Nicki Minaj suffers Made in America wardrobe malfunction
Whoops. Nicki Minaj encountered some unfortunate pasty problems at Jay-Z's Made In America festival on Sunday, Sept. 2. Us Weekly reports the "Queen" singer was performing "Majesty" when the top of her dress shifted over to reveal her nipples. Nicki took the whole situation in stride, though, fixing her top then joking with the audience. "You know what? Let's go at it," she declared. " They all saw my nipples at least 50 times tonight." She then proceeded to knock out "Motor Sport" like nothing had happened. On Twitter, however, Nicki admitted she was a little taken aback since she thought she had been wearing protective pasties that would have shielded her. "They put on see thru pasties on me while heading to stage," she tweeted. "I just KNEW they were my normal (non see through ones) chile… ummmm they were not!"
Selena Gomez says she's 'reached out' to Demi Lovato since her overdose
Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez have been friends since they were kids and while Selena was careful about her wording, she did open up to Elle about her interaction with Demi since her apparent overdose. "All I'm saying is, I reached out personally. I didn't do a public thing. I didn't want to," Selena told the magazine in its October 2018 cover story. " I…I love her," the singer adds. "I've known her since I was seven. So…it's…that's what I'll say." Selena also said that since she turned 26, she feels more stable than ever. "It's kind of understanding myself a little more. By all means I don't have myself figured out. But it feels good," she mused. That feeling seems to be finding its way into her work, too. Explaining the backstory to her single, "Flawless," due out on her upcoming album, Selena offered: "Meaning through all your imperfections, you're flawless."

Jessica Serfaty moves out of Ed Westwick's apartment
Ed Westwick and Jessica Serfaty are going their separate ways. After supporting the "Gossip Girl" star as multiple women accused him of rape and sexual assault last fall, Jessica has moved out of the home they shared in Los Angeles, according to The Sun. "Ed did not dump Jess, I think they still love each other — they're just taking time apart to work on themselves and their careers," an insider told the tab. "They had a flat together and remodeled and furnished it, but she is now living in her own apartment elsewhere," the source added, saying the two "still talk" but because Jessica is working on a new film, she "has been spending a lot of time away shooting recently." Jessica, who started dating Ed last May, also reportedly posted clips that showed her moving out of an apartment on social media. In another recent clip, she said to the camera, "sometimes being alone is priceless." Prosecutors announced last month they had found insufficient evidence to file charges against Ed regarding the assault allegation and two rape allegations.

The outing comes less than two weeks after Angelina and Brad Pitt reached an interim custody agreement. Ewan McGregor's daughter explains nasty comment about her father's girlfriend
Ewan McGregor's daughter, Clara, is speaking out about a comment she posted on Instagram insulting the woman her father had an affair with before splitting from his wife of 22 years. The comment appeared on a page devoted to actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead and came in response to a claim that she's extremely beautiful and talented. "Most beautiful and talented woman on earth? Oh man y'all are delusional. The girl is a piece of trash x," Clara wrote at the time. As she explained to The Times, however, she was dealing with difficult feelings and though she's not proud of what she said, people aren't at their best when they feel that way. "It wasn't the most mature way to go about things, but I was angry and upset … there had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with — not to make excuses or anything — but, yeah, it wasn't my finest moment," she said (via People). "I kept being tagged in this photograph and I was seeing negative things about my mom. I said how I felt and I didn't want to apologize for it. It wasn't the right way to go about things, but it's a hard thing to wrap your head around when you feel you had this idea of what the family unit is and then to have that shift. It's very weird." At the end of the day, Clara says she has her "mom's back in this — fully," but is also "still very close" to Ewan. "I love him and I always will," she explains. "The relationship's not going to end because of this. We are incredibly close and despite me strongly disagreeing with how he's gone about things, I'll always love him, and I hope he's happy, you know?"
Emma Stone 'can't even imagine' life without Ryan Gosling
When Emma Stone appeared at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado on Saturday, Sept. 1, to accept a silver medal honor from "La La Land" director Damien Chazelle, the actress used much of her time to thank Ryan Gosling for being a "dear, wonderful friend." The pair have starred in multiple movies together, including 2011's "Crazy, Stupid Love," where Emma said she and Ryan noticed their share "an unspoken understanding of each other" from the time they auditioned for their roles. "I can't even imagine what my life would be without Ryan," the 29-year-old gushed (via Celebitchy). "He's so special. It makes me emotional. He's so talented but he's such a great person to work with because he's so collaborative and excited about the process. He's taught me a lot about being really generous." Emma returns to the big screen this fall with the period drama, "The Favorite," hitting theaters Nov. 23.
Issa Rae reveals the one person she does not want as a fan
With a new season of "Insecure" picking up steam and another HBO show, "Him or Her" in the works, Issa Rae is gaining fans every day. One of those fans happens to be Michelle Obama, who told Issa last year that her daughters, Sasha and Malia, had gotten her hooked on "Insecure." "She had just finished watching the finale, and she was like, 'That fakeout — how could you do that? I thought you and Lawrence were going to live happily ever after,'" Issa recalls in the new issue of Glamour. "It was like talking to my auntie. It bums me out that I will never have that feeling again of the first family f—ing with us so hard and getting us." One person the actress and writer would not want watching the show? The current First Lady. "If Melania [Trump] said that to me, I would be like, 'Well, I guess it's canceled,'" Issa admits. "We're not making this show. It's not ours anymore.'"
Celebs support Colin Kaepernick's controversial Nike ad
Colin Kaepernick's kneeling protests during the National Anthem at NFL games quickly garnered wide celebrity support. When Nike unveiled its latest #JustDoIt campaign ad over the weekend, another flock of stars came out in support of the unsigned quarterback, whose face appears in the ad with the words, "Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything." Celebrities like Tariji P. Henson, Ava DuVernay, Beth Behrs, George Takei, Patton Oswalt and Kathy Griffin also pointed out how ironic it was that many Donald Trump supporters are now protesting Nike by burning shoes and vowing never to wear Nike products again. Or, as TooFab put it, Kathy and the others "can't help but laugh at MAGA fans protesting Nike for hiring a guy they're mad at for protesting." Ahem. Ava noticed singer John Rich had posted about his sound guy ripping the swooshes off his socks. "This is hilarious," she posted. "I mean like, actually funny. Poor things." Patton found humor in the whole thing, too. "This is terrible for America. NOW what shoes is @realDonaldTrump supposed to wear while he's doing CrossFit?" he asked. "Nike ran the numbers," Zach Braff assured the haters. "They'll be ok. But please, burn your socks." Kathy, who knows a little something about the power of a political protest, tweeted, "@Kaepernick7 is going to make a f—ing fortune and I'm here for it."
The Kardashian-Jenner crew shares posts from their Labor Day bash
If there's still bad blood between Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West, they did a good job of hiding it at a beachfront Labor Day party with Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and their other friends, according to E! News. The crew all posted clips from the snack-and-booze-laden bash on Instagram Stories, showing off Bella and Kendall's beer pong skills and Kourtney's kitchen know-how. Just last month, Kim and Kourtney railed on each other on Twitter, even dragging Khloe Kardashian into their argument. They eventually appeared to make up, sparking some suspicions about whether the whole thing was staged for the sake of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" ratings.
