Farewell
Keeping up with the Kardashians is about to become more difficult. On Sept. 8, the Kardashian-Jenner family announced that the next season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" will be the last, ending a 14-year run of their hit E! reality show. "To our amazing fans — it is with heavy hearts that we've made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,'" a statement from the family read. "After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who've watched us for all of these years — through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We'll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we've met along the way." There is suspicion that Kris Jenner might have her eye on another popular Hollywood-based reality TV series… But that show's boss doesn't see it that way.
Vegas wedding
Mrs. and Mrs.! On Sept. 7, David Harbour and Lily Allen tied the knot in Las Vegas… and yes, an Elvis impersonator officiated the wedding. According to their marriage certificate, the duo said "I do" at the Graceland Wedding Chapel. Two days later, Lily posted several photos from the low-key nuptials to Instagram alongside heart emojis. David, too, posted a few images. "In a wedding officiated by the king himself, the people's princess wed her devoted, low born, but kind credit card holder in a beautiful ceremony lit by the ashen skies courtesy of a burning state miles away in the midst of a global pandemic," he wrote, referring to the California wildfires. In humorously speaking about their post-nuptial meal at In-N-Out, David said, "Refreshments were served at a small reception following."

Health update
Amy Schumer made a personal reveal about her health on Sept. 8: She has Lyme disease. "Anyone get LYME this summer? I got it and I'm on doxycycline. I have maybe had it for years. Any advice? Amy added that she feels good and is "excited to get rid of it."

Gone girl
Denise Richards is bidding Bravo adieu. On Sept. 9, the actress's rep announced that after two years on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Denise would not be returning for another season. Her exit follows months of drama surrounding an allegation that Denise had an affair with former "RHOBH" star Brandi Glanville. Following the announcement, Erika Girardi seemed to throw shade at Denise, posting a GIF from the '80s sitcom "Small Wonder" that showed a young boy slamming a door in a girl's face. Erika wrote "Bye" with a waving hand emoji but never directly mentioned Denise. Many fans were quick to blame Lisa Rinna for Denise's exit.
Baby bliss
Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin now have their own starting lineup. On Sept. 8, they welcomed their fifth child (and Alec's sixth). "We had a baby last night. He is perfect and we couldn't be happier," the "Mom Brain" podcast host captioned an Instagram snap of herself and Alec with their newborn. On Sept. 10, she announced that they'd named their son Eduardo Pau Lucas Baldwin. "His name means wealthy guardian of peace and light," Hilaria wrote. "We love you baby Edu."
Disturbing details
This week, Ozzy Osbourne opened up about the time he once tried to strangle and kill wife Sharon Osbourne in 1989 while he was on drugs. "We'd had a couple of fights and you can tell it was building to something, you could just feel it," Sharon said in the new documentary "Biography: The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne." Recalling that day, Ozzy said, "I felt the calmest I've ever felt in my life. It was like serenity. Everything was just peaceful." Sharon said Ozzy lunged at her and said, "We've come to a decision that you've got to die." The couple had earlier installed a panic button, and it was near Sharon, so she pushed it. The police arrived and Ozzy was thrown in jail. Sharon opted not to press charges. "It was probably the most frightened I've ever been," she continued. "I told him, 'I don't want the money … but if you do this again, either I am going to kill you or you are going to kill me. And do you want that for the kids?'"
Court matter
A man who came face to face with Eminem after breaking into the rapper's Michigan home earlier this year will face trial. The intruder appeared in court on Sept. 9 as police recalled the middle-of-the-night incident at the music star's house in Clinton Township, Michigan — an incident that was far more nefarious than initially reported. "When [Eminem] asked him why he was there, he was told … that [the man] was there to kill him," Clinton Township officer Adam Hamstock testified, according to the Detroit Free Press. During the April incident, the man snuck into the back of the house while Em's security team guarded the front. Soon, the "Lose Yourself" rapper was roused by an alarm — and soon found the man in his living room. Eminem's security eventually neutralized the intruder and police arrived to arrest him. A judge ruled that there is enough cause to move forward with a trial. An arraignment has been set for Sept. 28.
Child abuse allegations
Kate Gosselin wants her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, to be charged with child abuse. People magazine reported on Sept. 10 that police are investigating an alleged incident between Jon and their 16-year-old son Collin. The report doesn't specifically name Jon, but Kate said police informed her of his alleged involvement. "You do not punch and kick your children," she told People in a statement. "You do not kick a child. I don't want to hear any excuses from anyone, not from his father, not from local law enforcement, not from court personnel whose job is supposedly to ensure the best interests of my children." Last week, Collin called Jon a "liar" in a since-deleted Facebook post. "My dad is a liar," he wrote in the post. "Yesterday he beat me up and thought nothing of it, he punched me in the face and gave me a swollen nose and I started bleeding. He then continued to kick me in the ribs after I was on the floor. He is a liar."
