Very few people go through an entire year without slipping up, but some people make some real bonehead decisions that warrant a calling out. Celebrities, of course, are no stranger to ill-advised moves. In honor of Thanksgiving, we're counting down the top 18 celebrity turkeys of 2018, starting with Roseanne Barr. Late on the evening of May 28, the controversial comedian decided to tweet a racially charged message about former Obama presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett that read, "muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj." The tweet, which she eventually deleted, led to the cancellation of her "Roseanne" sitcom reboot, which had only recently returned to huge ratings. After the show got axed by ABC execs, Roseanne apologized then said she was tweeting while on the sleep aid Ambien. Not long after she blamed Ambien for her comments, the maker of the drug, Sanofi, got involved. "While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects," the company tweeted, "racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication." More recently, a bad Thanksgiving weekend joke aimd at the embattled comedian — a radio host claimed he got a call from Roseanne's assistant with news that the star had suffered a heart attack — spread across social media. Roseanne took to Twitter to shut it down on Nov. 24. "I'm fine," she tweeted along with a playful photo. "I was the victim of a prank. I've had no medical issues. Just days before Tristan Thompson's girlfriend, Khloe Kardashian, gave birth to their daughter, True, videos surfaced showing him cheating on her with several women. The first video published by the Daily Mail on April 10 showed the NBA star appearing to kiss a woman at PH-D Lounge in New York City on April 7. TMZ later posted video of Tristan in what appeared to be the same outfit arriving to his hotel in the early morning hours of April 8. That woman was with him. She was later seen leaving the hotel with an overnight bag. TMZ also published another video of Tristan, reportedly captured on Oct. 7, 2017, in which he can be seen making out with one woman while another touches him sexually at a hookah lounge outside Washington, D.C. While initial reports said the romance was "hanging by a thread," Khloe quickly forgave Tristan and made it clear that was going to stand by her man, despite her family's disapproval.

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans could be on this list several times, but we'll focus on her antics from the summer. While driving in her home state of North Carolina, Jenelle was overcome with road rage and whipped out a handgun while her 8-year-old son was in the car. Why, you ask? She said the driver of another vehicle cut her off. The driver of the other car said Jenelle even followed him to his house and drove into his mailbox. At one point, the driver seemed to have made contact with her car so she whipped out a gun. Not her finest hour.

During a May interview with TMZ, Kanye West made many eyebrow-raising comments, but his most boneheaded remark came when he said slavery was "a choice." In an interview with TMZ, the rapper-designer said, "When you hear about slavery for 400 years … For 400 years? That sounds like a choice." The rapper went on to add, "You were there for 400 years and it's all of y'all. It's like we're mentally imprisoned." Months later, he called for the abolishment of the 13th Amendment… you know, the amendment that outlawed slavery.

"Mallrats" actor Jeremy London didn't exactly have a banner year, largely due to his own actions. In February, he was arrested twice within 10 days. The actor was first arrested on Feb. 2 for misdemeanor domestic violence. In a 911 call obtained by TMZ, Jeremy's wife, Juliet London, told the operator that Jeremy was going to "kick the car," adding that he was "yelling and screaming at me. He pulled out of the driveway [while] I was holding on to the car. I've hurt my leg and my arm." Then, just 10 days later on Feb. 11, Jeremy was arrested and booked into a Mississippi jail for missing a hearing stemming from a lawsuit, TMZ reported. A judge issued a warrant and Jeremy was tracked down shortly after.

It's hard to think of a year in which Derick Dillard wasn't on this list. In 2017, he was fired from the Duggar family's latest reality TV show, "Counting On," after making some homophobic comments about 18-year-old transgender TV star Jazz Jennings (whose show is on the same network as "Counting On.") Fast-forward to this year. Shocker, Jill Duggar Dillard's husband couldn't stop talking about Jazz. In June, Jazz tweeted that she was "doing great" after undergoing gender confirmation surgery. Of course, Derick couldn't help but respond. "This kind of thinking should not be encouraged by media. A system that allows this kind of child abuse is clearly broken," he tweeted. Keep in mind that in March, he invited her to meet over coffee right before calling her "mentally ill."

Arie Luyendyk Jr. was public enemy No. 1 on reality TV this year, and for some pretty good reasons. In March, millions watched the end of his quest for love on "The Bachelor." He seemed to have found it with Becca Kufrin — he even proposed to her on the season finale. But during the "After the Final Rose" episode immediately following the finale, Arie revealed that they were no longer together. In fact, ABC cameras aired his abrupt and brutal split with Becca. He then said he was pursuing a relationship with his runner-up, Lauren Burnham. Lauren took him back and Arie proposed to her on national television. Bachelor Nation is usually a sucker for a good love story, but not this time.

There's a time and a place to do things, but David Eason, Jenelle Evans' husband, took the tone deaf route. One day after the horrific school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, David decided to post a photo of Jenelle shooting a machine gun. Yes, this is legal, but it's in bad, bad taste considering what had just happened. He refused to apologize. As if that weren't enough, he later blasted Parkland survivor Emma Gonzalez (a teenager, mind you), saying she should be "locked up" and accusing her of bullying the shooter for years. And, by the way, David was fired by MTV in February after posting a grossly homophobic comment on Twitter. In May, he went into an anti-LGBTQ rant on Twitter, saying that LGBTQ parents need to "start teaching their kids better morals." When someone asked if he's going to teach his children to hate gay and transgender people, he replied, "I'm going to teach them not to associate with them or be that way… If you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas." David Eason, ladies and gentlemen…

Kim Kardashian West faced backlash after she was caught on video saying the R-word in a Halloween video. The whole thing started when Kim told a friend that no one knew who she was dressed up as for Halloween (she was '90s-era Pamela Anderson). "I want to apologize for what I said in a recent video post that is inappropriate and insensitive to the special needs community," Kim said in a statement on Nov. 1. "I try to learn from my mistakes and this is one of those times. Please know that my intention is always pure, and in this case, it was a mistake. I'm sorry."

Alec Baldwin found himself answering to the law after allegedly fighting with a man over a parking spot… yes, a parking spot. The story itself is incredibly strange. Multiple reports claim Alec had someone stand on a New York City street to hold him a parking spot when another motorist decided to ignore the person and park there anyway. Both Alec and man got out of their cars and began arguing. That's when the alleged attack occurred. There is grainy surveillance video that showed Alec and the man shoving each other. Alec was arrested for assault and harassment and later denied he'd punched anyone as had been claimed.

Pete Davidson had a rough fall. First, fiancée Ariana Grande broke up with him and called off their engagement. Then, during a "Weekend Update" segment of "Saturday Night Live," the comedian decided to make fun of a few people running in the November midterm elections. One of those candidates was Dan Crenshaw, a war veteran who'd lost an eye in combat. During his segment, Pete joked that Dan looked less like a congressman and more "like a hit man in a porno." He even noted that he was aware that Dan had lost his eye while in the military, though shrugged it off. While many were up in arms, the congressman-elect (he won!) said Pete didn't need to apologize though also noted that his joke wasn't even funny (burn!). The following week, Dan went on "SNL" and got his revenge on Pete in the classiest of ways and Pete apologized again. So this one ended well.

Who throws a shoe, honestly?! Those famous words from Mike Myers character Austin Powers words rang true again thanks to some bad behavior by Cardi B. Let's start from the top: Rappers Nicki Minaj and Cardi B have had some serious beef with each other. On Sept. 7 while attending the Harper's Bazaar Icons party during New York Fashion Week, Cardi saw her rival, Nicki, after the red carpet closed. The two started hollering at each other and at some point Cardi threw her red high heel at Nicki, who was unharmed. Cardi — who claims she was sick and tired of Nicki criticizing her abilities as a mother — was unapologetic and, TMZ reported, had "zero remorse" about going after Nicki at the bash. Nicki denied talking trash about Cardi's parenting skills and called the incident "so mortifying and so humiliating" while talking about the altercation on her Sept. 10 Apple Music "Queen Radio" show. They publicly feuded for several more weeks before eventually calling a truce on social media, but fans aren't convinced it will hold. Come on, ladies!

In May, Samantha Bee sparked backlash when she called presidential adviser Ivanka Trump a "feckless c–t" during her "Full Frontal" broadcast. Her comment was blasted by both the left and the right (although a few comedians gave her a pass). About 24 hours later, Samantha apologized: "I would like to sincerely apologize to Ivanka Trump and to my viewers for using an expletive on my show to describe her last night. It was inappropriate and inexcusable. I crossed a line, and I deeply regret it." She later said that the apology was not meant for everyone. "There is literally nothing that I can do to please loud voices on the right, and I don't expect to try anytime soon," she said in August. "It really wasn't for them. I don't really care what they think of me."

Orlando Brown was in the running for top turkey of the year for a while there. In April, he was arrested in Las Vegas by bounty hunters while in his underwear. He was wanted for skipping court on a charge of domestic violence. In June, he was arrested again, this time for narcotics possession. Cops witnessed him go in and out of a motel in a high drug and prostitution area in Las Vegas. He was found with methamphetamine on him. Then, guess what: He missed court again! In September, cops nabbed him yet again, this time for burglary. He was actually caught on camera trying to change the locks at his friend's restaurant. He was arrested on the roof of the restaurant.

When Marvel icon Stan Lee passed away on Nov. 12, many celebrities — including Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Robert Downey Jr., Millie Bobby Brown and others — posted photo tributes that showed them with the comic book genius. Everyone seemed to love the images. Everyone, that is, except Armie Hammer. The actor blasted those celebs. "So touched by all of the celebrities posting pictures of themselves with Stan Lee," Armie tweeted. "No better way to commemorate an absolute legend than putting up a picture of yourself." He was understandably blasted. "Don't hurt yourself falling off your high horse Armie," one person tweeted. "Like seriously chill and let people grieve the passing of someone the way they want/need to without coming across as judgmental and harsh." Another said, "I posted a picture of myself with my Grandad when he passed away. Was I showing off about knowing him and making that all about me too? No. Let people pay their respects how they want to nobody is the expert on how to pay respect and grieve." Not Armie's best move. (He eventually apologized.)

Text messages are supposed to be personal, right? On Oct. 15, former "Flipping Out" star Jeff Lewis revealed that he wasn't returning to Bravo. "Guess there's no going away party @bravotv?" he captioned a snapshot of himself standing in front of a poster of himself. The words "Contract expired" were written on the poster, as were other non-flattering words referring to Jeff. A large red "X" also crossed out his face. Bravo exec Andy Cohen didn't find the post funny and let Jeff know. On his SiriusXM radio show "Jeff Lewis Live," the house-flipping expert decided to read Andy's private text messages to his audience. Come on, Jeff!

"Don't you know who I am?!" That's the card Farrah Abraham allegedly used when she was getting arrested in June. TMZ reported that Farrah Abraham got busted at the Beverly Hills Hotel for fighting with an employee. After a security guard told her to leave, she resisted and refused, allegedly striking the guard. While being detained by police, she repeatedly shouted expletives at the officers. At one point, she began crying, yelling, "I'm not going to let you provoke me to be arrested." Farrah later said she was targeted because of her fame. Unfortunately, witnesses saw otherwise.

This one started with Mark Wahlberg as a turkey, but wrapped up with a happy ending. In January, it was reported that Mark made $1.5 million to reshoot scenes for the film "All The Money In The World." Co-star Michelle Williams, however, was paid less than $1,000 to reshoot her scenes (reshoots were necessary after co-star Kevin Spacey, who was facing sexual misconduct allegations, was replaced by actor Christopher Plummer after the film had been completed). Mark, Vanity Fair reported, used his clout to hold up production until he got his money. Many in the Hollywood community didn't take too kindly to this and vocalized their disapproval over the massive pay discrepancy. In the end, Mark smoothed things over. "I 100 percent support the fight for fair pay," he said in a statement, "and I'm donating the $1.5 million to the Time's Up Legal Defense Fund in Michelle Williams' name."
