Alicia Vikander has got abs for days. Seriously.
The actress showed off her incredibly fit body while hanging out on a yacht with her boyfriend Michael Fassbender in Formentera, Spain on July 5.
The Oscar-winning actress donned an itty bitty red polka dot bikini while she basked in the sun aboard a yacht named Cap Time. Throughout the day she was seen kissing Michael and diving off the boat into the crystal clear water.
The scenery was incredible, no doubt, but Alicia's body — especially her stomach — was the star of the show.
Alicia has been sculpting her body for her role as Lara Croft in "Tomb Raider," which will be released next year, and boy does it show.
In March her trainer Magnus Lygdbäck told Shape magazine all about his famous client's workout regimen.
"Seven months before filming, I started Alicia on a nutrition plan for her to gain muscle and to boost her metabolism," he told SELF. He also sent her video workouts "consisting of mostly weight lifting to build muscle and movement training to help build her into the Lara Croft character."
Several months before filming began, the trainer joined Alicia in London to workout with her full time. The workout was brutal. There was heavy lifting five to six days a week, climbing two or three times a week, and boxing and MMA four times a week. On top of all that, he told SELF they also did a few hours of near-daily stunt rehearsals.
That went on for a few months before he changed things up. Magnus said she put Alicia on a new eating plan and shortened her workouts to a 30 minute workout of high intensity interval training in the morning, and a 45-minute gym session in the afternoon.
It certainly looks like Alicia abs-solutely listened to her trainer.
