Jessica Alba
The stripper of "Sin City" started out life as a sickly military brat. Before Jessica Alba won free acting classes in 1992 and was signed by an agent at 12, she'd lived in three states and suffered a collapsed lung twice, pneumonia, a burst appendix, a cyst on her tonsils and asthma. Alba made her feature debut in "Camp Nowhere" in 1993, did commercials for Nintendo and J.C. Penny and landed a recurring role on Nickelodeon's "The Secret World of Alex Mack." IN 1995, she moved to Australia to star in a remake of "Flipper." Her big break came in 1999 when James Cameron cast her in critically acclaimed sci-fi hit "Dark Angel," for which she adopted an intense training regimen that unfortunately led to anorexia. She also dated and became engaged to her costar Michael Weatherly who was 32 to her 19 at the time. After they broke up in 2003, the "Honey" stunner snuggled up with Spanish golfer Sergio Garcia and Mark Wahlberg, but it was the "Fantastic Four" director's assistant Cash Warren who eventually put a ring on it in May 2008. (They have two daughters, Honor (b. 2008) and Haven (b. 2011). Her killer bod has landed her on hundreds of magazine covers, including a 2006 Playboy she didn't pose for, and sexiest lists, but she'd prefer her legacy be her charity work and The Honest Company, her line of green home and baby products launched in 2012. She wrote a companion guide called "The Honest Life" in 2013, which ranked on the New York Times best-selling list.
