Barely a month after rekindling their old, casual romance, Justin Bieber proposed to model Hailey Baldwin on July 7, 2018, in the Bahamas, TMZ reported. Eyewitnesses revealed that the music star popped the question at an island resort while patrons at one of the property's restaurants looked on. "It's kind of a surprise, but kind of not. Justin has been extremely happy these past few weeks," a source told People magazine. "He has known Hailey for a long time. This might seem sudden, but they know each other very well."
