Hey, mommy! Eva Longoria is pregnant with her first child, confirming suspicions that had been mounting over the past several months. Hola! magazine, which first reported the news on Dec. 19, said Eva and husband Jose "Pepe" Baston will welcome a baby boy in the spring of 2018. Multiple outlets later confirmed the news. Back in September, rumors of a possible pregnancy began making the rounds after she was seen in loose-fitting clothing in Greece. Earlier this month, a source told Us Weekly that the actress "kept touching her stomach" at the L'Oréal Paris 12th Annual Women of Worth event on Dec. 6. Eva and Jose married in 2016.

Ouch!
"Man v. Food" star Adam Richman was hospitalized and underwent surgery in Hawaii after wiping out on his surfboard and severely cutting his hand on a coral reef and 20 sea urchin spines. Adam is now home and recovering after spending a week in a Hawaiian hospital. "At the very end of my very first surfing lesson, I got hit from behind by another wave. As I was inexperienced enough to know how to handle that, I wiped out," he wrote on Dec. 18. "When I did, though I fell flat, and shallow-as my instructor told me, my left palm smacked down on a reef and came up with about 20 or so sea urchin spines in it." Initially, after cleaning out the wounds, he thought everything was fine. It wasn't. "My fingers only returned to normal for a short time before blowing up and becoming quite painful. I was fortunate that a doctor friend from college recommended a brilliant hand doctor, who took one look at my hand and said I had to have surgery that very day. They basically opened my whole finger up & got out all the bad stuff. Pretty nasty stuff…" Get that hand ready to eat again, old friend!

Sex assault claim, denial
T.J. Miller has denied that he sexually assaulted a woman when he was in college at George Washington University. On Dec. 19, an anonymous woman told The Daily Beast that T.J. violently assaulted her in 2001. In a joint statement provided to Variety, the actor and his wife, Kate Gorney, denied the accusations. "We met this woman over a decade ago while studying together in college, she attempted to break us up back then by plotting for over a year before making contradictory claims and accusations. She attempted to discredit both of our voices and use us against one another by trying to portray Kate to be a continuous abuse victim of T.J. (further efforts to hurt the two of us). It is unfortunate that she is choosing this route as it undermines the important movement to make women feel safe coming forward about legitimate claims against real known predators." The woman admitted she never went to police about her claim, but said she told the university's student court, which "resolved" the issue. After the claim was published, Comedy Central canceled T.J.'s "The Gorburger Show," but said the decision to end the show was made earlier in the year.

In fact, Mindy didn't even announce the news when she was pregnant — her pal Oprah Winfrey did. Mindy spoke to Ellen DeGeneres about the Big O spilling the beans. "She did announce it," Mindy said. "If anyone is going to announce big news about your private life, Oprah Winfrey is the person. You can't complain that much about it. And you also can't be like, 'Hey, Oprah, zip it' — because she's almost like a religious figure."

Trust details revealed
Hugh Hefner is making sure his loved ones are of sound mind, even though he's no longer of this earth. The Blast obtained a copy of the late Playboy founder's trust this week, and in it Hef specifies that if any of his beneficiaries turn to the bottle or drugs, they are cut off. He stipulates that a beneficiary's access to the trust — and his huge fortune — will be terminated if that person "frequently uses or consumes any illegal substance, or is clinically dependent upon the use of alcohol or any other legal drug." The trustees, he said, will determine if a person is adhering to his request. There are five people listed as beneficiaries to his estate: His kids — David, Kristy, Cooper and Marsden — and also his widow, Crystal Harris. If the heirs believe that someone isn't sober, they can even request a drug test. The Blast said that a person could earn their distribution privileges back if they attend treatment, are sober for a year and are responsible enough to take care of themselves.
Meeting with divorce lawyers
Matt Lauer's wife, Annette Roque, is reportedly getting prepared to divorce her husband of nearly 20 years. A Dec. 20 report in Page Six said that she has been busy meeting with lawyers and strategizing to get a big settlement out of the disgraced newsman. The source explained, "The post-nup will likely specify how much Annette would get if they divorce, but she is expected to challenge it given Matt's earnings since 2006, and given how he has humiliated her. There are also issues over all the property and land they own, both in the Hamptons and abroad." Matt, who was reportedly earning $25 million a year from "Today" before his firing, was let go by NBC in November for "inappropriate sexual behavior." Earlier in December, Annette's father told told DailyMail.com this was coming. "She is not going to stay with him and work it out," Henri Roque said. "They are not together trying to work it out."
