The 57,000-square-foot Las Vegas estate once owned by Wayne Newton has been listed for nearly $30 million.
Formerly known as the Casa de Shenandoah, the home has been featured in a several movies and TV shows, including "Vegas Vacation," "The Rockford Files" and "The Bachelorette."
The 39-acre estate was originally purchased by "Mr. Las Vegas" in 1966. He lived there until 2013. When the estate, which is located about 10 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip, was initially purchased, it was vacant. Now, according to Zillow, the estate includes eight homes, a car museum, 53 horse stalls and an equestrian center, as well as an airplane terminal and a Fokker F28 Jet. The cost? $29.9 million.
The listing makes no reference to Wayne or the Casa de Shenandoah name, which is still owned by the Newton family.
A YouTube video lists the name of the estate as "Sunset Springs Ranch."
The estate also includes tennis courts, pastures, Koi Ponds and space for a zoo, which Wayne filled with exotic animals.
"As of 1970, The Compound had 2 Arabian horse-breeding stables on the Ranch One with 37 Stalls, Office, Tack Rooms, and the Second with 16 Stalls and Office with an Equestrian Pool, Corrals, Pastures for Horses to Roam Freely," Zillow said in the listing. "By 1973, the Ranch had 3 Houses, a Horse Hospital and was Home to 120 Arabian Horses."
Wayne's wife, Kathleen Newton, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the family is aware of the listing.
"Wayne built Shenandoah, but now we have a new Casa de Shenandoah and we are enjoying it," she said. "Our home is where our family is, and it will always be that."
Zillow calls it "the most famous estate in Las Vegas."
