Pamela Anderson said she's been struggling with "the epidemic of loneliness" after fleeing the United States for her native Canada in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic.
The former "Baywatch" star also lamented her current apathy toward working out, despite having a gym at her family ranch.
"I have a gym that I look at every so often. I feel a little puffy but winter is coming so I won't feel cold," she said on "Loose Women."
Pam, though, thinks her body looks better when it's curvy.
"I try to keep on a bit of weight – I think it's better on me," she once claimed.
Still, while in Canada, Pam is also carrying the weight of being a mother to two adults sons, one of whom she hasn't seen in seven months.
"I miss my sons terribly and there are times I want to get into my car and just drive to them, there are frantic moments where I just want to see them," she said of Brandon, 24, and Dylan, 22. "There is an epidemic of loneliness, a lack of intimacy with technology, we have to embrace what's happening now instead of the past, human contact is very important and we need to keep in touch."
She added, "They're in L.A. and I'm here. If you come to Canada you have to quarantine for a couple of weeks. I went to L.A. I have seen Brandon but I haven't seen Dylan for seven months. We FaceTime but it's not great. I need more. I want to hug them."
While the pandemic was certainly one of Pam's biggest reasons for hightailing it to Canada earlier this year, the upcoming election also played into her mind.
"I don't think I want to be in L.A .during the election… oh yes, mail-in ballot… oh boy, the government is ridiculous," she said. "I don't know what to say but you have to vote or you can't complain about it."
