Despite attending an elementary school that encouraged students to refrain from watching TV and movies, Jennifer Aniston skipped college to pursue acting while working as a struggling waitress in Manhattan and Hollywood. The daughter of Days Of Our Lives' villain Jon Aniston nabbed parts in failed TV shows like Ferris Bueller and horror flop Leprechaun, but her ticket to the A list was her role as Rachel Green on one of the most successful sitcoms of all time, "Friends." Her layered haircut sparked a national trend and it, in addition to her off-screen Cali beach style, made her a fashion icon. During the show's ten-year run, she got offered a slew of romantic comedies (She's The One, The Object Of My Affection), won an Emmy, nabbed People's Most Beautiful title, garnereds critical acclaim for The Good Girl and fell in love with Brad Pitt. The dazzling duo wed in a million-dollar ceremony in 2000, but ultimately split in 2005 amid reports linking Pitt to Angelina Jolie. The fitness nut and Smartwater spokesperson was publically lauded for taking the high road while privately she rebounded with her Break-Up costar Vince Vaughn and John Mayer. She also threw herself headfirst into work, returning to TV on Friend Courteney Cox's show Cougar Town and completing a series of funny films. It was on one such film, Wanderlust, that she met her now fiancé, actor/screenwriter Justin Theroux.
