As the year winds down, we should take some time to reflect on some of the most notable celebrity feuds of 2017 so we can start the New Year with a clean slate. Join Wonderwall.com as we take a look back at some of the biggest battles of the year… starting with celebrity gossip blogger and TV personality Perez Hilton and actress Bella Thorne. In September, Perez (seen with Bella in 2013) posted a picture of the actress showing some underboob on Twitter and invited the internet to fill in the blank: "@BellaThorne _____." Perez even had the audacity to tag several of Bella's exes in the post. A Twitter user by the name of @J1inx1 saw the post and tweeted, "Remember when @ThePerezHilton pledged to be kinder? But he's still out here trying to pass his body shaming and insults as 'opinions' #fake." Perez responded, "Body shaming????" and @J1inx1 replied, "You posted a picture of @bellathorne with a fill in the blank because you knew people would body and slut shame her. Same thing." Perez disagreed, but guess who didn't?

Perez Hilton vs. Bella Thorne
If you guessed Bella Thorne, you're right! The actress and self-love advocate said: "Honestly I don't. You know I love you p [Perez Hilton] but I think it's kinda rude to use the pic my shirt is riding up and I'm in the middle of talking…Esp when there's a lot of great photos. Kinda seems like you want more people to pick on me. 🙁 if I wasn't sad enough about it already." She also called him out for tagging her exes in the post writing, "And then you tag charlie and like other guys on my body trying to start drama and trying to make me feel disgusting..like they own my body." Perez apologized, but said he would do it again. "YOU WOULD DO IT AGAIN!? R u serious? Yeah you would like posting a photo of Ariel [Winter] in a bikini to get views on a podcast?" Bella shot back, adding, "I hope no one does this to your daughter."

Amber Tamblyn vs. James Woods
It all started on Sept. 11 when Amber Tamblyn tweeted, "James Woods tried to pick me and my friend up at a restaurant once. He wanted to take us to Vegas. 'I'm 16' I said. 'Even better' he said." What motivated Amber to share her story in the first place? On Sept. 10, James tweeted his reaction to the book (which is now a movie) "Call Me By Your Name," which features a romantic relationship between a 24-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy. "As they quietly chip away the last barriers of decency. #NAMBLA," James wrote. Armie Hammer, who stars in the movie, peeped the tweets and sent out his own, asking James, "Didn't you date a 19 year old when you were 60…….?" Enter Amber Tamblyn with the aforementioned tweet calling out the hypocrisy of one Mr. James Woods.
Amber Tamblyn vs. James Woods
And how did James Woods react to being called out by Amber Tamblyn? He said it didn't happen. He also went on to tweet, "Somebody told me the libs are yelping. Troll traffic is up. I don't pay any attention really. I like Armie Hammer as an actor though. A lot." But what about Amber Tamblyn, does he like her as an actor? Who cares? Amber likely isn't concerned about what James thinks of her. She did, however, write an open letter to James via Teen Vogue that urged him to take a look at himself and confront his demons, saying: "Only you and your darkness know who you are. Only you and your actions know what you've done. That means you and only you have the power to change your behavior…Go now and look in the mirror and ask yourself if this is true. Go on, I'll wait. But I won't hold my breath." Don Cheadle even got involved in the feud, famously tweeting in support of Amber, "Creepy old dudes who didn't think she'd repeat the story, for $400, please, Alex…"
Rob Kardashian vs. Blac Chyna
All the tea in India wouldn't be enough for us to sip our way through all the feuding that's been going on between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, so let's cut to the latest. Rob and Chyna, who were engaged but called it quits in March after welcoming baby girl Dream in 2016, have been facing off for months. In July, Rob took things to a whole new level when he launched a dirty AF social media war accusing Chyna of cheating on him while they were together, having plastic surgery to lose her baby weight, using drugs and more. He also shared naked images of her on Instagram. It should be noted that in California (where both Rob and Chyna live), there are anti-revenge porn laws. But Rob didn't seem to care. Proving it, once his account got shut down by Instagram, he took the nastiness over to Twitter, announcing to his 7.5 million followers on July 5: "Since Instagram shut me down everyone peep my twitter lol." Ugh.
Rob Kardashian vs. Blac Chyna
So what did Blac Chyna have to say about Rob Kardashian posting nude pics of her and lobbing cheating accusations against her on social media? "Rob fall back. Robert f— so many b—-es I can't even count," she shared on Snapchat in July. Rob wasn't havin' it though and tweeted back, "Just sad. Loved Chyna as my wife and accepted all the wrong she did and continued to ride for her and remain Loyal to her. Never did I cheat but she couldn't remain loyal and cheated and f—ed way too many people and she got caught and now this is all happening and it's sad." But it doesn't all end with accusations of cheating from both parties because Chyna shared in a Snapchat post, "Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen!!!!! U put hand on me I swear on god!!!!! On my kids but I'm supposed to be quiet because you're a Kardashian." Rob and Chyna seem to have no problem airing their dirty laundry online for strangers to gawk at and that's their choice, but can we all agree that this is not good for the kids, including King (the child Chyna has with rapper Tyga) or her and Rob's baby girl, Dream?
Tyrese Gibson vs. Dwayne Johnson
Here we are, in 2017, reporting on new drama between Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne Johnson after we already covered their feud from last year. If you don't remember, here's a refresher: In 2016, The Rock took to Instagram to call some of his "Fast 8" male co-stars "candy a–es" and, as you can imagine, that didn't go over well with Tyrese. Just when everyone thought that situation had calmed down, Tyrese took to Dwayne's Instagram in October to complain publicly about the former wrestling champ allegedly tearing the "Fast and Furious" franchise family apart by, he claimed, holding up the release date of the ninth movie so that The Rock could make a movie based on his "Fast" character, Hobbs. In the post, Tyrese wrote: "If you move forward with that #Hobbs movie, you will have purposely ignored the heart to heart moment we had in my sprinter. I don't wanna hear from you until you remember what we talked about. I'm on your timeline cause you're not responding to my text messages — #FastFamily is just that a family… We don't fly solo."
Tyrese Gibson vs. Dwayne Johnson
While Tyrese Gibson was throwing a major fit on social media, Dwayne Johnson kept mum, refusing to engage in the drama. Then in October, The Rock posted a trailer for his Hobbs movie and thanked Universal for having approached him "years ago with this spin-off idea." He also wrote, "I want to use my spin-off platform to create new characters that fans will ultimately love to have fun with in multiple chapters and platforms. Film, TV, Digital, Virtual Reality etc.. the more opportunities we can create the better for the fans." Oh, and just for fun (and maybe to upset Tyrese even more), he included the hashtag #CandyA–esNeedNotApply.
NeNe Leakes vs. Kim Zolciak-Biermann
This one was a shocker! It all started after Kim Zolciak-Biermann's daughter Brielle posted a video to Snapchat making fun of how clean NeNe Leake's house was while showing off a black insect crawling in the bathroom. NeNe reposted the video to her own Instagram, writing: "@briellebiermann We don't have roaches! If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky p—-! Please know I will get You all the way together when you start f—ing wit me and mine! Go somewhere and let the air outta those fake lips, fake t—ies and fake a– … My home is Brand New but you guys were so jealous of it, you couldn't even give a compliment. … You had to stoop so low and be so disgusting #racisttrash #jealous #KKK #thirsty you better run yo a– back to a child's place #youwannaactgrown?" You better believe, though, that Kim had something to say about the matter…
NeNe Leakes vs. Kim Zocliak-Biermann
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's first response was a statement about the video she posted on Instagram: "First off that video is a combination of 2 videos! I COMBINED THEM! Brielle posted the first video on snap unaware of the large bug in front of her when she was kneeling down .. until her DM's blew up! She removed the video immediately!! I was filming as an INVITED guest at @neneleakes for RHOA!! Brielle was invited as well! Brielle went to the bathroom and saw several bugs and had sent ME the video on snap and NO ONE ELSE!!! We ARE filming a show, remember that, (RHOA) and Nene released this video herself! No one has EVER seen this video but RHOA! Nobody would have ever seen this video! Nene has said and done some things that are absolutely disgusting, however I will take the high road as you will see it on the show soon enough, but you WILL NOT make it seem as though my daughter did ANYTHING wrong! She never posted this video nor would she! As you see here I myself was not willing to send the video just for ratings for RHOA. END OF STORY." She continued with another Instagram post, writing: "It's so sad and offensive that someone can stoop so low as to call someone a racist just because they are mad. Everyone in my life knows that I am far from racist and unfortunately NeNe Leaks has tried for the last 10 years to paint that picture because that's her last resort. (It's convenient that I'm not racist when we are getting along.) In a day and age where racism is very much alive and people are actually dying because of real racists, it's heartbreaking that NeNe would cry wolf like this only because she's upset. I think everyone including Nene needs to spend some time uplifting people insted of tearing them down. Nene should be embracing love instead of making up lies. There is absolutely no credibility to anything that she has said. I will NOT stand for these slanderous comments!" We wonder how this will play out on the new season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
Caitlyn Jenner vs. O.J. Simpson
Caitlyn Jenner was on an Australian radio show on Oct. 30 when she revealed that she and ex-wife Kris Jenner had always felt that O.J. Simpson was guilty of murdering Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman in 1994. "We pretty much knew he was guilty right from the beginning, but the whole thing was, 'Is he going to get away with it?'" Caitlyn shared. Kris and Nicole were very close friends and according to Caitlyn, just weeks before Nicole was murdered, Nicole told Kris, "He says he's going to kill me and get away with it because he's O.J. Simpson." Furthermore, Caitlyn continued, "He got away with it to some extent. You know, his life has been ruined, which is good. I don't think he is a threat to society [anymore]. I don't know. Who knows? I've never, ever talked to him, nor do I want to."
Caitlyn Jenner vs. O.J. Simpson
It's true that O.J. Simpson wasn't convicted of murdering Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman (though he was held liable for their deaths in a civil case), but he did end up doing jail time after being involved in an armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel. He was sentenced to 33 years in prison but was released on parole on Oct. 1 after serving just nine years. TMZ caught up with O.J. in Vegas shortly after Caitlyn Jenner's Australian interview and asked him about her comments. O.J. responded, "I don't know Caitlyn. I never met Caitlyn. As far as Bruce is concerned, I really didn't know him that well, but if he wants to choose to live his life out as an old lady instead of an old man, hey, women live longer, he might be onto something."
Meryl Streep vs. Donald Trump
In January, while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes, Meryl Streep called out Donald Trump without ever mentioning him by name. She spoke about stunning performances, including one that stunned her (not in a good way) because it happened in real life. "It was that moment when the person asking to sit in the most respected seat in our country imitated a disabled reporter. Someone he outranked in privilege, power and the capacity to fight back. It kind of broke my heart when I saw it and I still can't get it out of my head, because it wasn't in a movie. It was real life. And this instinct to humiliate, when it's modeled by someone in the public platform, by someone powerful, it filters down into everybody's life, because it kinda gives permission for other people to do the same thing. Disrespect invites disrespect, violence incites violence," she said. The moment that she was referring to happened during a campaign rally in 2016 when Trump seemed to be mocking a disabled journalist.
Meryl Streep vs. Donald Trump
So how did the soon-to-be sitting 45th president of the United States respond to Meryl Streep's Golden Globes speech? In typical Donald Trump fashion, he responded by being mean. He defensively tweeted on Jan. 9, "Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes…" The former reality star went on to call the lauded actress a "Hillary flunky" and explained that he hadn't "mocked" the disabled reporter and was instead showing him "groveling" — adding that it was due to the reporter changing a story from 16 years earlier to make the incoming president "look bad," then citing it as evidence of a "very dishonest media!"
Teresa Giudice vs. Sofia Vergara
On a "Getting Real with the Housewives" panel in October, Teresa Giudice recounted an encounter she had with "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara. Teresa said Sofia was reluctant to take a picture with her because she didn't know who she was. "Ugh, I can't stand her, sorry," Teresa said. "I hate to say that because I'm Italian, she's Colombian, she has an accent — she has more of an accent than me! You would think she would be nice, like she's an immigrant — no, I'm just saying, she should be nice!" Teresa was born in New Jersey. Her husband, Joe — who is currently in federal prison — was born in Italy. And as we all know, Sofia is from Colombia. Did the funny actress respond to the reality star?
Teresa Giudice vs. Sofia Vergara
Sofia Vergara has remained mum. But a source told E! News, "This is such nonsense. Those two shouldn't even be in the same category." Ouch, Teresa!
Sarah Jessica Parker vs. Kim Cattrall
In September 2017, Sarah Jessica Parker announced that they were thisclose to doing another "Sex and the City" movie. But not long after, she said that plans had been scrapped. "It's over…we're not doing it. I'm disappointed," she said on "Extra!" "We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story. It's not just disappointing that we don't get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie." The rumor mill started churning, claiming that the reason for the third movie being canceled was all thanks to Kim Cattrall and her diva antics. See how Kim responded…
Sarah Jessica Parker vs. Kim Cattrall
The next day, Kim Cattrall posted this on Twitter: "Woke 2 a @MailOnline [poop emoji] storm! The only 'DEMAND' I ever made was that I didn't want to do a 3rd film….& that was back in 2016." Shortly thereafter, she gave an interview to Piers Morgan in which she said, "And now, now at this very moment it's quite extraordinary to get any kind of negative press about something that I've been saying for almost a year of 'no' that I'm demanding or a diva. And this is really where I take to task the people from 'Sex and the City' and specifically Sarah Jessica Parker in that I think she could have been nicer. I really think she could have been nicer. I don't know what her issue is, I never have." Kim may have had the last word, but we imagine these former co-stars aren't done sparring over the future of "Sex and the City."
Azealia Banks vs. Rihanna
On Jan. 27, President Trump issued a 90-day executive order to ban citizens of seven predominantly Muslim countries from entering the U.S. The next day, Rihanna tweeted, "Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS!!" Azealia, a self-proclaimed Trump supporter, was disgusted too — but by Rihanna, not the president. Not being averse to public fights with fellow celebrities (just ask T.I., Iggy Azalea, Erykah Badu, Russell Crowe and more), Azealia threw out some now-deleted fierce words about Rihanna, and RiRi wasn't gonna let it slide.
Azealia Banks vs. Rihanna
Azealia Banks didn't pull any punches in her diss to Rihanna, saying, "As far as rihanna (who isn't a citizen, and can't vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down." But Azealia didn't stop there, adding, "Stop chastising the president. It's stupid and pathetic to watch. All of these confused people confuse other confused people. Hoping the president fails is like getting on an airplane and hoping the pilot crashes. What makes you think, the the USA is going to enter the Middle East destroy a bunch of s‑‑- and pull out without any real repercussions????" The online war of words went back and forth between the two but Rihanna pulled out a skeleton (or maybe it was a chicken bone) from Azealia's closet when she posted the hashtag #StayAwayFromtheChickens in reference to a video Azealia shared in 2016 admitting she once practiced "brujeria" (a form of witchcraft) for three years and that it included slaughtering chickens. Their war ended the same day it started when Rihanna posted a pic of herself blowing a kiss presumably to her haters, Azealia included.
Donald Trump vs. Arnold Schwarzenegger
Of course, Donald Trump didn't just have one feud in 2017. He was embroiled in numerous celebrity quarrels, including one with his "Celebrity Apprentice" replacement, Arnold Schwarzenegger. In 2015, shortly after Donald announced his run for president, Arnold was named as the new mogul on the reality show. You would expect Donald, who remained on as an executive producer, to wish Arnold well, but that's not what happened. Instead, when the ratings for the show came out (and were less than favorable), Donald tweeted on Jan. 6, "Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got 'swamped' (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT. So much for being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary." But who cares? Donald obviously does, otherwise he wouldn't have tweeted about it while making sure to brag about himself.
Donald Trump vs. Arnold Schwarzenegger
Proving he's got nothing but class, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former governor of California, tweeted to Donald Trump, "There's nothing more important than the people's work. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you'll work for all of the American people as aggressively as you worked for your ratings." Arnold later quit "The New Celebrity Apprentice" in March but seemed to be determined to continue voicing his opinions about Donald's presidency and policies, especially when it comes to environmental issues. "I'm just too much of a person that sees the threat of pollution and the environmental problems we have," he told Men's Journal. "I felt like his approach of, 'We are gonna bring coal back,' and all of this. I mean, c'mon! I cannot support going back to the Stone Age — it would be turning my back on everything that I've worked on."
Kathy Griffin vs. Donald Trump
On May 30, a picture of comedian Kathy Griffin holding what looked like the bloodied, severed head of the 45th president of the United States, Donald Trump, was published by TMZ and instantly went viral. The outcry against Kathy on social media was intense and she knew she needed to do damage control. "I sincerely apologize. I am just now seeing the reaction of these images. I'm a comic, I crossed the line, I move the line, then I cross it. I went way too far. The image is too disturbing. I understand how it offends people. It wasn't funny. I get it," she said in a video apology issued just hours after the image appeared online. "I beg for your forgiveness. I went too far. I made a mistake and I was wrong," she continued. She may have been quick to issue an apology, but no one seemed quick to accept it.
Kathy Griffin vs. Donald Trump
The following morning, Donald Trump tweeted about the image, writing, "Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!" For once, everyone seemed to agree with Trump. The backlash that Kathy faced was swift, immediate and severe. She was investigated by the Secret Service, fired from her New Year's Eve CNN co-hosting gig with Anderson Cooper and more than a dozen of her comedy concerts were cancelled. Despite her initial apology, she no longer remains contrite. She actually retracted her apology in August while being interviewed on Australian TV to promote her international comedy tour. "When the president tweeted about me the morning after I released the image, it served as an executive order of sorts to his family and supporters to go after me," she said in an interview published on Aug. 27 in The Cut. "You may say I deserved it, but just think about it … the president of the United States and his family are going after a stand-up comic who had a show on the Bravo network called 'My Life on the D-List.' If that isn't punching down, I don't know what is."
Kathy Griffin vs. Anderson Cooper
Kathy Griffin got in her fair share of feuds in 2017. Kathy's faux severed-head photo led to a very real severed friendship between her and longtime pal Anderson Cooper. Kathy and Anderson hosted CNN's "New Year's Eve Live!" for 10 years and had been friends for more than 17, but that changed with Kathy's photo-gate incident. After the image went viral, Anderson tweeted, "For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in." Surprisingly, it wasn't the tweet that caused the end of the friendship. It was something else Anderson did that made Kathy cut ties with him.
Kathy Griffin vs. Anderson Cooper
Anderson Cooper let everyone know how he felt about Kathy Griffin's offending photo on May 30. Then in July, he made an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen" and said that he was "still friends" with Kathy, which was news to her because she hadn't heard from him at all since the photo turned her life upside down. That is, until Aug. 10, when Anderson reportedly sent Kathy a series of text messages. For Kathy, it was too late and she told him their friendship was over. (Kathy later pulled Andy into the feud by telling the media he offered her cocaine before tapings of "Watch What Happens Live" — which Andy vehemently denied.)
Leah McSweeney vs. Michael Che
Oh, this feud is so bad it's good! Leah McSweeney, the founder of fashion line Married to the Mob (worn by celebs like Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Fergie) met "Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update" co-host Michael Che via a dating app and proceeded to exchange texts with him (but never managed to go from texts to an actual date). Leah later called Michael out for his bad texting etiquette on her podcast "Improper Etiquette." The episode went live in January and Leah said Michael was "arrogant and so rude and disrespectful." She even went so far as to add that he acted like she was "a stupid b—-." Yikes!
Leah McSweeney vs. Michael Che
Too bad for Leah McSweeney that Michael Che kept their text exchange and sent it to Page Six for the world to see. What's worse is that they tell a whole different story than the one Leah put out there. There's a lot of weirdness on Leah's part and when she asks if Michael ever wanted to meet up in person, he brilliantly (and directly) responds, "I [don't] wanna meet up. You text really strange declarations looking for a reaction, and I don't wanna know what's the real life equivalent of that." Embarrassed by the fallout, Leah spoke with Page Six days later, saying, "You guys got to see my petty side. You got to see me being spiteful and angry 'cause I got rejected…he released all the text messages which made me look totally crazy. Hey! I am crazy, guys! And he realized he didn't want to deal with the crazy, it's cool. He's allowed to not wanna deal with my crazy." Maybe next time, she'll think twice about putting guys who don't want to date her on blast.
Justin Bieber vs. Floyd Mayweather
In August, TMZ reported that longtime buds Justin Bieber and Floyd Mayweather were no longer friends. Justin even unfollowed his former pal on Instagram, though told TMZ that he has "nothing against Floyd." He added, "We just need to create boundaries and stuff when it comes to certain things." TMZ also reported that Floyd went "insane, nuclear" when he found out he'd been unfollowed by the pop star. But did the boxing champ really lose his mind over the singer needing space to figure his ish out?
Justin Bieber vs. Floyd Mayweather
Apparently, the answer is no. Floyd Mayweather reportedly said of Justin Bieber's decision to distance himself from the boxing champ, "Justin Bieber is at a point, he's in a place right now, that he's focused on church, he's focused on his new team, he's focused on the Lord, and the only thing I can do is give him the utmost respect. To each his own. I'm not here to be negative and talk bad about anyone." Chalk this up to being the feud that never was.
Rose McGowan vs. Ben Affleck
On Oct. 10, Ben Affleck posted the following statement on Facebook condemning producer Harvey Weinstein after the mogul was accused by multiple women of sexual misconduct: "I am saddened and angry that a man who I worked with used his position of power to intimidate, sexually harass and manipulate many women over decades. The additional allegations of assault that I read this morning made me sick. This is completely unacceptable, and I find myself asking what I can do to make sure this doesn't happen to others." Shortly after Ben posted, actress Rose McGowan (who's one of Harvey Weinstein's accusers) tweeted: "Ben Affleck f— off." She also tweeted, "@benaffleck 'GODDAMNIT! I TOLD HIM TO STOP DOING THAT' you said that to my face. The press conf I was made to go to after assault. You lie." In other words, Rose claimed she told Ben years ago yet his response indicated he'd only recently found out about the abuse claims. Was Ben upset that Rose cursed him out and called him a liar?
Rose McGowan vs. Ben Affleck
During an interview on "Today," Ben Affleck was asked if Rose McGowan told him she'd been raped by Harvey Weinstein before the scandal became public. He didn't answer the question, but did say, "I don't want to get into other people's individual stories. Those are their stories and they're entitled to tell as much or as little of those. I believe Rose. I support her. I like and admire her tenacity and I wish her the best." He has also pledged to donate future residuals he gets from Miramax and Weinstein Company films he's made to Film Independent (which champions independent filmmakers) or RAINN, an anti-sexual assault organization.
Remy Ma vs. Nicki Minaj
On Feb. 25, Terror Squad rapper Remy Ma released "ShETHER," a ruthless, seven-minute diss track directed at Nicki Minaj about her butt, her boyfriends and her alleged drug habit. This happened after Nicki took some perceived shots at Remy on Feb. 23 in two different songs: Jason DeRulo's "Swalla" and Gucci Mane's "Make Love." But the brutality on "ShETHER" was years in the making since Remy and Nicki have been feuding off and on since 2007, when Remy Ma took offense at what appeared to be a diss directed at her in Nicki's freestyle "Dirty Money." And what is it that they're really fighting about?
Remy Ma vs. Nicki Minaj
The origins of the beef between Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma aren't entirely clear, but what we do know is that the two women have no love for one another. While it only took Remy 48 hours to respond to Nicki's supposed put-downs in February, Nicki took her time and waited until March to drop three new tracks: "No Frauds," "Regret in Your Tears" and "Changed It" — all in response to Remy's "ShETHER." Her lyrical clap-back was searing in its brutality too — calling out Remy for her earlier prison stint, saying, "What type of bum b—- shoot a friend over a rack? / What type of mother leave her one son over a stack?" In November, Remy was back at it with lyrics like "You fake-a– b—-, you owe homage, pay that s—. Spray that fif', the crown, I'mma take that s—." It's clear this rap rift is not going to heal anytime soon.
Charles Barkley vs. LeBron James
As an analyst on TNT's "Inside the NBA," Charles Barkley has taken endless jabs at fellow NBA star Lebron James, but in January he managed to really hit a nerve. "Inappropriate. Whiny. All of the above," Charles said of LeBron. "The Cleveland Cavaliers, they have given him everything he wanted. They have the highest payroll in NBA history. He wanted J.R. Smith last summer, they paid him. He wanted [Iman] Shumpert last summer. They brought in Kyle Korver. He's the best player in the world. Does he want all of the good players? He don't want to compete?" LeBron wasn't going to let this diss slide.
Charles Barkley vs. LeBron James
LeBron James let it all come out when ESPN asked him about Charles Barkley's comments, saying, "I'm not going to let him disrespect my legacy like that. I'm not the one who threw somebody through a window. I never spit on a kid. I never had unpaid debt in Las Vegas. I never said, 'I'm not a role model.' I never showed up to All-Star Weekend on Sunday because I was in Vegas all weekend partying." LeBron made sure to slam dunk his point when he added, "All I've done for my entire career is represent the NBA the right way. Fourteen years, never got in trouble. Respected the game. Print that."
Mel B. vs. Stephen Belafonte and Lorraine Gilles
On March 20, former Spice Girl Melanie Brown filed for divorce after almost 10 years of marriage to Stephen Belafonte, citing "irreconcilable differences." Then in April, Mel was granted a restraining order against Stephen after claiming that he'd physically and verbally abused her throughout their marriage. As bad as it sounds, that's not even the worst of it. Mel claimed that Stephen impregnated their nanny, Lorraine Gilles, and used Mel's money for an abortion; that he pressured Mel into joining him in threesomes with "random women" and then would threaten to release tapes he made of their sexual trysts if he got mad at her; that he drugged her for most of their relationship; and that he had a gun (even though he's not allowed to have one because of a previous domestic violence conviction).
Mel B. vs. Stephen Belafonte & Lorraine Gilles
Stephen Belafonte and the couple's former nanny, Lorraine Gilles (seen here with Mel B in 2016), painted a totally different picture. Stephen denied any abuse as well as Mel's claims that he forced her to engage in threesomes (he claims she participated willingly). Lorraine, for her part, filed a defamation case against Mel in April claiming that she and Mel had a sexual relationship for seven years and "Stephen was not present during most of the sexual encounters between Lorraine and Mel. Indeed, at no point did Lorraine and Stephen engage in any sexual acts without Mel's knowledge or participation." What a mess! Fortunately for everyone involved, Mel reached settlements in the restraining order cases with both Stephen and Lorraine in November.
Michael Moore vs. Donald Trump
This summer, filmmaker Michael Moore made his Broadway debut in "The Terms of My Surrender," a one-man show that he wrote that was all about inspiring liberals to take down Donald Trump through political action. The show was booked at the Belasco Theater for a limited run from July 28 through Oct. 22 and was characterized as a sort of anti-love letter to Trump that mused, "Can a Broadway show bring down a sitting president?" Trump reportedly didn't see it but still tweeted his review: "While not at all presidential I must point out that the Sloppy Michael Moore Show on Broadway was a TOTAL BOMB and was forced to close. Sad!"

Donald Trump might have thought he got the last word, but Michael Moore wasn't having it, at all. In response to Trump's claims that the filmmaker's Broadway show was a flop, Michael tweeted: "You must have my smash hit of a Broadway show confused with your presidency — which IS a total bomb and WILL indeed close early. NOT SAD." Just as some might argue that indictments from special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election are leading to the collapse of Trump's presidency, it could also be argued that Michael's Broadway debut was a lukewarm endeavor with minimal critical acclaim.
Kathy Griffin vs. Lisa Bloom
Lisa Bloom (an attorney who's known for taking on civil rights and sexual harassment cases) was the lawyer that Kathy Griffin hired to deal with the aftermath of her bloody Trump photo fiasco, but apparently Kathy was not happy with the services provided. Her biggest complaint had to do with the press conference she held on June 2 that only made a bad situation worse. On Oct. 18, Kathy published a Facebook video in which she said, "If you want my Lisa Bloom statement, anybody, okay, here it is: Yes, I got Bloomed. Yes, I did not have a good experience with her. I felt that she and her husband exacerbated my personal situation. That horrible press conference was a disaster."
Kathy Griffin vs. Lisa Bloom
According to Lisa Bloom, Kathy Griffin is to blame for her press conference going off the rails. "Kathy Griffin reached out to me after her Donald Trump mask photo posted a few months ago and a few days later I had a press conference with her," Lisa (who's the daughter of famed attorney Gloria Allred) wrote in an email to The Daily Beast. "Her entire team (entertainment lawyer, criminal lawyer, and several others) approved in advance the statements she and I were going to make. Yet Kathy then during the press conference spontaneously chose to put aside the notes we had worked so hard on together." Despite the riff between the two, Lisa wrote, "This is sad, but I still believe that Kathy Griffin is one of the funniest comics alive, that she meant no ill will with the photo, and I wish her the best." Interestingly, Lisa found herself in hot water once again after she (briefly) counseled accused Hollywood sexual predator Harvey Weinstein.
JAY-Z vs. Kanye West
The first track on JAY-Z's 2017 album "4:44" was shockingly titled "Kill JAY-Z" and appeared to be his response to a rant that Kanye West went on (against JAY-Z and Beyonce) during a concert in November 2016. The lyrics that seem to reference the rant are: "I know people backstab you, I felt bad too / But this 'f— everybody' attitude ain't natural / But you ain't a saint, this ain't kumbaYe / But you got hurt because you did cool by 'Ye / You gave him 20 million without blinkin' / he gave you 20 minutes on stage, f— was he thinkin'? / 'F— wrong with everybody?' is what you sayin / But if everybody's crazy, you're the one that's insane." In an interview with Rap Radar, JAY-Z said, "It's not even about a Kanye diss. It's not a diss, I'm talking to myself the whole time." He might be talking to himself the whole time, but it also sounds like he's talking about Kanye to himself, which makes this a likely diss, whether he's admitting it or not.
JAY-Z vs. Kanye West
On Oct. 31, CyHi the Prynce released "Dat Side," which featured Kanye West. There were a few times when it seemed like Kanye was responding to JAY-Z, like when he rapped, "All the haters hating, wait a minute, stand on dat side / I don't need no allies, I don't feel the need to fraternize." While many fans felt certain this was Kanye getting the last word, TMZ revealed that the song can't actually be a clap-back because it was recorded a year earlier and JAY-Z's song was released in June 2017. Kanye isn't known for keeping his opinions to himself, so we're guessing we'll hear something soon, unless the two have (as reports suggest) managed to squash their beef and move on.
Snoop Dogg vs. Donald Trump
Sorry, but the Donald Trump feuds aren't over yet. Leading up to the presidential election of 2016, rapper Snoop Dogg made no bones about being on Team Hillary Clinton and was openly upset when Trump became president. He even asked fellow rapper Drake to hook him up with some property in Canada. Then in March, Snoop released his "Lavender" video — a remix featuring BADBADNOTGOOD and Kaytranada — in which he shoots an orange-faced clown named Ronald Klump with a toy gun that fires a "bang" flag. The symbolism is not hard to decipher there. The directors of the video, Jesse Wellens and James DeFina (as well as Snoop), clearly went out of their way to make the situation cartoonish (and therefore in the realm of fantasy) but their disdain for Trump was palpable.
Snoop Dogg vs. Donald Trump
Now you know Donald Trump isn't one to just let things go — he's more of a "tweet it out" kind of guy. It came as no surprise then that he used Twitter to hit back at Snoop Dogg's video on March 15: "Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!" Never mind that after Ted Nugent "joked" about chopping off members of the Obama administration's heads in 2012, Trump tweeted, "Ted Nugent was obviously using a figure of speech, unfortunate as it was. It just shows the anger people have towards @BarackObama." Oh, and that whole bit about Snoop's "failing career" is also odd since Trump once said on "The Apprentice" (when the winning team of a challenge would get to freestyle rap with the rapper), "You know Snoop Dogg? One of the nation's bestselling hip-hop artists," proving even he was once a fan.
Lin-Manuel Miranda vs. Donald Trump vs. Carmen Yulín Cruz
When Carmen Yulín Cruz, the mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico, said during a press conference on Sept. 29, "If anyone out there is listening to us, we are dying, and you are killing us with the inefficiency and the bureaucracy," Donald Trump took offense and unleashed a series of tweets that showed no compassion at all for the suffering on the island after the devastation of Hurricane Maria. He went as far as tweeting that they "…want everything to be done for them when it should be a community effort." Broadway playwright and actor Lin-Manuel Miranda (who was the genius behind "Hamilton" and is often called "the nicest guy in Hollywood") was so angry after reading Donald's response that he uncharacteristically posted some heated tweets of his own.
Lin-Manuel Miranda vs. Donald Trump vs. Carmen Yulín Cruz
"Hamilton" creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda, whose mother was born in Puerto Rico, was livid after reading Donald Trump's tweets to San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz. He unleashed a fiery torrent of Twitter rage on the president on Sept. 30, saying, "You're going straight to hell @realDonaldTrump. No long lines for you. Someone will say, 'Right this way, sir.' [Carmen] has been working 24/7. You have been GOLFING. You're going straight to hell. Fastest golf cart you ever took." Donald (surprisingly) has yet to respond to Lin-Manuel's tweets. The playwright and actor has done more than just rail against the president online, though. He's been helping to raise funds for Puerto Rico through the Hispanic Federation and wrote the song "Almost Like Praying," which features Latino superstars like Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Camila Cabello, Rita Moreno, Gina Rodriguez and more, with all the proceeds going to disaster relief for the island.
Chrissy Teigen vs. Donald Trump
Chrissy Teigen is no slouch on social media (she's got more than 8 million followers on Twitter and maintains an active tweeting schedule). Some of that Twitter vigilance involves trolling Donald Trump, and not just since he became president. "I've actually been a big Donald Trump hater [for a long time]. I've been trolling him for about 5 to 7 years now," she told USA Today in February. "I've been doing this forever, and I take pride in that." She doesn't go easy on Trump either. Some of her tweets to him have included, "You are 71 f—ing years old. Grow. The f—. Up," and, "You are a national embarrassment. It's like you have no idea how to even fake being a normal human being. You are the proud type of insane." Well, it seems that Chrissy will no longer be able to go after Trump on Twitter because he put a stop to it in July.
Chrissy Teigen vs. Donald Trump
Donald Trump's not-so-shocking Twitter block of Chrissy Teigen happened in July after he tweeted, "It's very sad that Republicans, even some that were carried over the line on my back, do very little to protect their President." Because Chrissy is a troll of epic proportions, she responded, "Lolllllll no one likes you." On July 25, Chrissy shared with the world that she'd officially been blocked by Trump on Twitter, writing, "After 9 years of hating Donald J Trump, telling him 'lol no one likes you' was the [final] straw."
