For the second time, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have agreed to a custody arrangement in regards to their daughter.
The feuding former couple will share physical custody of 4-year-old Dream across an alternating weekly schedule, a source told Page Six. In addition, Rob and Chyna will share equal time over holidays and vacations.
While Dream is in their care, both parents have agreed to abstain from drugs and alcohol.
The duo had first reached a custody agreement in 2017, but it was rarely followed. After that, they feuded in the courts, as Rob accused his ex of abusing drugs while taking care of Dream. Chyna, meanwhile, claimed Dream once suffered a burn while Rob cared for the little girl.
Nearly a year ago, Rob also requested sole custody of the tot and argued that Chyna be tested for drugs before she got custody of Dream. Chyna denied that she was ever on drugs while watching their daughter, and Rob's request was denied.
Despite the new custody agreement, Chyna's lawsuit against the Kardashian family over the cancelation of the "Rob & Chyna" reality TV series is ongoing.
Chyna filed a lawsuit against the entire Kardashian family in 2017 after her messy split from Rob. Following the breakup, E! canceled "Rob & Chyna," prompting Chyna to claim that the Kardashian family tarnished her reputation and torpedoed "Rob & Chyna" by using their influence at the network. The Kardashian family, Chyna's attorney alleged, interfered with her "highly lucrative contract" with E!, and their "illegal interference" resulted in the cancelation of "Rob & Chyna." The Kardashian family has argued "Rob & Chyna" was canceled because Rob and Chyna split. Plus, the show had lackluster ratings compared to other Kardashian spinoffs.
Several months after the lawsuit, a judge dismissed Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner from the case.
