break-up talk. The result? An incredibly uncomfortable moment that led to Liz getting the boot.
It's safe to say most ladies watching at home were jealous of this date! Nick Viall recruited the Backstreet Boys for a group date — and they taught the girls how to do some of their iconic dance moves. But it wasn't all fun and games — Nick (Carter, not Viall), Kevin, Brian, Howie and A.J. were also looking to see who had the best chemistry with Nick during the performance! Danielle Maltby emerged victorious, and after she was crowned the best by BSB, she got to slow dance with Nick (Viall, not Carter) whilst being serenaded by the boy band! Talk about a '00s girl's dream!
It's not a real season of "The Bachelor" until contestants are feuding. This season, it was nanny-loving Corinne and mental health counselor Taylor Nolan who really went head-to-head, especially after Taylor made a comment about Corinne's "emotional intelligence." What followed? An inebriated fight that ultimately led to the two women going head-to-head during a two-on-one date. The winner in Nick's eyes? Corinne, of course!
While in St. Thomas, Nick Viall had another dreaded two-on-one date scheduled — this time with Danielle Lombard and Whitney Fransway. He first gave Whitney the boot, but that didn't necessarily mean Danielle L. was safe. After the 27-year-old business owner confessed her love for the eligible bachelor, he sent her packing too. Ruthless!
Before we knew it, it was time for hometown dates! One of the lucky ladies who got to bring Nick Viall home? Arkansas-born Raven Gates! The business owner even got Nick in trouble with the police during their date… or so we thought! When the two lovebirds climbed atop the city water tower, they were instructed to get down by a cop — who turned out to be none other than Raven's brother!
Corinne also scored a hometown date and brought Nick home to Miami to meet her family — and her nanny, Raquel! But before Nick got acquainted with her loved ones, Corinne had one epic date in store for him! The two embarked on a massive shopping spree in which Corinne dropped thousands of dollars — and store employees all knew her by name.
When it came time for the fantasy suites, Raven was one of the final three who received that infamous invitation from Chris Harrison. But during her date, she revealed some pretty intimate details about her previous relationship. First off, she never said "I love you" to her former boyfriend. And the second? Let's just say she confided in Nick about never really being satisfied in the bedroom, but in detail that was barely suitable for the show's primetime airing.
One would think the Taylor and Corinne feud ended after Taylor was sent home during that fateful two-on-one date, but it dragged on during "The Women Tell All" episode. Taylor attempted to defend herself and shifted the blame to Corinne, but the other women weren't really having it. Her flimsy excuse that she talked about her "behaviors" during the "Bachelor" experience and not about Corinne's personal character fell flat.
Corinne defended herself pretty effectively against Taylor's arguments and also seemed to make some friends at the "The Women Tell All" taping. The controversial contestant made amends with the ladies who took offense to her napping during that one rose ceremony and explained her strange behavior — before handing out her infamous favorite dish: cheesy pasta.
