I thought, if I'm going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed." The mother of two said she didn't do it to increase her self-esteem. "Honestly, I kept them the same cup size. I just filled them out, so they are rounder and firmer," she explained, adding, "I had a quarter 'teardrop' cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line. But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you're supposed to replace [implants] every 10 years. In May 2020, Chrissy Teigen revealed she was moving forward with breast implant removal surgery. "I'm getting my boobs out! They've been great to me for many years but I'm just over it. I'd like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don't worry about me! All good. I'll still have boobs, they'll just be pure fat. Which is all a [breast] is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat," she wrote on Instagram. A few weeks later, the "Chrissy's Court" star announced on social media that "Surgery went perfectly!" She soon revealed the results in a comedic Instagram post, and in July 2020, she looked incredible in a black swimsuit while on vacation in Mexico.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dolores Catania worked hard to slim down but wanted a little extra help to make herself happy, so she decided to undergo a tummy tuck in 2020. "I had lost 25 pounds from dieting and still wasn't completely comfortable with my body. I found myself still wanting to cover up," Dolores (seen here in 2016) told People magazine in July 2020. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dolores Catania showed off the results of her weight loss and tummy tuck on Instagram in July 2020. "I'm turning 50 this year," she told People magazine, "and I said, 'This is the year where I'm going to do anything I've thought about or held off on. I'm ready to do it.' And I've thought about a tummy tuck for a while." She did her research and found Dr. Joseph Michaels, who performed not only a tummy tuck but 360 liposuction and a fat transfer to add some roundness to her behind. "You can't wake up every day feeling unhappy about yourself," she told People. "I'm a big advocate of doing what you need to do in order to love yourself … I'm glad I did it. I have no regrets."

Since I was going under anesthesia anyway (which I totally despise) I had @drghavami make a few tweaks so I didn't have to go the filler route," she explained. "I had a really hard time adjusting to my new nose especially the first year. Although my Dr is amazing at what he does, it did change my overall look. "The Talk" host Sharon Osbourne debuted the results of her latest plastic surgery procedure — a summer facelift — on the 10th season premiere of her show in early September 2019 just five weeks post-op. She then showed off her new look — we don't see much of a difference — in all its glory on the 2019 Emmys red carpet days later (seen here). Sharon happily told viewers what she'd had done at 66: "I had my neck done, my jowls… [My surgeon] kind of pulled it from the top of my head and put an elastic band in it," she explained. "But everything was just lifted up. So it looks more refreshed." It's far from the first time Sharon's gone under the knife: The Botox and laser fan — who clearly did an about-face after publicly swearing off more plastic surgery back in 2012 — has previously copped to facelifts, a tummy tuck, gastric bypass surgery, breast surgeries and more. On Sept. 19, 2018, Kim Zolciak-Biermann posted a photo of herself following breast reduction surgery — she downsized her implants — and confirmed details of the procedure to Us Weekly. "I went smaller and Dr. [Leonard] Hochstein did them," she told Us (the plastic surgeon is former "The Real Housewives of Miami" star Lisa Hochstein's husband). "He did my boobs four years ago and I loved them. I just wanted a cup size smaller. I'm in Miami recovering now. Feeling fab at 40!!" A few months earlier, Kim hinted that she'd soon be going under the knife again. "I already called Dr. Hochstein, who did my boobs and tummy a few years ago — he did my hernia repair and my tummy tuck after that," she said on her podcast in July 2018. "I had Botox a long time ago when there was nothing else available," Sarah, Duchess of York admitted in an interview with The Daily Mail in October 2019, in which she confessed to multiple plastic surgery procedures. In 2018 — to prepare for daughter Princess Eugenie's wedding — she underwent a laser treatment on her face. "I'm really happy to be open about what I've had done," Fergie said, going on to share that she's also been a fan of mesotherapy — an injection of vitamins, minerals and amino acids under the mesodermal layer of her face to help plump up her skin — as well as organic fillers and threadlift procedures. In March 2019, she went to the Bahamas to have regenerative stem cell therapy on her feet. "They shaved the bone [near my big toe] and implanted stem cells — 20 million of them taken from my midriff — into my feet to make new cartilage," she explained.
In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" that hit the internet on May 1, 2019, Cardi B revealed she'd made good on her promise to herself to go under the knife post-baby. Cookbook author, Food Network personality and restaurateur Ayesha Curry, who's married to NBA star Steph Curry, revealed in a May 2019 interview with Working Mother magazine that she had breast augmentation surgery after the 2015 birth of her second child. "I didn't realize at the time, but after having Ryan, I was battling a bit of postpartum that lingered for a while," she explained. "It came in the form of me being depressed about my body. So I made a rash decision."
