Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka's split blamed on jealousy, money
What went wrong for Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka? Sources tell TMZ there were problems on both sides of the relationship, which ended at some point after they traveled to Cabo together in late March. According to the website, Bryan had serious issues with Mariah's relationship with her ex, Nick Cannon, with whom she shares 5-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan. Bryan reportedly started flirting with other women in front of Mariah to get back at her for the Nick situation. (The Instagram shade Nick threw Bryan with that beach pic back in December probably didn't help.) Mariah, meanwhile, was said to frustrated with shelling out big bucks to satisfy Bryan's allegedly expensive taste in jewelry, watches and shoes.

Jon Hamm: Restaurant work 'is a good life lesson'
Long before he started playing Don Draper on "Mad Men," Jon Hamm worked in a restaurant in St. Louis, where he grew up. He saw the job as a learning experience. "Working in a restaurant is a good life lesson for anybody," he tells Wealthsimple (via Celebitchy). "My friend used to say that no one should be able to work in Hollywood if they haven't worked in a restaurant. The appreciation you have for anyone working in a service capacity goes up radically the longer you work a service job yourself — you quickly learn what a difference a little bit of kindness and common courtesy can make for people. It's important to know how to treat people, and to learn how to respond when someone you're working with is having a bad day. Understanding other people's problems—that's the cornerstone of the service industry, and it's essential as an actor, or whatever field you're in."
