That's a wrap for "Riverdale" co-stars Cole Sprouse, 27, and Lili Reinhart, 23!
The couple recently ended their 3-year relationship, an insider revealed to Page Six on Monday, May 25, and have reportedly been living apart amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
According to the source, "Cole and Lili split before the pandemic hit and have been quarantining separately." And despite their decision to ultimately break up, "they remain good friends."
But the now-exes have actually been fending off split rumors for a while now. In April, reports surfaced that Cole could possibly be dating Cindy Crawford's daughter, 18-year-old model Kaia Gerber.
He vehemently denied the "baseless" claims in a open letter posted on his Instagram Story, seemingly very fed-up with the speculation into his personal life.
"I tolerate a lot of rumors and slander from people online claiming to be my fans. Fans who feel entitled to my privacy precisely because I never indulge them," Cole wrote, airing out all of his grievances. "But attacking my friends, baseless accusations, leaking my address and sending death threats are all qualities of insanity and fanaticism."
He added, "When I first stepped into a public relationship this was one of the foreseeable consequences. And while I truly never intended to indulge any part of my private life to the ravenous horde, it's clear my restraint in updating them has allowed them to push their own agenda onto my habits and lifestyle."
Cole and Lili fell in love on set of their ongoing The CW series, which was just renewed for a fifth season. They made their public debut as a couple at the 2018 Met Gala, about a year after they were first romantically linked.
Regardless of her relationship status these days, Lili seems to be doing just fine quarantining with a new love in her life — that of an adorable rescue dog.
"This is my new baby," she captioned a picture with her pup on Instagram back in February. "He has quickly become a great love of mine. Meet Milo ❤️ my rescue sweetheart from @fureverfreed."
With the support of an adorable furry companion during the pandemic, the "Hustlers" actress has been taking the time to reflect and focus on what's important to her.
"It's been an incredibly hard month for all of us," she wrote on Instagram in April. "And although this quarantine is isolating and extremely challenging for those of us who struggle with mental health, I have learned a lot about myself during this time. I have learned to cherish the people in my life who have stood by me through my best and my worst."
