Emergency surgery
"Dog the Bounty Hunter" star Beth Chapman got bad news this week: Her throat cancer has returned. Multiple media outlets reported that it's serious. Beth was rushed into surgery on Nov. 27 to remove a life-threatening blockage in her throat. According to TMZ, the blockage was discovered after Beth had trouble breathing. The Blast called it a "huge mass." Beth's husband, Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman, was by her side in the hospital. Last year, Beth was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer. "They got most of the throat cancer out," Dog told Us Weekly. "Her airway is clear now, but the doctors are afraid that it has spread. They are doing a biopsy scan to check if it has spread." He added that she is "doing the best she can and remains incredibly strong."

Getting clean and coming clean
Amanda Bynes has finally opened up about her bizarre, headline-making behavior earlier in the decade, admitting she was a drug addict, though she insisted she was not mentally unstable. In a lengthy interview with Paper magazine, the actress said she started smoking marijuana when she was 16. She also abused other drugs including ecstasy, cocaine and Adderall. She said she grew depressed after starring in "She's The Man" back in 2006. Seeing herself in the role was a "super strange and out-of-body experience. It just really put me into a funk," she said. When "Easy A" was released that same year, the former child actress admittedly went into a mental free fall. "I literally couldn't stand my appearance in that movie and I didn't like my performance. I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it," she said. "I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason it really started to affect me. I don't know if it was a drug-induced psychosis or what, but it affected my brain in a different way than it affects other people. It absolutely changed my perception of things." Many in Hollywood came out in support of Amanda after her revealing interview.
Royal rift?
A feud is brewing between Duchess Meghan and Duchess Kate, according to a few unsubstantiated reports released this week. A source told Vanity Fair that "Kate and Meghan are very different people and they don't have a lot in common but they have made an effort to get along." Two sources told The Telegraph that Kate was "in tears" following daughter Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress fitting ahead of Meghan and Prince Harry's wedding earlier this year. Kate, however, had nothing but nice things to say about Meghan while speaking to the public during an appearance at Leicester University this week. Asked if she was excited about Meghan's pregnancy, she replied, "Yes, absolutely, no it's such a special time to have all kiddies. And a cousin for George and Charlotte as well, and Louis. So it will be really special." So, much ado about nothing?

Drug reveal
Kim Kardashian West claimed she was on drugs when she got married to music producer Damon Thomas in Las Vegas in 2000. "I got married on ecstasy the first time," she said on the Nov. 25 episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." "I did ecstasy once and I got married. I did it again. I made a sex tape. Like, everything bad would happen." She then added, "I definitely went through a wild phase, I would say in my late teens. I'm not like that anymore. But I still have fun. Don't get it twisted. I'm always the life of the party." Interestingly, sources close to Ray J, who was also in Kim's infamous 2003 sex tape, told TMZ that Kim is lying about her claim and that the only drug she was on when they filmed themselves being intimate was marijuana. "She was down with [the sex tape] from the beginning and all the way through," sources told TMZ.
Married!
Quentin Tarantino is a married man. The famed filmmaker married Israeli singer and model Daniella Pick in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles on Nov. 28. Quentin, 55, and Daniella, 35, got engaged in the summer of 2017 after about a year of dating, though they'd met nearly a decade earlier. About 20 guests attended the nuptials, according to reports. The couple held their wedding reception at Beverly Hills restaurant Mr. Chow. Video from inside the reception showed that the newly married couple's first dance was to Don McLean's 1970 tune "And I Love You So."
Cowboys and Indians party controversy
Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko Parrish, went on the defense this week after people blasted the funnyman for throwing son Kenzo, 1, a "cowboys and Indians"-themed birthday party. Many said the party was "offensive" and accused Kevin of cultural appropriation. On Nov. 27, Kevin said the party wasn't a "racist slur." "Keep in mind, the same day the Cowboys played the Redskins on TV. It's a very known fact," he said. "The reason why I'm even bringing this dumb s— up is because it shows just how stupid our world is becoming with opinions. People are at a point of an all-time high." He later said the party was simply based on Western movies. "I'm saying the battle that is 'assumed' because of the movies and because of everything they've seen, was because of the fights that were between the cowboys and the Indians," he said. "So as a kid, when you played these games, it was based off of the premise from a hypothetical place that was put into perception for movies. So what I'm saying — this isn't something that was just started. This isn't a racial slur that people are doing and being malicious with. This is a game that's been played for years."
Restraining order
David Charvet was granted a restraining order against former Team USA soccer star Jermaine Jones after alleging that the athlete has been stalking and threatening to kill him. TMZ reported that Jermaine feels that David is carrying on an affair with the soccer stud's wife. Jermaine and his wife, Sarah, have been separated for two months, and Jermaine blames David. The former "Melrose Place" star said Jermaine even sent him text messages revealing a recently purchased AR-15 assault rifle with a message to stay away and watch out. "I am in tremendous fear for my safety that he will stop at nothing to find me, continue to stalk me and carry through with his combative and threatening behavior," David said in the request for a restraining order. Jermaine didn't hide his feelings on Instagram either, posting a picture of David with a devil over his face. For the record, David said he and Sarah are simply friends and have no romantic relationship.
Name change
Macaulay Culkin's name is getting a little remodel. The actor confirmed that he is changing his middle name, and he's letting fans in on the process. Fans can vote on his middle name on BunnyEars.com, which he described to Jimmy Fallon as "Goop meets The Onion a little bit." "I was staring at my passport recently and stuff, and I was looking over my middle name — my current middle name is Carson," he said. "And I thought I should probably spruce up my name a little bit." He's now in the final stages. "We've narrowed it down to five options," he added. "I've been polling friends, family, like, everything." On Christmas, Macaulay will know his new middle name. "This poll is open till Christmas Eve," he said, "so I can wake up to a wonderful present from everyone."
Still married
A judge rejected Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett's divorce settlement this week due to a filing error. According to court documents, the couple entered the wrong jurisdiction date on their divorce papers and forgot to check a box on another section of the papers. So despite splitting in April after nine years of marriage, they're still wed. They filed their divorce settlement on Oct. 29, thinking that was the final nail in the marital coffin. Not so. Earlier in the week, Kendra said she'd finally found love… with herself. "Been dating myself lately," she posted on Instagram on Nov. 26 alongside a sun-kissed selfie. "Getting to know myself and even falling in love. Love and happiness is real without waiting on someone or something to do it for you. Been taking a lot of patience, empathy and discipline."
