Teresa Giudice and her boyfriend Luis Ruelas are not only partners in romance, but also in real estate.
The relatively-new couple recently purchased a huge mansion in Montville, New Jersey, TMZ said, but they are using it more as a real estate venture, not as a home for the two of them — at least for now.
The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star and her beau purchased the home for $3,350,000, property records indicate. Home buying is nothing new for Luis, as he often invests in real estate. TMZ said Luis put down the money for the home, and Teresa "will likely act as the property manager."
The 7,728 square foot house is a thing of beauty, as it features seven bedrooms, a library, gym and a six-car garage. It also includes a pool with waterfalls, a slide and a cabana. It sits on nearly six acres.
A source indicates that Teresa and Luis are not living in the home currently, but it's not known if they plan to move in together at some point or just flip it for a profit.
The neighborhood that the home sits in is well known to Teresa — the property is three doors away from the house her brother and sister-in-law just sold.
The home purchase comes as Teresa's ex-husband, Joe Giudice, went Instagram official with his new lady love, a woman named Daniela Fittipaldi.
"Thank you for accepting me and not trying to change me," he captioned a photo of Daniela on Instagram on Valentine's Day. "Thank you for seeing the best in me. I love the way your eyes light up when We together [sic]. I love hearing about what matters to you. I am thankful for you and your family. And most of All I love the way YOU [love] MY KIDS. My life is so much better because you are here with me."
