Is Demi Lovato seeing newly single rapper, G-Eazy? In an oddly unexplained, last-minute switch, Us Weekly took down a story claiming Demi and G-Eazy were spotted holding hands as they left the Warwick in Hollywood around 2 a.m. on Saturday, July 14. Cosmo points out the photo the outlet used didn't show G-Eazy's face, making the report a bit dubious. But given some of Halsey's recent statements (and tears) about splitting from her boyfriend of nine months this summer, it does seem as if the singer is coming out of her relationship feeling a bit betrayed. On the same night Demi and G-Eazy were allegedly seen clutching paws over the weekend, Halsey opened up to fans about her breakup in Atlantic City, New Jersey. "I learned recently it's OK to be alone! Being alone is enough," she said, according to Us. "The second lesson I learned is don't sleep with your ex." A source previously told Us the two had called it quits because their schedules kept them apart too much. When Halsey mysteriously tweeted a scissors Emoji and the words "pumpkin eater" (as in "cheater, cheater …"), fans leapt to the conclusion that she was referencing the rapper's lyric about cutting off a certain part of anatomy should she catch him cheating.

The singer — who was born in nearby Reading, Pennsylvania, and shared a pic of her childhood home ahead of herPhilly shows — was stunned when a pair of Swifty superfans got engaged right in front of her. "They walk into the meet and greet and he says 'We met 5 years ago at the Red Tour' and then….. 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻," she captioned a photo of the moment, adding the hashtag, "#thirdwheel." It turns out the groom-to-be, identified only as Anthony online, started preparing for his proposal back in early June, when he launched an anonymous Twitter account in the hopes of getting Taylor to see the proposal plans. "We have spent countless hours listening to her music together. I can't thank Taylor enough for bringing us closer," he tweeted. After his lady said "yes," he added, "[Taylor] called me a baller and said that she is never surprised. She also said we were incredible and to go get married!!!! IS THIS REAL LIFE?!?!" he gushed in another post. After the concert, Taylor shared a photo of Lincoln Financial Field, captioning it, "PHILLY I LOVE YOU!!!! This hometown crowd 😍😍😍 See you again tonight for round 2!!"

What, because we came from a family that has had success?" she asked. "To me, that doesn't really make sense. … I know so many people like that [who] haven't turned out to be as successful as Kylie. If anything, I've seen the complete opposite."

Brookyln Beckham is deferring college for a photography internship

Brooklyn Beckham is reportedly taking a break from school. After studying photography for one year at New York City's Parsons School of Design, David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son is reportedly deferring his place in college and switching gears to take advantage of an internship opportunity. According to the Mirror, the 19-year-old has signed on to work for "a respected British photographer" whose name has not been made public. News of the change comes a few months after professional offers started coming his way. The Mirror quotes a source as saying Brooklyn may have been "homesick" and "feeling lonely" in the Big Apple, although previous reports suggesting he had trouble making friends have already been dismissed. "Victoria is absolutely delighted at the news and couldn't contain herself when it was all coming to plan – to have Brooklyn back under the same roof is a dream come true for her," says another insider, adding that the designer "couldn't believe how much she missed him and hated to be separated from him." The family is expected to travel to Miami together this week while David Beckham works on his Miami MLS soccer project.

Despite having received multiple offers of around $100,000 for access of the first photo of their daughter, Kulture, the rappers "won't even consider" staging a photo shoot for their little girl until she's at least five or six months old, according to TMZ. Cardi and Offset welcomed Kulture Kari Cephus in Atlanta on July 10.

Lupita Nyong'o, Saoirse Ronan star in Calvin Klein's new fragrance campaign

Women who inspire women — that's the concept at the heart of a new campaign for Calvin Klein's first fragrance since Raf Simons took over as Chief Creative Officer. Also at the center of the campaign are actresses Lupita Nyong'o and Saoirse Ronan, each of whom selected inspiring women from the past to appear next to them in the ads. A sneak peak of the camapign on Us Weekly shows Lupita's glowing face smiling alongside up-close portraits of singer Eartha Kitt and actress Katharine Hepburn, while Saoirse's image appears alongside pics of actress Sissy Spacek and singer and civil rights activist Nina Simone. "CALVIN KLEIN WOMEN is inspired by the transmission of strength and inspiration from one woman to the next; by plurality combined with individuality; freedom of expression; and the notion that the collective is as vital as the individual," the designer says in a press release announcing the new scent, due out in August. The fragrance itself is described by Us a "woody floral" mix of "contrasts." The beauty campaign is Saoirse's first. Lupita has represented Lancôme since 2014.

On-again lovebirds Sofia Richie and Scott Disick recently traveled to Europe for a little fun in the summer sun in Mykonos — and a wedding in Spain. The New York Post reports the age-mismatched pair were on hand when designer Jill Stuart's daughter, Morgan Curtis, walked down the aisle to marry Thomas Mahl at the Finca Cortesin Hotel in Casares. Scarlett Johansson gets props from LGBQT community for declining transgender role

Members of the trans film and television community are praising Scarlett Johansson for her decision to bail on playing a transgender man in "Rub & Tug," a film about the true story of massage parlor scion and crime boss Dante Tex Gill. Speaking to Out.com last week, Scarlett explained she would "respectfully withdraw" herself from the project due to concerns raised about the paucity of opportunities for trans actors in Hollywood. "Our cultural understanding of transgender people continues to advance, and I've learned a lot from the community since making my first statement about my casting and realize it was insensitive," she said. "Scarlett deciding to pull out was a good example of listening to the community and that was the right thing to do," Emmy-nominated producer and director Rhys Ernst told THR upon hearing the news. Actress Rain Valdez ("Transparent") said the move "says a lot about Scarlett Johansson," adding, "That actually makes me a little emotional because it's not an easy industry for trans women. It's not an easy industry for trans men." Scarlett initially defended herself amid a strong backlash over the casting, telling Bustle through her rep that critics should look to award-winning cisgender stars who have played transgender roles before placing blame on her. "Tell them that they can be directed to Jeffrey Tambor, Jared Leto, and Felicity Huffman's reps for comment," she said. The statement was widely regarded as being somewhat flip and dismissive.

Jaden Smith celebrates his 20th birthday in Miami

Jaden Smith hosted a belated birthday bash for himself on Saturday, July 14, at Miami hotspot LIV at Fountainebleau. The late-night hang started around 1:45 a.m., when Jaden and some pals rolled up to the club, signed its famous autograph wall and headed for a private table. Shortly after their arrival, Jaden's dad, Will Smith's track "Miami" came on, inspiring Jaden and his entourage to get up and dance while singing along to the music.
