Prince Harry's romance with Meghan Markle took a pop culture detour last week in Toronto when the actress brought Harry to the set of her USA Network series, "Suits."
"He was super low-key, met some crew and was so happy to watch his lady. He's incredibly supportive of her work," an insider told Hello! magazine after the visit. According to the source, Meghan treated Harry to a tour of the set and introduced him to a few folks. "Everyone was so excited," the insider said. Harry was in Canada for the Invictus Games, the international sports competition he created for injured and sick service men and women. After Harry's set visit, Meghan joined in the Invictus Games opening ceremonies at the Air Canada Centre, where she cheered for her boyfriend of one year as he spoke to the crowd. Although the couple sat a few rows away from one another at the ceremony, the event represented Harry and Meghan's first official engagement together. On Monday, Sept. 25, when they sat together at a wheelchair tennis event then left holding hands, they were reportedly rewarded with cheers from the crowd.

Celebs speak out in support of NFL players 'taking a knee' during National Anthem

NFL players across the league took a knee, locked arms in solidarity and held up their fists over the weekend in response to Donald Trump's suggestion team owners should fire any player who does not stand for the National Anthem. Meanwhile, dozens of celebs showed their support for the players. At the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival in Tennessee, Eddie Vedder took a knee before his second song and slammed the president multiple times throughout the concert, according to Billboard. At his concert in Charlottesville, Virginia, Pharrell Williams knelt and pointed out he can't be told not to take a knee because "that's what the flag is for." Others voiced concern and disgust with the president's remarks about the growing wave of demonstrations, which began when Colin Kaepernick took a knee as a silent protest and prayer for the country amid reports of police brutality. Ellen DeGeneres tweeted, "As a football fan, I am proud of the NFL players today,' Ellen wrote. 'Nothing is more American than the right to peacefully protest" (via the Daily Mail), while Chelsea Handler posted, "I am watching football today out of respect for all these players. Good for you @Kaepernick7 for starting a movement. Black lives matter." Ice Cube, Russell Simmons, Andy Cohen, John Mayer, John Legend, Ellen Barkin, Zendaya and Alyssa Milano tweeted in support of protesters' right to freely express their views, as well.
