Teresa Giudice is on the market… in more ways than one.
After 20 years of marriage, Teresa and Joe Giudice have finalized their divorce, Page Six reports.
The divorce news comes amid reports that the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is set to sell the New Jersey home that she shared with her ex-husband.
"Teresa's just ready to start a new chapter," a source told Page Six.
The six-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot home, which is where Teresa and Joe raised their four daughters, is available for a cool $2.5 million. While Teresa and her children still live in the house, Joe has not been there since he was imprisoned in 2015. After serving his term, he was deported back to his native Italy.
Following Joe's deportation (and after a family reunion last fall) the reality TV couple announced they were splitting.
The house, which was often featured on "Housewives," is set to hit the market on Sept. 3. Page Six reportedly got an advanced copy of a press release pertaining to the sale, which states that the home is "situated on nearly 4 acres of private property" and "perfectly encaptures luxury living."
"The gourmet kitchen features a massive granite island & butler's pantry; a banquet sized formal dining room and a private wine cellar are within close proximity," the release reads. "The first floor also includes an expansive two story great room with soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace."
The home also includes a heated in-ground pool and garage space for five cars.
It also boasts a "sweeping Cinderella staircase" and an "exquisite" primary suite that has three walk-in closets, a dressing room and a gas fireplace, the press release says.
