New couple alert! On Jan. 10, 2017, TMZ published photos showing Selena Gomez and The Weeknd making out after a dinner date in Santa Monica, California. No word on how long they've been seeing each other, but there's definitely an awkward twist to the new pairing. Selena is close friends with Gigi Hadid — whose sister Bella Hadid split with The Weeknd in November. After the pictures leaked, it was reported that Bella unfollowed Selena on Instagram. Love is reportedly blossoming between Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara. The couple, who have known each other for years and starred in 2013's "Her" together, recently took their friendship to the next level, according to the New York Post. The outlet claims that the couple fell for one another while playing Jesus and Mary Magdalene in the upcoming flick "Mary Magdalene."

Kirsten Dunst is engaged! Her beau, Jesse Plemons, reportedly popped the question around Golden Globes weekend, seven months after they took their relationship public. The two hooked up after meeting on FX's "Fargo," on which they played Peggy and Ed Blomquist, a married couple.
A "Stranger Things" romance? Looks like that might be in the cards for Charlie Heaton and Natalia Dyer! Charlie, who plays Jonathan Byers, and Natalia, who plays Nancy Wheeler, got the rumor mill spinning when they hopped on a flight together after the 2017 Golden Globes. Some further sleuthing showed that the two have been prevalent on each other's Instagram feeds too over the last few months.
Super-civil exes alert! Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield bumped into each other at the AFI Awards Luncheon on Jan. 7, 2017, and seemed perfectly happy about it, despite splitting back in October 2015. Us Weekly reported that the former flames were "very animated and excited to see each other."
