Leonardo DiCaprio is allegedly single, despite his model juggling
Leonardo DiCaprio had a busy week. In the space of two days, the actor reportedly hung out with his rumored girlfriend Lorena Rae, his ex Toni Garrn and a third model Ania Cywinska. The New York Post reports Leo, 42, was spotted at 23-year-old Lorena's apartment before they stopped by a clothing store in the Battery Park City neighborhood of Manhattan. When Leo got a call on his phone, he reportedly "rushed outside" and "into the arms of" Toni, 25, whom he's been spending time with somewhat regularly this month. "Leo ditched his bodyguard so he could share an intimate dinner with Toni," said a source. The insider said Leo and Toni headed to her apartment around 10 p.m. The next night, Ania joined Leo and some friends at the Spotted Pig. A friend told the tab the actor is "not dating anyone."

Beyonce responds to New Orleans rapper's sampling lawsuit
Beyonce's "Formation" video irked critics who found her glammed up appearance on top of what was meant to be a floodwater-submerged New Orleans police car inappropriate if not tone deaf. Now, Bey's fighting another one of the song's New Orleans ties in court. Rapper and Youtube star Messy Mya was murdered in 2010 in the Crescent City, but his estate is suing Beyonce for sampling six seconds worth of his voice in the track. TMZ reports Bey's lawyers filed a response to the suit this week. In legal documents, they cite the First Amendment and claim the use of Mya's voice is "reasonable and justified." The rapper's estate is demanding $20 million in royalties.

Madonna's lawsuit against her co-op board has been dismissed
Madonna's lawsuit against the co-op board of her New York City apartment has hit a brick wall. Madge went after the group last year after they changed the rules for unit owners to ensure people other than the owners were only living in the building if and when the owners were living there too. The board had complained that Madge's four kids and staff were creating a chaotic environment with their regular appearances and departures while Madge was out of town. The singer's lawyers claimed it was unfair to penalize her suddenly for the situation given that she's a "world-renowned recording artist, owns many residences around the world and travels extensively worldwide," according to the New York Post. A judge, however, has thrown out her case based on the fact that she had four months after April 2, 2014, to initiate legal proceedings. She didn't take action until April 2016.

The website reports Siya plans to testify that Mel's ex, Stephen Belafonte, did not abuse the singer.

On July 25, they welcomed a daughter, Bodhi. And as Nikki revealed to Fit Pregnancy magazine, they had a specific plan for their first month as a family with Bodhi. "We're doing one month of silence," Nikki said. "Just the three of us, no visitors, and we're turning off our phones too, so there's no expectation for us to communicate. Otherwise, every five minutes it would be, 'How are you feeling? Can we have a picture?' You don't get those first 30 days back, and we want to be fully present."
