Kimye baby update
When Kimye's third child was born via surrogate on Tuesday, Jan. 16, the proud parents were in the room" for their new baby girls's arrival. That's according to TMZ, which reports Kim Kardashian West was the first person "to have skin-to-skin contact" with her daughter, whose birth she was present for, along with the surrogate's labor process. Kim's husband, Kanye West, reportedly waited behind a curtain in the delivery room until the baby had arrived, then was able to come all the way in and hold her. The website also reports Kim and Kanye have declined multiple, multi-million dollar offers to sell the little girl's first photo. The reason? "Kim and Kanye would never consider taking money for the first photos of the baby," explains TMZ. "Doing so would violate their morals." One of the offers was reportedly in the neighborhood of $5 million. They want to "do it on their own timetable" and be sure they are "comfortable the safety of the baby is secured." Kimye waited until both North and Saint were two months old before sharing any photos of either of their first two children.

Paul McCartney seems to have forgiven his Michael Jackson fued
All good now? After a nasty '80s bidding war in which Michael Jackson snagged the rights to the Beatles' back catalogue, outbidding Paul McCartney for the goods, Paul was spotted hanging out briefly with Michael's daughter, Paris Jackson this week. The occasion was Stella McCartney's Autumn 2018 Collection Launch in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, a celeb-packed event that drew a slew of Hollywood kids, including Paris, Ava Phillippe and Billie Lourd. As for the feud, the Daily Mail reminds us Paul eventually settled with SONY/ATV, which had gotten the catalogue from the King of Pop's estate after his death, after filing a lawsuit against them in January 2017.
Nene Leakes poses in a top with her own mugshot on it
"SLAAAAAY BOO!" That was one of many approving responses "Real Houseiwves of Atlanta" star Nene Leakes got when she posted a photo of herself wearing her own mugshot on a sweatshirt on Instagram this week. Captioned, "From Mugshots to MILLIONS #growingpains #25yearsago #nowgetyolife #embraceyou #speakyourtruth #testimonytuesday #ownit," the image features a much younger Nene, apparently having been caught by police after one of her '90s-era arrests. (She was arrested for "theft of services" after an incident with her cell phone company once, according to People; later arrests were related to probation violation issues.) Turns out, of course, Nene was promoting her new Swagg Boutique tops. Hey, if you've got it … make some cash off it.
Sharon Stone kisses mystery man at 'Mosaic' screening
Hmm, who's the lucky guy, Sharon Stone? The seemingly ageless "Mosaic" star was spotted sharing a kiss with a tall, dark and handsome man who appeared to be a few years her junior this week when she attended a screening for her new, Steven Soderbergh-directed HBO limited series at the 92 Street Y in New York City. Speaking to AARP when she shared a cover with Alfre Woodard and Jane Fonda in 2016, Sharon, now 59, said she wasn't in a place where prioritized dating. "Obviously it's pretty easy to get a date. But to me, my life is so full. I don't want to take time out to just go on a date, or to just have sex with a stranger," she explained. "At this point, I get more satisfaction — physically, spiritually, emotionally — from a smile, a laugh, a warm conversation or a really sexy look. You know the way a man can look at you? Where you know he really sees you? I don't want to be with someone unless it's like that." Maybe with this guy, it is!
Scott Disick hangs up on Kourtney Kardashian after she mentions her new boyfriend
Despite their ongoing show of happy coparenting, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's relationship isn't necessarily in the most comfortable place. In a preview from the next "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" previewed on E! News, Kourtney and Khloe have a pow-wow about Kourtney's ex. Asked why Kourtney summoned her, the mother of three told Khloe, "I just wanted to check out your guest house and let you know that last night Scott called me at like two in the morning." She went on to explain: "He never calls me late at night, ever, and he was just like ranting like, 'What are we doing in life? What are you doing? What am I doing?' And I'll go, 'But what are you doing?' Or then he'll say, 'But what are you doing? Is it any better? And then by the end of the conversation I just was like, 'I have a boyfriend and he's 24 years old. It's not the craziest thing that's ever happened in the world!' And so he was like, 'He's your boyfriend?!' And then he hung up the phone." Kourtney was referring to her Younes Bendjima, the boxer-turned model she reportedly started dating in 2016. After Khloe suggests the word "boyfriend" rubbed Scott the wrong way, Khloe asks, "And did you call him back?" Kourtney says, "No, I just went to bed." Khloe's advice? "Cut the cord!"
David Harbour says he'll officiate a fan's wedding — for a price
"Stranger Things" star David Harbour seems to be enjoying his fans' appreciation — and he's not above capitalizing on it. Vulture recently noted that in the wake of his acceptance of an invitation to appear in one fan's yearbook photo spread with her — in return for 25,000 retweets and a green light on his random trombone prop request — he's been asked to help out another fan. This time, it's a wedding. And the fan wants him to marry the couple. "125k retweets," said the bargain-ready actor. "Provided date works with s3 shooting schedule, I will get ordained and perform ceremony. I get to read an esteemed love letter of my choosing, and after the cake is officially cut, I get the very first piece. #allthecakes." When one Twitter user suggested, "I'm totally into this, but how about letting the couple have the first piece of cake? Since it's kinda supposed to be about them? Just my 2c," David pretty much shut her down. "I will allow the smearing of it on each other's faces, licking icing off fingers and all other bride and groom cake shenanigans," he replied, "but the actual first whole piece is mine, dammit." OK, then.
Taylor Swift wants to trademark new lyric, signature
Swifties in need of new merch options, take note! Through her LLC, TAS Rights Management, Taylor has applied to trademark the phrase "Big Reputation," from her song "End Game," as well as her signature. TMZ reports if the singer's request is approved, she'll be able to use the lyric on sunglasses, cell phone cases, pajamas and gloves. Her signature, meanwhile, would be available for her alone to sell on bathrobes, hair pins, dolls and glow sticks. Taylor's reportedly been selling merch with her autograph on it for a while now, but this would give her more power to block counterfeit uses thereof.
Kristen Bell reveals one of her silliest fights with Dax Shepard
Who knew these two were so aggro about getting their way? During a chat with Jimmy Kimmel this week, Kristen Bell admitted she and Dax Shepard have their moments when it comes to couple situations. While the two were riding a motorcycle from New York City to Detroit so he could meet her mom way back when, for example, she allowed him, the driver, to be in charge of the music selection — for the first two states. She then tried to change it. "Well, he was not happy. Because I didn't ask, we didn't discuss it. And it was also like we're both control freaks [in the] beginning of our relationship," she said (via E! News). There was more, too. "Dax Shepard believes that if he is in a state that does not have a helmet law he should be 'observing the local culture' and not wear his helmet," Bell explained. They fought for while before reaching an agreement. "If he was on the highway, he had to wear the helmet. But if he was on side streets, he didn't have to wear the helmet. I'm not joking, he took side streets for like four hours just to make a point," she said. Then it began to rain and she insisted he put the helmet on. "The rest of the road trip, I think through Ohio up to Michigan, we were fighting so bad we both lost our voice because we were screaming at each other on the motorcycle. And I refused to hold onto him, so I hold onto the back of the motorcycle like a boss," she said. Finally, after meeting her mom and posing for a "medium length photo-shoot" with Kristen for said mom, the whole family let him know they were going to watch "Alf." Like, repeatedly and without a break. Though Dax had what Kristen described as an "out-of-body experience," the relationship survived. "But we continued dating, Jimmy. That's the moral of the story," Kristen said. "We worked through it. It's about compromise. It's about understanding the other person's wants and needs. We weren't listening to each other back then, but now we listen." Hopefully, not to "Alf" — or the sound of Kristen trailing off the back of a bike because she refuses to hold onto the driver!
