In the wake of Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal, Khloe Kardashian is doing all she can to find a way to make the couple's relationship work. And according to Kris Jenner's longtime friend, Lisa Stanley, that includes couples therapy. "She doesn't want to look a fool. She was a fool once with Lamar [Odom], and she didn't want to do it again," Lisa said told KIIS FM's "Celeb HQ" podcast this week (via Page Six). To help move on from the scandal, they've sought out couples therapy. "One thousand percent they are working through couples therapy. She's working hard, he's working hard," Lisa said. "You can't just earn trust back in two months." Khoe has mostly been quiet about what's going on with her relationship since video and photos surfaced that seemed to show Tristan getting handsy with other women while Khloe was pregnant with their daughter, True. She did, however, clap back at one fan who expressed concern on Twitter about her decision to stay with the basketball star. "You have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist," Khloe said. "I'm proud of my strength." For her part, Lisa believes "Khloé was always going to try and make this work, for a plethora of reasons," citing the strong "connection" she feels to Tristan since True's birth. "The second reason is she loves him," Lisa said. "She clearly loves the man."

More than a decade ago, Heather Locklear and David Spade became an unexpected Hollywood item. The two have apparently remained friendly and as David told Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM Radio Andy show on Wednesday, July 18, he's concerned for her given her multiple arrests and the recent psychiatric evaluation she underwent. "I mean, I love her. She was nice to go out with me, and I will always be indebted to her because she was so nice, so fun," David said, according to the Daily Mail. "And no apologies. Went out with me, didn't care, even though I'm sure she took some grief," he added, laughing about the beginning of their relationship. "She was on SNL once, hosting, when I was a writer. She goes, 'I remember you.' I go, 'There's not a chance.' She remembered me, and I was some goofy writer, walking around — not getting any sketches on, of course. Just like, mesmerized by her, growing up on her, loving her. Ran into her later and we were friendly, and then we started hanging out. But she's always so chirpy and fun and hilarious. So I would just keep checking in on her now and then," he continued. After David's sister, Kate Spade, committed suicide this summer, Heather was the one who checked in. "A lot of people did. And it was really nice," he conceded. "Katie was a sweetheart, too, so Heather I think might have met her in the old days. … I mean, what can you do other than just say hello and check in and say, 'If you ever want to say hi, or talk, or anything.'" He added that "there's something nice about [knowing] people are just out there" when dealing with grief, before giving Heather the benefit of the doubt with regard to the demons she seems to be battling. "[She] is having a tough situation — whatever, we all do," he said. "I mean, I have my down moments like everybody. … Everyone's literally one inch away from having some trouble, sometimes."

Justin Timberlake is happily enjoying family life — even on the road. An insider tells Us Weekly the singer, whose wife, Jessica Biel, and their 3-year-old son, Silas, have joined him on tour in Europe this summer, is basically done with the rock star scene. "Gone is the partying and hanging out until all hours of the night. Justin is a very different man this tour around. He has been a family man," says the source. "But when it's family time off stage, he's 100 percent dad." Justin, Jessica and Silas have reportedly been doing "touristy things" like checking out the Eiffel Tower in Paris and catching a match at Wimbeldon in London. "They're having so much fun," the pal gushes. "It's nice to see."

Jennifer Garner thanks Nassar survivors for their 'courage,' 'strength' after ESPY Awards

By far the most moving moment of the 2018 ESPY Awards came when 147 athletes who were molested by Larry Nassar joined hands onstage to accept the Arshur Ashe Courage Award. Jennifer Garner presented the award and as she later wrote on Instagram, she was as overwhelmed and impressed by their courage as anyone else. "This is a picture of an army," she captioned one of three photos of the women. "An army of strength. An army for right," she continued. "Here are 147 survivors of the unspeakable abuses committed by Dr. Larry Nassar — I was humbled to present them with the #ArthurAsheAward for Courage at tonight's #ESPYAwards. Seeing these heroes in one place, on one stage blew me away — it takes such courage and strength to tell their stories. Sunlight is the best antiseptic — thank you to the survivors, to Jimmy Pitaro and to @abcnetwork & @espn for putting sexual abuse of minors in the sun — hopefully we won't be telling this story again. ❤️❤️❤️." In her acceptance speech, gymnast Aly Raisman thanked Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, who was in the audience, for giving the survivors a chance to speak to Nassar in court before she sentenced him to 175 years in prison for his crimes. "For too long, we were ignored, and you helped us to rediscover the power we each possess," Aly said, according to People."You may never meet the hundreds of children you saved, but know they exist." Before leaving the stage, she told the other survivors: "We may suffer alone, but we survive together."

At a time when scores of families have been separated at the U.S. border, Serena Williams seems to be well aware of how lucky she is to be able to spend so much time with her own baby daughter. "319 days since I gave birth to this amazing baby @OlympiaOhanian I've spent 319 of those days with her. I'm so fortunate," she captioned a sweet shot of herself with her little girl sleeping on her chest on a plane. Serena and Alexis Ohanian Jr. welcomed Olympia on Sept. 1 and though the tennis star has since admitted she missed her baby's first steps because she was training, she's clearly found a way to keep Olympia by her side as much as possible. She's also dedicated much of her playing to other working mothers. In an interview after Angelique Kerber beat her in the Wimbledon Ladies' Single Finals (via ET), Serena said, "I'm just me and that's all that I can be," adding, "But to all the moms out there, I was playing for you today and I tried."

Kim Kardashian faces new KKW Beauty lawsuit

Chicago marketing company Vibes Media has filed a trademark-related lawsuit against Kim Kardashian West's KKW Beauty. TMZ reports Vibes says KKW Beauty lifted the logo Vibe trademarked back in 2012 for its "Vibes" fragrance. (Both logos feature the word "vibes" in a phone-like speech bubble.) According to documents excerpted by The Blast, Kim and her team have "… been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume." The suit goes on to note, "The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo." Vibes Media is reportedly demanding an injunction to stop the sale of Kim's Vibes products and a promise the unsold fragrances will be destroyed as well as damages. Kim, meanwhile, recently pocketed $5 million in just five minutes after launching three new fragrances, including Kimoji Vibes.

JAY-Z fights Made in America eviction in Philadelphia

Jim Kenney, the mayor of Philadelphia announced this week that JAY-Z's Made in America festival would not return to the City of Brotherly Love after Sept. 1 -2, 2018. As Jay later explained in an op-ed on Philly.com, that was the first he and the festival's promoter, Live Nation, had heard they were losing their host city. "We are disappointed that the Mayor … would evict us from the heart of the city, through a media outlet, without a sit-down meeting, notice, dialogue or proper communication," Jay said in the op-ed. "It signifies zero appreciation for what Made In America has built alongside the phenomenal citizens of this city." He also said the mayor's office "immediately greeted us with a legal letter trying to stop the 2018 event," asking, "How does an administration merely discard an event that generates millions … and employs the city's people as if we are disposable now that we have served our purpose?" The festival has reportedly funneled more than $102 million into Philadelphia's economy, paid $3.4 million in rent and given jobs to thousands of residents. But at least one Page Six insider thinks the hip-hop focus (this year's lineup includes Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj and Post Malone) may have been part of the mayor's issue. Other suggest controversy over Meek's probation case could be involved as well. The mayor has since called the whole thing a "misunderstanding." "The City of Philadelphia supports the Made In America festival and is greatly appreciative of all that it has done for Philadelphia," the mayor said in a statement given to Page Six. "We are committed to its continued success and thank them for their partnership. We hope to be able to resolve what has been an unfortunate misunderstanding. We are working with Roc Nation and Live Nation to resolve this issue and we are committed to continuing our partnership with the Made In America festival."

Sharon Osbourne weighs in on Thomas Markle mess, claims he's an alcoholic

The Markle family drama continues. This week, Sharon Osbourne waded into the back-and-forth between Duchess Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, and the tabloids he seems to be in touch with regularly. In a new episode of "The Talk," Sharon addressed Thomas directly. "It is so obvious that you have a bad drinking problem. And it's obvious that over the last few years, you haven't been close with your daughter," she said. "Get yourself clean and sober and then come back. Just be happy for your daughter. Let her live her life … She is so dignified you should try to give a little bit of that dignity for her." Sharon also sympathized with Meghan, saying she must be "humiliated" by his behavior. The Sun seems to have already responded by reaching out to some of Thomas' friends, who reportedly said he was "astonished at the allegation that he was a heavy drinker" and that he only drinks "an occasional glass of wine with a meal." Said one pal: "He's shocked about these claims. It's totally untrue and he's been through enough with his recent health issues without people making these sorts of allegations." Earlier this week, the Sun reported Thomas had no way of getting in touch with Meghan and was ready to return to the U.K. to try to get a hold of her.
