Jessie J opens up about her romance with Channing Tatum
One week ago, Jessie J gave the host of British talk show "Lorraine" a "no comment" reply to questions about her relationship with Channing Tatum. But the singer seemed much more comfortable talking about the romance on this week's "Heart Breakfast" podcast — she even cracked a joke about Channing's ridiculously chiseled physique. That may have been because her comments came after Jessie had a serious and extremely candid discussion about her fertility struggle with the hosts, Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden. Explaining that she's "always been someone that is open and honest," Jessie, who was diagnosed at 17 with Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome, said that in 2012 she was told health problems would prevent her from ever having children. "I don't believe it. I believe in miracles. I haven't given up," she said on the show (via the Daily Mail). "For the last four years I've changed my diet, I've changed the way I live, I've done a lot of self-work and just to be open about it and start a conversation that could help someone that doesn't know how to talk about it, and start this conversation." She went on to say that while she wants to have children still, "whatever happens will happen" and that she's grateful for the "blessings and success" in her life. That's when Jamie segued the conversation into a chat about Jessie's relationship and whether she and Channing have talked about marriage. "No! No just because he's Channing Tatum everyone's kind of sped us up in to this like 'are you getting married? Are you doing this?" she explained. "I mean, I've been in relationships for a lot longer than Chan and I have in the last four, five years but they're not famous so no one really cares." After she added, "We're having a lovely time. And I'm very very respectful of his situation and his …," Amanda cut her off and joked, "And his privacy, Jamie!" Jessie took the tease in stride. "Yeah," she agreed. "But he looks great naked in the shower!"

If Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe's daughter, Ava Phillippe, was psyched a photo she posted over the weekend failed to garner the usual storm of "you look just like your mom" comments, that relief was probably temporary. Because it wasn't long before a different kind of "lookalike" comments started rolling in. The photo shows Ava doting on her boyfriend, Owen Mahoney — and the internet seems to be convinced Owen looks like a younger version of her dad. Us Weekly noticed Ava, 19, posted no replies to comments like "Whoa!! Reese & Ryan!! 😬😍❤️." Celine Dion stops her final show so someone can pee
After 1,144 shows at Caesars Palace over the last 16 years, Celine Dion knows a thing or two about ticket prices. So, when a gentleman in the front row of her final show there this past weekend moved to leave his seat to use the restroom, she actually stopped the entire show, telling the audience his tickets were too crazy expensive for her to do anything else. "Said for what he paid for tix she WILL wait!" tweeted Fox reporter Sean McAllister tweeted (via Jezebel). "We all waited for you," she told him when he returned. She then bumped elbows with him — because a man's wealth is no predictor of the likelihood he washed his hands after peeing.
Selena Gomez deletes a Justin Bieber birthday post
A few weeks ago at the Cannes Film Festival, Selena Gomez told Variety she tries to be very "intentional" with what she posts on sites like Instagram because she believes "social media has been really terrible" for her generation, given the bullying and other negativity that it allows. That could be related to why she's been slowly axing references to her on-off, now married ex, Justin Bieber, from her accounts. E! News reports a fan noticed over the weekend that her 2018 birthday post about Justin — "March 1, 1994 someone I know that happens to be super cool was born. Boom," she wrote — had disappeared from her account."Let's rejoice and cheer Miss #SelenaGomez finally deleted her birthday to ex boyfriend #JustinBieber from 2018," @theselenarundown posted in response. The mention sparked other fans to look around and see there were few if any photos of Justin remaining on her Instagram.

People spotted the pals, both in blue shirts, shaking hands and smiling during a round in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday, June 8. Britney Spears' dad moves to confirm conservatorship in Louisiana
Britney Spears' father, Jamie Spears is hoping to maintain control over his daughter's life and finances in their home state of Louisiana as well as Florida and Hawaii, regardless of the outcome of a probate court's investigation into the Los Angeles-based conservatorship she's been under for years. The Blast reports Jamie filed legal documents in Louisiana requesting confirmation of the California conservatorship through something known as an interdiction-curatorship, which removes "the right to care for one's own person and affairs," placing it with a court approved "curator." That curator in this case is Jamie. As the court looks more closely at Jamie and the rest of the team handling Britney's affairs to determine if the conservatorship is best for her needs, Britney is set to be evaluated, too.
Sophie Turner reveals she once tried to woo Matthew Perry with a lighter
Ah, to know what might have been … if Matthew Perry had been less prepared for his smoke breaks back in 2016. Sophie Turner recently did a Q&A about some of her old tweets with Twitter in which she reminded fans about an "embarrassing" tweet in which she alerted the world that "Chanandler Bong" — aka Chandler Bing aka Matthew Perry — was "rehearsing his play right next to [her] home." In the Twitter interview (via Vulture), Sophie, who's now married to Joe Jonas, explained the backstory. Not surprisingly, it revolves around a serious crush. "I would walk around the corner every day to go to my local Budgens, which is a great little supermarket, and I would walk around the corner every day and I would see Matthew Perry smoking a cigarette," she explained. "And I bought a lighter from Budgens so that I could walk up to him and offer to light his cigarette." Alas, she finally talked herself into approaching him armed with her new lighter only to discover his cigarette was already lit. "That was just embarrassing," she admitted. "I thought he might see this tweet and then, I don't know, reach out to me, and ask me on a date or something, but he didn't."
Kourtney Kardashian on why she and Scott Disick took Sofia Richie on vacation with their kids
Kris Jenner may not be convinced yet, but Kourtney Kardashian still thinks she made the right move when she went on vacation with Scott Disick, the three kids they share — and Scott's girlfriend, Sofia Richie. The subject came up on the latest edition of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," with Kris expressing concern that someone could "get hurt" in the process of Kourtney and Scott's well-intentioned co-parenting efforts. Speaking to the cameras alone, Kourtney described the trip as having been "really fun and easy," adding "I know we don't have to travel together, and I don't think we'll take every trip together, but it was totally not awkward," according to ET. "We are doing our best to make everything feel super normal for the kids." Scott and Kourtney split in 2015 and Scott's remained in Kourtney's life — and in the lives of her family members — since then. He started dating Sofia in 2017 and by the end of last year, sources were telling outlets like People that while Sofia and Kourtney had no plans to become best friends, Sofia hoped she had proven to Kourtney that she's good for Scott and good with their children. On the show, Kris asked Kourtney directly "what exactly is going on with Scott and you on these family vacations where you take along Sofia." Kourtney's response was that in this case, Scott had the kids either way. "So I'm like, do I want to go and experience it with them? Or do I want to stay home?… I don't want to miss out on this with my kids." She added that she thinks of her own parents' split in 1991 and how things seemed to fall into place for the family after Kris and Robert Kardashian were able to become friends. "I know with my parents, as soon as everyone got along, life was so much easier. It felt like everyone was happy," Kourtney said. "So as long as everyone's OK with it, I think it's amazing we all get to travel together."
