Hollywood's hottest musicians, actors, reality stars and social media personalities rallied together in Santa Monica, California, for the 2019 E! People's Choice Awards on Nov. 10. But even with the help of their stylists and glam squads, not every star made the best dressed list. Here are all the fashion hits and misses, starting with Kim Kardashian West. The reality TV star and business mogul put her famous curves on display in a slitheringly sexy reptilian-print Versace spaghetti-strap gown. With her hair in long waves parted down the middle and a smokey eye and nude-lip look, Kim was seriously goddess-like.
Khloé Kardashian revealed just enough of her "Revenge Body" in a black leg-flashing skirt and sheer top, both LaQuan Smith.
There was nothing masculine about Kourtney Kardashian's dazzling Naeem Khan beaded menswear look — especially because the suit showed off her truly impressive washboard abs.
Perhaps if Tamera Mowry-Housley had opted for a different color sash on her white feathered minidress, we would have been fans of this look. However, the bright yellow hue paired with feathers was just way too reminiscent of a chicken.
And the best dressed couple of the evening was… Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton! The pop star and the country crooner really rocked that red carpet. We love the '90s-inspired look of Gwen's getup (designed for her by Vera Wang!) complete with that long, dramatic train with the words "fashion icon" splashed across it, and her thigh-high boots.
Considering she's a fashion expert, it should come as zero surprise that Jeannie Mai was dressed to thrill in a nude-toned iridescent one-shoulder mini. Clear plastic stiletto heels completed her flawless look.
Kelsea Ballerini flaunted her seriously impressive abs in a carnation pink two-piece ensemble that consisted of a miniskirt, a Raisa Vanessa tulle-sleeved top and Giuseppe Zanotti heels. Her look was seriously "Homecoming Queen" to say the least!
Yee-haw! Is Kyle Richards gunning for a spot on "The Real Housewives of the Wild West"? The Beverly Hills Bravo star wore an extremely white Western-themed getup, landing herself on the miss list.
Katherine McNamara rocked a timeless Azzaro Couture off-the-shoulder gown featuring striking side slits.
Brittany Snow's intricately beaded black and metallic Temperley London gown was all sorts of gorgeous. She added embellished Armani sandals, Yvan Tufenkjian jewelry and a Marzook bag for a flawless finish.
Sometimes, it is totally appropriate to match your lipstick to your gown. But sorry, Sarah Hyland — this definitely isn't one of those moments. The "Modern Family" star's bright orange lipstick was just a little too intense for our taste.
It kind of seemed like Lisa Rinna and Kyle Richards did their red carpet planning together, as both of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stars donned bright white looks. But this structured, future-forward ensemble definitely worked for Lisa.
Rickey Thompson's green getup was absolutely fierce. The tailored look, accessorized with tons of rings, totally worked for the social media star.
Zendaya's gorgeously embellished dress with cut-outs was truly a euphoric look for the star. She also proved that orange lipstick can totally work if it doesn't match your gown!
Kat Dennings opted for a very "Jetsons" look with her structured one-shoulder gown. Unfortunately, we just couldn't get on board with the plaid and orange frock.
Giuliana Rancic looked absolutely crush-worthy in a hot pink velvet long-sleeved gown that featured figure-flattering ruching. She paired the sexy number with iridescent silver stiletto sandals.
And the best dressed family award goes to… Carey Hart, Pink, Jameson Hart and Willow Hart! The sassy rocker and her brood were the most adorable bunch. We always love Pink's eccentric style, but on this evening, it was her daughter who seriously dominated.
Reigning high school movie teen queen Joey King rocked a super-sweet multi-colored metallic The Attico mini with Christian Louboutin shoes, a Paule Ka bag and Swarovski jewels. It was adorable, chic and just sexy enough for the rising star!
Joey's sister, actress Hunter King, was red-hot in a tuxedo-style belted Nathalie Karam dress. Her scalloped Roger Vivier heels added a nice edgy touch. She completed the look with a 0711 Tbilisi bag, Moya earrings and August & June rings.
The PCAs are one of the more family-friendly, PG award shows in Hollywood — and fashion designer Jeremy Scott's bondage look was entirely too hardcore for the soiree!
Alessia Cara opted to wear a denim-style top with her sparkly trousers. Only problem? It appeared to be made out of jeans — and wearing a fly on your chest is just never a great look!
Kate Maloney rocked one of our favorite looks of the night. Her all-black frock was anything but boring and flaunted her curves in the best way possible.
Bellamy Young steamed up the red carpet in a sexy black Prabal Gurung gown featuring a seriously plunging (like all the way to her belly button!) neckline.
Karamo Brown was dressed to arrest in a cop-themed ensemble. His clothes were from Brooks Brothers while his harness was courtesy of J Gerard Couture. He finished off the look with Ovation riding boots.
Wait, did a memo go out to all the "Real Housewives" franchise stars in the country to wear white? "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss donned a super-sexy, off-the-shoulder mini that screamed white-hot.
"The Bachelorette" alum Hannah Brown walked the red carpet like it was a beauty pageant — only it wasn't. Her red gown with major cut-outs looked like it belonged in "Miss Congeniality," not at a Hollywood award show.
Lucy Hale opted for a simple and laid-back look, and it totally worked for her. We love her one-shoulder Cong Tri black jumpsuit!
White, white and more white! Karen Gillan's rise-and-fall ruffled Viktor & Rolf frock was original yet classic. Her bright red lips were the perfect addition to the look.
Embroidered, embellished and feathered, Maggie Q's high-slit gown was simply breathtaking. Her vampy lipstick was the perfect finishing touch to the flawless look.
Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble were another well-dressed pair on the red carpet. We love Kris's sparkly, embellished blazer, a look that screamed Alexander McQueen.
Kelly Rowland's Iris Van Herpen gown was anything but ordinary, but it suited her to perfection.
Bravo star Lala Kent really went for the sexualized teapot look with her corseted ensemble, which was just all sorts of wrong.
