Khloe Kardashian and her daughter, True Thompson, said "goodbye" to their home in Calabasas, California, on Saturday, Nov. 14, after Khloe sold the sprawling home for $15.5 million — a record high for home sales in the area, according to Architectural Digest.
The reality star and Good American founder shared snapshots of the empty, six bedroom, seven-bathroom pad on her Instagram Story over the weekend, along with captions that showed she was feeling nostalgic and emotional about moving on.
In one video, Khloe shows off the space that was once her living room, sounding a little taken aback to see "nothing" there now.
"I'll miss you!" she captioned the clip. "Thanks for the memories house."
Other posts featured rooms where Khloe shared special moments with True — and, presumably, True's dad and Khloe's on-off boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. Sharing snaps of True's nursery and a close-up of the butterfly-themed wallpaper that still adorns its closet, Khloe wrote simply, "empty."
At another point, she peered out one of the home's floor-to-ceiling windows, taking in Malibu Canyon below and calling the view, "heaven on Earth."
"It's empty, we are out of here," the 36-year-old told her followers. "And the new owners get a beautiful, blessed home. This home is so special and magical … I have the best memories in this beautiful beautiful home. And I'm so happy to pass it on."
She has good reason to be happy, too. Khloe reportedly made more than twice the $7.2 million she forked over to Justin Bieber for the Tuscan villa-styled estate in 2014, though that doesn't account for whatever she spent to renovate the home.
Back in 2017, when she showed the newly remodeled digs off in the pages of AD, she said the updates included adding black hardwood floors and doing away with Justin's skate ramp.
The home ended up being featured regularly on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which comes to an end next year after its final season.
"I was very hands-on in the design process," she said at the time. "I'm obsessed with details, so I can be a bit controlling, but it's only because I'm genuinely curious."
According to the Mail, Khloe sold the home to Dhar Mann, the California cosmetics entrepreneur who founded LiveGlam, Inc. Dhar, also 36, recently welcomed his first child with Laura Avila, and posted an excited family photo in front of the house on social media last week after closing.
