Demi Lovato has been admitted to a rehab facility after being discharged from a Los Angeles hospital following an overdose, multiple reports confirm. The singer took a private plane to a treatment center outside California after being quietly released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Aug. 4, TMZ reported.
