Diane Keaton loves plaid. She wore a pop of the bold pattern at the 2004 Academy Awards nominees luncheon where, underneath her crisp white skirt suit, she added a high-necked red-and-black plaid blouse then coordinated that pop of color with red gloves and pointy-toed heels.

A full-length turtleneck Ralph Lauren gown? Only Diane Keaton could pull this one off! The star donned the black long-sleeved slinky frock at the L'Oreal Legends Gala Benefit for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund in 2006.
Check out this white moment! Diane Keaton arrived at the 2004 Golden Globes in style wearing this sleek look — a dress featuring a high collar accessorized with white gloves, pearls and pointy-toed boots.
